Great place to stay...special theme hotel in KL. Will come back to try another theme room. FOC for my birthday decoration too. Good service for all staffs before I'm booking enquiries or after service also very good. Only no parking , but luckily in front hotel 2 lots parking, I get it.

Sebelum ni check in sini semua okay, everything good. BUT not this time. Stay here for 3 nights, only 1 night our room air-conditioning function, the rest not. Call for maintenance, second night the maintenance team said already reset (don't know what) the air conditioning, ONLY FUNCTION LIKE 2-3HOURS then NOT functioning until tomorrow morning. Lepas kejadian reset dorang terlalu yakin yang aircond sejuk dan maintenance team tidak follow up selepas dari kejadian RESET. Sampailah malam terakhir kejadian sama jadi, call lagi maitenance baru dorang confirm yang aircond memang rosak, dan baru offer untuk pindah bilik. Malam akhir, waktu peak semua tengah packing barang baru offer untuk pindah JAM1030PM. Sepatutnya, hari pertama decide untuk bagi bilik tu mohon lah check semua fasiliti dalam bilik dalam keadaan baik atau tidak. Bayangkan tidur dalam keadaan berpeluh, kipas tiada, memang fully mengharap dengan aircond untuk pengudaraan. Bayar mahal-mahal SANGAT TIDAK BERBALOI dengan condition bilik sedemikian.

Webhad a late check in and we were accommodated with no problem. Every criteria above deserve 5 stars. Also we had to check out at 12 and our flight is late at night yet we were allowes to consume most of the time at the waiting area which is air condirioned provided that the weather outside is hot. Recommend the hotel to travellers, the room is spacious, and relaxing. The staffs are accommodating. Good service. Thank you.

Just booked one night staycation during 3rd day of raya and it was a good. Breakfast was okay will variety of foods. Room was spacious and clean. Pool also clean. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Except for the long check-in: somehow the receptionist asked for the tourist tax, even though I already paid it and showed the proof of payment from the Trip.com (he even asked to send the photo to his email, - why would I need waste so much time for this, it was a prepaid stay. And the hotel needs to clarify all the payment with the platform I presume), and the Gideons Bible was in the room, the hotel didn’t agree for us to take it with us. Even though this is one of the main policies of the Gideons Publishing house, to spread the Bible for people around the globe. But other than that other things were fine. And the location

Everything was great. The location is strategic. Breakfast so delicious. Hotel and room so clean. But the staf at front desk not so friendly (maybe just me or i not sure). But overall, very recommended !

The services by the staffs are OK. They forgot to provide the towels on our first night of arrival. However, the staffs were very accommodating & came to the room immediately with new towels after we called. The location of the hotel is superb. It is at the center of KL where you can get almost everything within walking distance & public transport are readily available. The hotel is considered old. It requires extra efforts to remove all roaches. We found a few roaches in the room & toilet (see photo). Facilities wise, considering the age of the hotel, it is understandable for the furnitures to be worn out. However, it is mind blowing for us when the towels supplied to us on the next day were very SMALL (kid size)...

We had booked this hotel as we had some time before departing for the airport and wanted to explore petaling Street market before that. So we essentially just checked in and stored our luggage before leaving but I must say the location is fabulous and for the price point it is a mind blowing deal and although the towels were really dilapidated, the view from the room was absolutely fabulous. I was in room 714 and there isn’t much I can complain about for the price and also the amazing hospitable staff.

Clean room, free bottled water, and a coffee set, dental kit in the bathroom, free wifi. The main thing - no insects, no dust, no nasty smells. You can leave your luggage downstairs if needed. But the room is tiny, though it has a table, with enough space for the laptop, bedside table, and a small hanger. Anyway, that was said in the description, so it wasn't a surprise. For people who need silence for sleep, it's not an option. Windows overlook a rather noisy street. And I was lucky, at 8.30 loud music woke me up, there was a kind of parade on the street. But overall, for one night, that was ok.

We booked this hotel for three days upon arriving in the city. From a property standpoint, the hotel is in a very worn-out condition. The lobby was welcoming, and the hospitality was good. However, we didn’t like the room we were given, so we asked for a change. The staff showed us six different rooms to choose from, but unfortunately, none met our expectations. In the end, we decided to cancel our stay. Huge thanks to the hotel manager—the cancellation process was smooth, and we received a full refund without any issues. Breakfast was included in the stay, but we didn’t try it since we chose not to stay at the hotel. Pros: Excellent staff and the inclusion of breakfast. Cons: The overall condition of the hotel—it feels very tired and in need of renovation.
