I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was extremely satisfied. The room was comfortable and clean, and the service attitude was excellent. The room was spacious, and the bed was very cozy and comfortable. There were snacks and coffee in the lobby, and I could even brew my own tea. Free parking was a huge plus, and the location was very convenient. I really loved the decor style. I'll definitely be staying here again next time. Highly recommend to all my friends!

Facilities: Very new and modern. Cleanliness: Spotless, with comfortable and clean bedding. This was by far the best accommodation choice for our Chinese New Year trip. Environment: There's a well-known Yunnan restaurant nearby where we had our New Year's Eve dinner. Service: The staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service.

I have been staying in a variety of hotels and been sticking to Atour for the last 5 days. Perfect service. The reception is very efficient even for late check in. Staff go extra miles and help with the luggage.

Great service and a grand hotel! My girlfriend loved taking photos, and we even got a free photoshoot with our stay. The value for money is really good. There's a hot spring right next to the hotel, and our package included free access. It wasn't crowded on the weekend, so we had the pool all to ourselves. Highly recommend!

The room is very nice. You can see the blue sky and white clouds of Yunnan from the window. The facilities are complete, the heating is very fast, the hygiene is clean, the waiters are also very enthusiastic, and the surrounding area is very close whether it is eating or shopping! There is a food street opposite at night, and it is also convenient to take the subway to visit the flower market and the old street. It is very close. Turn left from the hotel and walk straight for a few minutes.

It took me a long time to decide on this place. I was a little worried after seeing some unfavorable reviews, but I finally booked it because it was conveniently located near a subway station. The place is right across the street from Zhujiacun Station on Metro Line 4. There's a logistics center at the intersection, so there's a lot of traffic, so be careful walking. It's conveniently close to Haigeng Dam, Old Street, and more. The subway is a quick, easy, and inexpensive way to get there. The lady at the restaurant was a bit unhelpful, telling me to use Baidu Navigation when I asked for directions. The male owner was very helpful in providing directions to me. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, plenty of hot water, and the bed and quilt don't smell. They're really good about cleaning, and they provide free mineral water. It's a great value.

I stayed at this hotel during the May Day holiday. Due to my itinerary, I didn't choose to stay in downtown Kunming. This location might be a bit inconvenient for tourists who don't drive, but it's quite good for those who do. There's parking available, and it seems to have some family-friendly features, with a small children's playground on the first floor. It was a bit noisy, which I personally didn't like. Check-in was quite smooth. The room was fairly large, and the basic amenities were complete. There was no conditioner, which is a bit inconvenient for people with long hair. Nowadays, many chain hotels provide it. I didn't go to the hotel for breakfast, so I don't know what it was like and won't comment on it.

The bathroom and washroom have separate wet and dry areas, and the bathroom even has an emergency call device – a thoughtful touch. There's also a vanity for convenience. The curtains are automatic, which is smart, and there's a large-screen TV. The room is cleaned daily. Notably, the hotel provides a complimentary breakfast, which is quite varied, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes, with freshly updated grains, vegetables, and fruits daily. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Kunming.

This hotel is great! The environment is good, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and the front desk lady is smiling. The room is clean and spacious, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. I slept well until dawn. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with a variety of options. I will definitely stay here again next time! I strongly recommend it to my friends~
