It's been so cold in Kunming lately, and the other hotels I stayed in the past few days were so cold I almost caught a cold. Last night was very comfortable, especially since it's a new hotel. The heating came on quickly. I'm currently traveling in Yunnan and heading to Dali today, otherwise I would have stayed here again. The receptionist was very polite and provided excellent service, enthusiastically introducing local snacks and recommending attractions. I really liked them! I'll definitely stay here again when I return home. Very satisfied!
