The service was excellent; they largely met all my special requests regarding my stay. The hotel is indeed filled with many plants and flowers, and the sky garden is beautiful. The front desk ladies were all very helpful and answered all my questions. The breakfast had a good variety of categories, though fewer specific items within each category. Hygiene: Very clean. Facilities: Mostly complete and well-maintained. Environment: Good. Although it's in a flower market area, it wasn't too noisy at night. Service: Outstanding.

When I checked in that day, I arrived quite late, so I was assigned to a different building, also on the top floor. The room was beautiful and very clean. Although it was a bit small, I had requested a quiet room, which is why I chose one on a corner. Even though the room was small, I could still see Dianchi Lake, and across the street was the Dounan Flower Market. This is an apartment hotel, meaning there are many different hotels within the same building, so it can feel a bit crowded with various people. However, being on the top floor, it was relatively quiet. There's a small garden on the rooftop with two adorable, super friendly cats, especially the grey and white one. When I squatted down, it jumped right onto me. The front desk staff were also very kind and proactively helped me with my luggage.

After booking, I called and they informed me there might be some noise, and they even gave me a small welcome gift when I checked in, which was a very thoughtful touch. Honestly, it wasn't really that noisy; I didn't hear anything in the morning. There was just some moving of things across the street outside my window around 9 PM, but it was fine. The room had a large table and a long sofa, which was super comfortable for eating or just lounging and watching a tablet. It's right next to the Dounan Flower Market, just a short walk away. There's also a wetland park nearby, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The photo is of flowers and a vase I bought at the flower market and arranged myself. I was a little sad I couldn't take them with me when I left, but it's okay. I really love Kunming, and I really love all Atour Hotels.

This hotel feels like a classic old establishment. It's first-rate, with a massive scale and an impressive breakfast spread. I'm not Chinese, so I can't judge the authenticity of every dish, but there was plenty of variety, and they even had quite a few options for people who aren't used to Chinese food. The hotel itself shows its age in terms of design and atmosphere, but it's very well maintained and comfortable. The rooms are noticeably larger than average, and the view from the upper floors is fantastic. What I loved most, though, was how close it is to the nearby Dounan Flower Market - super convenient!!

I was a little nervous when I went to Yunnan for the first time. After getting off the plane, the boss lady came to pick us up and we arrived at the hotel smoothly. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The ladies were very considerate and friendly. I really like the hotel's disposable compressed towels, which are clean and hygienic and can be used with confidence. In short, this trip was very pleasant. In addition, there are cute cats for those who want to pet cats. There are very cute dogs (Doudou) for those who want to pet dogs.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, making public transportation convenient. It's also right next to Dounan Flower Market, so it's easy to take an evening stroll and browse the market. The hotel facilities are new and complete, and the hygiene is excellent. The design is well-thought-out in every aspect; the smart toilet is very comfortable and at a good height, and the provision of disposable paper cups is a nice touch. The staff are all very warm and polite, providing thoughtful service. At check-out, they even specially gave me a small, portable, and warmed bottle of mineral water, which was incredibly considerate. Issuing the invoice was quick, and they even reminded me to check and confirm it, showing great follow-up and tracking awareness. It was a wonderfully warm stay experience in Kunming.

It is very convenient for daily travel and foraging. 4. Service: 24-hour butler service response is efficient, the front desk lady staff responds promptly to messages, all kinds of needs are handled quickly, and the service attitude is friendly and intimate. Featured experience: Yunnan-style coffee is provided in the store, the bar can drink unlimitedly, the experience of staying has been greatly improved, the facilities are well maintained, and the overall situation exceeds expectations. It is especially recommended to stay.

It was not the fanciest hotel, but it met all of our expectations and provided us with a pleasant 2-night stay. The receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Their buffet breakfast was not very diverse but still decent enough, considering the price. They offered noodles, steamed buns, congee, simple bread with only one kind of jam, watermelon, salad, sausage, and some stir-fried vegetables. For lunch and dinner, they offer a much wider range of dishes. We tried some and were impressed with how tasty they were. Also, note that foreigners cannot log in to the WIFI network. You should contact the front desk to get the unique login details for WIFI. Also, ask the front desk to send someone to set up the TV for you if you want to watch TV. Our room was very spacious and clean. They also offered a cute toothbrush and pair of slippers for my daughter. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but right opposite to the Dounan Flower Market. It's also quite convenient to visit Dianchi (15 minutes by Didi).

The room layout was stunning, truly reflecting a designer brand's touch. The TV screen was massive, and the two large floor-to-ceiling windows at the corner offered incredibly open views. The amenities provided were also top-notch. What really stood out was the impeccable butler service. They contacted me in advance to ask about my needs, and knowing I was driving, they even sent me the parking location, saving me a lot of hassle. They also gave detailed directions to Dounan Flower Market (it's not far, but you need to follow road regulations, which makes it feel a bit longer). There was one minor issue: even though we were on the 28th floor, the noise from passing cars on the road at night still affected my sleep quality.

Bringing children to Dounan to play, their location is really convenient, the aquarium is next to them, after a day of playing in the aquarium, it is too tired, come out to walk to the hotel in 2 minutes, it is too convenient, rest enough to eat something, You can also visit the flower market at night. The flower market in the evening is very lively and interesting. I recommend everyone to visit the flower market at night. I want to say again that the location of their home is really convenient. The aquarium on the left side of the flower market downstairs is very close to Dounan Wetland Park and the sea of flowers. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to the Yuhe Wetland Park and Haitang Village. This time I am too late. I will stay at their home when I wait for winter. I have to stay for a few more days and visit these nearby attractions. In winter, I plan to come to Dianchi Lake to see the seagulls. It’s great.
