The spacious rooms at this convenient Beijing airport hotel come with high-quality sound-proofed French windows to keep the noise of overhead engines at bay, and with four restaurants serving distinctive Chinese regional cuisine as well as classic Western and Asian dishes, the Hilton Beijing Capital Aiport Hilton has something for every taste bud. There's the relaxed 360° Restaurant featuring fine food, live cooking stations and all-day dining and My China, with its classic Beijing, Sichuan and Hunan cuisine served in a relaxed setting. Those on tight schedules will appreciate this hotel's proximity to the airport and the 24-hour live flight feed displayed on screens in the hotel lobby.

"I stayed at the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport for a layover, and my experience was fantastic. It's right next to Terminal 3, and they offer a free 24-hour shuttle service to and from T2 and T3, with frequent departures, making early morning flights stress-free. The room was spacious, and the double-pane soundproof windows effectively blocked out airplane noise. The mattress was soft and comfortable, and I could watch planes take off and land from the floor-to-ceiling window. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local Beijing specialties. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool and a branded gym, which were great for relaxing and recharging. The front desk service was attentive and efficient, and they were very helpful with luggage. It's definitely my top choice for business travelers and layovers. I'll be staying here again next time I'm in Beijing."

The Gym with state-of-the-art fitness facilities, the temperature-controlled indoor swimming pool and the Spa provides year-round exercise and relaxation.

"Even though this hotel is ten years old, I was worried it might be run down. I originally booked the Rocks Hotel, but was put off by the outdated facilities, dirty carpets, and incredibly rude service! I chose Hilton for its reputation and reliability. When I booked, I left a few requests, not really expecting them to be noticed, but when I arrived, the front desk proactively addressed and fulfilled every single one. Every staff member at the hotel genuinely focuses on the guests, offering smiles and greetings. Their service mindset is excellent. I particularly want to commend the housekeeping staff on my floor and the cleaning auntie on the first floor – they are incredibly proactive, have a great attitude, and are very dedicated. However, I do think the doormen could be more proactive. When I checked in, it was pouring rain! My friend and I both had our hands full with bags and were sitting in the back seat, but no doorman offered an umbrella or even opened the car door. After struggling up the steps, the revolving door in front of me was broken. I stood there awkwardly for about 30 seconds, trying to figure it out, before a staff member finally noticed me and directed me to the side entrance. The room itself was good, and I slept really well because I was so exhausted. I have to say, it was incredibly quiet; no noise woke me up at all. A special thanks to Manager Ding Yuzhu, who has a lovely smile and proactively asked about my experience. I'll definitely contact you for my next visit. Thank you everyone, and thank you, Hilton."

Front desk bought for us online and we pay them via WeChat again. 1 hour later, the item arrived! 3) Inside the room, there is no phone to contact the front desk. "I was extremely satisfied with the room; it was spacious and bright, and conveniently located near Sanlitun for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. There's even a chance of bumping into my idol in Sanlitun! The subway station is right downstairs, making getting around incredibly convenient. Sitting on the balcony, enjoying the breeze, sipping coffee, and admiring the night view was simply beautiful. It was a fantastic travel and hotel experience. I don't usually leave reviews, but this time it was truly excellent and very comfortable. There were plenty of bottled water in the room. The owner is a native Beijinger who provided many travel tips, making my trip very pleasant. The guesthouse staff were incredibly attentive and helpful."

"My overall experience at Conrad Beijing this time far exceeded my expectations ꒰ঌᐢ.ˬ.ᐢ໒꒱ Service: The butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They followed up from before check-in to after, making me feel thoroughly cared for. Ms. Nannan is beautiful and kind; I always saw her greet me in the lobby. Shirley even gave me a small gift during check-out, which I absolutely loved! I also want to give a shout-out to Ms. Leona and Ms. Jennie. Cleanliness: The butler had already prepared my room before I arrived. I was very satisfied with the room; it had great lighting and a practical layout, exceeding my expectations. Facilities: Perhaps because the hotel has been open for a while, some areas show a bit of age. For instance, the TV doesn't support screen mirroring from a phone. Ambiance: The lobby is beautiful and elegant, and the desserts at the lobby lounge are also quite good. Restaurant: The breakfast restaurant is excellent, very beautiful with a unique design. The variety of dishes is quite rich, and there are also à la carte options worth trying. Overall, Conrad Beijing offers incredible value for money. I'd definitely return next time, just for the service alone!"
