We’ve stayed here for business twice and this is the second time. The rooms are clean and the staff are mostly friendly. Reason for the low rating is the walls are thin and can hear your neighbors very well. Also when we were here the first visit I mentioned to the staff about the washing machines in the guest laundry were covered with detergent and stunk they said they would clean them, this stay we had to use guest laundry and it hadn’t been touched. Mentioned it to front desk and said let me see if there is a laundromat close. I told him why would I want to do that when the hotel offered guest laundry. I ended up cleaning one of the washers out so we could use it. Will choose somewhere else to stay for the coming weeks because the thin walls and guest laundry issue.

Hotel is near by a busy road so you can hear cars pass by with noise in some cases. We talked to the GM and her kindly help us to change our room to higher floor and it's much better for the noise. The GM is really friendly and warm.

Beautiful large rooms with kitchen amenities. Complimentary breakfast which was delicious with lots of choice. The hotel is a minute walk to bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the valet parking staff. Loved every minute
