"I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it looks exactly like the product photos. We had a very comfortable May Day holiday. The hotel's location is great, not far from Kyoto Station, but without the noise of being right next to the station. The decor and facilities are very new. It offers excellent value for money. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day. There's a Chinese-speaking gentleman at the front desk who provided excellent service and explained everything thoroughly. The breakfast was rich and varied, but there was a queue, so it's best to allow extra time for waiting."

"Since it was self check-in/check-out, I didn't interact with any staff during my stay. The area around the hotel was quiet, and the hotel itself was clean, allowing for a calm and relaxing stay. There was a toothbrush provided, but no pajamas, so I had to go buy some. There was a microwave and free drinks in the hallway, and bottled water in the room!"

"The location is good, and the room is decorated in a retro style. However, the room had a strong damp smell when I first checked in. There were many buttons for the shower, which made it a bit difficult to use; the water kept turning off, and I had to press them again – maybe I just didn't know how to use them properly… Also, on my first night, I left a vacuum-sealed comforter on the wardrobe (which I hadn't touched), and it suddenly fell off during the night, giving me a fright. The breakfast was quite nice. Overall, it was pretty good."

"The room was spacious and clean, and the bathtub worked perfectly. However, the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, making transportation a bit inconvenient. Everything else was fine, but there wasn't much in the way of service."
