"The staffs were very friendly, the location I picked this hotel was very near to the National Stadium Bukit Jalil for my Bruno Mars concert, although its 20mins plus by walking distance but I still prefer to get Grab car much easier and faster to get there
Overall the hotel was comfortable to stay in for 3days 2nights for concert, room was okay the only thing is the TV is there but it's not working 🤣, water dispenser need to go to the receptionist counter to fill in and there is no chair for the dressing table 🤣
But yeah overall the service, friendly of staffs very satisfied, just that hope they will do some fixing about the TV, water dispenser and please have the stainless steel body judge kettle in each room, love to visit the hotel again for my next trip 🥰🥰🥰😘🤭🤭🤭🤭"

"The overall atmosphere of this retreat is cozy and nice, suitable for you if you are looking for a quiet oasis environment in a busy city. Do not expect to have many activities here as this is a place designed for you to completely remove yourself from the hectic life, slow down your pace, and recharge yourself.
Me and my wife are lacto-ovo vegetarian and the chef team is rather happy to accommodate our dietary requirements, the entire restaurant and kitchen crew were friendly and we were being treated with fantastic service. The only difficult pinpoint on the vegetarian food was protein element was too little, it would turn even more perfect if this element is well covered.
Another observation I have is the booking I made via Trip seems to be slightly different from the other in house guests as I could see the other guests were having high tea and probably sundown as complimentary, however we were not being informed about these perks during check in thus we didn’t check further to clarify."

"Amazing apartment style accommodation (kitchen, living room & bed room) within 10-25 min walking distance to popular spots in KL. 10 min to Changkat, 15 min to Jalan Alor, 20/25min to Pavilion Mall. The rooms are clean, spacious, and has all the necessary amenities required for short/long term stay. The views from the room are superb, especially the top floors (we had direct view of the KL tower from the room). And if you go to the 48th floor and step outside, you could see Merdeka 118. We did not use any other amenities so cannot comment on that. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. Definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and luxurious stay."

"Except for the long check-in: somehow the receptionist asked for the tourist tax, even though I already paid it and showed the proof of payment from the Trip.com (he even asked to send the photo to his email, - why would I need waste so much time for this, it was a prepaid stay. MMyQCelebrating my friend 's birthday at Ritz KL. She really enjoyed her trip staying at Ritz Club Lounge. She eats, drinks, and sleeps without stepping out of the hotel. The only disappointment is that the breakfast happened this morning on the 1st floor, the lobby. We requested corner tables but were refused, saying that the table is meant for 4paxs, but I saw more than 2 tables of 2 also occupied 4paxs table. I gave feedback to him immediately that they had different standards that only refused our request. I'm quite disappointed that I really spoiled my mood in the morning. I have been staying at ritz KL a few times. It will not be a worthy if standard dropped. I think minimally they need to practice the same standards across the whole hotel since rated 5 stars

GGuest UserThis hotel is within walking distance to bukit bintang station and MRT, very convenient. The hotel also within walking distance to food (Lot 10, Jalan Alor) centre as well as supermarket and shopping malls. I booked two different room types: club premiere king room and the urban deluxe twin room. The check-in personnels both at the club level and the regular level were very polite, accomodating and helpful. I had problem with my 1st night in the urban deluxe twin room, since beds were the small single size and bathroom also very small nothing like the picture. After the first night we upgraded to the lifestyle deluxe twin room, a better room more spacious and more bathroom space and the bed size is a full size (10cm smaller than a queen bed size). The club lounge came with a King bed on my original reservation, I asked for two separate beds and they’re able to help us with that request despite the room wasn’t available on trip.com upon booking. I love their hospitality and flexibility to accommodate us. Our stay has been amazing. The breakfast at Park Royal was amazing, vast selections (continental, western, asian, indian, noodle station, fresh salad and fruits and more) with slight variations daily which we appreciate during our 5 nights stay. The breakfast host was polite and able to accommodate most guests despite busy crowds. The cleaner did an amazing service to make sure our rooms are clean. We had an amazing stay at Park Royal and will definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

LLFPESuch a lovely place. I enjoyed very much staying in this place. My room has a great view of Kuala Lumpur skyline. The room had more than I needed. I had pleasant sleeps, comfy bed, lots of hot water, a fridge to keep all my drinks cold, a kettle for making tea or coffee. I was on the 52 floor and the swimming pool was on the 53 floor. It was amazing i went for a swim morning and evening. I used the gym and I also used the laundry machines on floor 30. I Will definetely stay there on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Fasilities are in a good condition. Room will full of mirrors which made the room appear to be big, the sliding mirror door which is nice… Breakfast is fine, Swimming pool not so big but just okay. Nearby out meeting place, just need to take elevator. PARKING is FREE for 2 days. The staff is great too. So for me its worth every penny paid. Kudos to VKL team!
Whats not so enjoyable?
The vivahome shopping mall beside hotel is hidup segan mati tak mahu (nothing is there). We took grab to Sunway Velocity Mall which have more choices and just 5 mins away.

The location is strategic, with just a 25-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.

JJ$SMy stay was marred by significant service shortcomings, primarily involving Front Office staff member Mr. Saiful during check in around midnight. Despite having a confirmed booking for a queen size bed room, Mr. Saiful(as shown my pic) insisted no such rooms were available and pressured me to accept a 2 single bed room instead. After I firmly declined, he reluctantly provided the room category I had originally booked.
This raised concerns about transparency, as I later observed multiple guests checking in and confirming they had received queen osize bed rooms per their bookings. This inconsistency suggests either poor inventory management or deliberate dishonesty, which is unacceptable.
A separate issue involved valet parking attendants: They repeatedly claimed the self parking lot was ”full,” seemingly to monopolize parking and pressure guests into paid valet services. Multiple guests were observed being turned away from self parking under questionable pretenses.
On a positive note, the room itself was clean and functionally adequate, meeting basic expectations for comfort and hygiene.
Recommendation for Management:
Retrain staff on ethical service practices, particularly regarding room allocations and honest communication.
Audit parking procedures to prevent coercive tactics by valet attendants.
The lack of integrity in these areas overshadowed an otherwise acceptable stay.

YYIU KI NGThe reception and the hotel rooms are in 2 separated buildings connected by corridor, use 2 different lifts. A bit of walking distance, but the direction signs are clear. The AC of the corridor was not turned on, so hot and choky, but the room is clean and tidy, good for overnight stay. The toilet is clean, but the edges of the white tiles at the shower corner and the washing basin stained with some mould, not good but acceptable. The safe and the refrigerator are not working. The reception staff is nice and polite.
