Hotels in Hexieshiji/Yueyatang Park, Kunming

The soundproofing was absolutely terrible, practically nonexistent. Late at night, several families with children on the same floor kept running around, making it impossible to sleep. Negotiating with the hotel was useless; unruly children breed unruly parents, and these low-quality families significantly reduced the overall experience. In the middle of the night, I had no choice but to change rooms, only to find the room was right next to the elevator lobby, forcing me to sleep with earplugs all night. The front desk service was also subpar; they didn't inform guests about the late-night congee service upon arrival, and didn't mention that invoices could be obtained by scanning a QR code before departure. I called the hotel to request an invoice, and they asked me to add them on WeChat, but I still haven't received it. The only redeeming qualities were the decent breakfast, a large parking lot, and a shopping mall across the street where you can buy Jia Hua flower cakes.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location was convenient, parking was easy with plenty of free parking spaces, the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, fully equipped with laundry detergent and a dryer. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were quick, the overall environment was clean, the price was reasonable, the facilities were new, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic.

Five-star rating, well-deserved! The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation and a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby. The service team is professional and highly efficient, providing meticulous care from check-in to check-out with incredibly quick response times. The rooms are clean, tidy, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and the bedding is supremely comfortable. Both the hardware and software services are of an exceptionally high standard. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers seeking quality!

Facilities: There's an underground parking lot, but it's quite a maze. The elevator requires a transfer and doesn't go directly to the hotel; plus, out of several elevators, only one or two actually respond to calls, while the others are exclusive to different hotels. The hotel entrance itself is also hard to find. The door lock was broken and needed a technician to fix it. The status light panel outside the door was also caved in. Environment: Convenient for shopping. Hygiene: Long hairs, clearly accumulated over many years, unsurprisingly clogged the drain, making it barely usable for a foot wash. Overall: A hotel that allows early check-in but clearly cuts corners.

The hotel is in a good location and convenient transportation, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk service is warm and intimate, the sanitation is in place, the facilities are complete, the stay experience is particularly good, the price is super high, and I will choose to stay next time.

The room is clean and tidy. The service attitude is very good. We also upgraded the room type. Check out is also two points. Very good and not expensive. There are many delicious foods outside. Very convenient. Very good. The room facilities are quite complete. Disposable slippers. The toilet pads are very good.

The Jinjiang series is a brand we trust, and this time, we chose it again as usual... First, the room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable; second, dining and shopping nearby were convenient; there's an underground parking garage, which is great for self-driving! However, since several hotels share the same building, it felt a bit messy. The hotel also hosts tour groups, and some tourists were inconsiderate, making loud noises that affected my sleep. Plus, the room wasn't very soundproof, and the quality of the facilities and equipment was inconsistent.

It was a very unpleasant stay at the beginning, because the store did not include more than 100 breakfasts, 28 breakfasts, and the result was that breakfast was actually more than 200 for the total amount of breakfast! And breakfast is really unpalatable! Insulting consumers' IQ! Fortunately, Trip.com customer service communicated and dealt with it in time, and the store manager was wise and thoughtful! Deal with this matter properly! Trip.com and the store manager are quite powerful. Checking in the room is OK, the corridor carpet is too dirty!

I took a trip back to Kunming to see old friends. This hotel is in a building that was new to me and was very comfortable. The room was extremely good value as was much larger than I am used to for that price. The staff didnt speak English but it wasnt that necessary for anyone that has been to a hotel before since you know the procedure. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Kunming and stay in the North area of the city.

The sun was shining warmly, and the clothesline was ready—how thoughtful! After a long trip, I took a nice shower, did the laundry, and it dried in half a day!
