"I had a great experience staying at Huazhu (Flowers & Trees) at the foot of Nanjing's Niushou Mountain before, so I decided to choose Huazhu again for my trip to Xi'an, and it was another pleasant surprise! The hotel is located right under the city wall, offering a peaceful environment. It's about a kilometer from Sajin Bridge, which is a short taxi ride (minimum fare) or a comfortable walk. We booked a family room, which was spacious and tidy, and the cleanliness was reassuring. It's well-designed, with a separate bedroom for sleeping and a tatami-style lounge area. With two bathrooms and two large beds, it was very comfortable for our family of four. The staff at the front desk, both the gentlemen and ladies, were incredibly kind and helpful – truly a delight to interact with and very efficient. On our first day, it poured rain, and they lent us an umbrella. The next day, we returned from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City after midnight, and the young lady enthusiastically helped us warm up our food and arranged for a robot to deliver it to our room. On the third day, she overheard me mentioning how hot it was when we got back, and immediately provided a spare room card, advising me to keep the air conditioning on while we were out so it would be cool when we returned… Their service was truly heartwarming and thoughtful. Plus, they offered welcome fruits, plaster doll painting for the kids, and even a farewell gift when we checked out. It was absolutely fantastic! If only we had more time, I would have loved to stay a few more days. This hotel truly makes travelers feel at home. I'll definitely be back next time!"
