We did not realize the lobby, the hotel, the swimming pool and the breakfast area are all in different locations, requiring walking some distance to each, mind you very tired from playing all day in the park 😂. Other than that everything else was excellent, especially the service staff, very friendly.

My May Day holiday stay was absolutely perfect! The butler, Clove, provided truly exceptional and thoughtful service. Even with the huge influx of guests during the May Day holiday, she went above and beyond by calling me beforehand to meticulously ask about my preferences and proactively added me on WeChat to communicate my needs. She was patient and kind throughout. She thoughtfully helped arrange the most suitable room type in advance, making my stay incredibly comfortable. She also kindly put together and sent me a guide to local attractions and restaurants around the hotel, which made planning my outings effortless and convenient. Every detail was handled with care, her attitude was gentle and meticulous, and the entire experience felt like bespoke, attentive service, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from Yunnan Paradise, and you can even see the Snow Eagle roller coaster 🎢 soaring by from the room – it was so much fun! It's also not far from Haiyan Village and Laoyu River Wetland Park…

The room was quite spacious and the location was very quiet, perfect for my leisurely stroll. The surroundings are very nice, very close to Dianchi Lake. You can walk to the edge of the lake, and bike rides and strolls along the greenway are very pleasant. The Laoyuchi Wetland is particularly beautiful, and it's not far from the Dounan Flower Market. The pick-up service from the high-speed rail station was also very good. The driver was very attentive and sent me a message with directions to exit the station. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Staying at this hotel in Kunming was so worth it! The location is super convenient, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and odor-free, with ample hot water, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were warm and polite, patiently answering all our questions and even proactively offering local travel tips, which was incredibly thoughtful. It's excellent value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Five stars!

I contacted the boss at around nine o'clock in the evening. He found that the order on the platform was not closed, so he sold an extra room. Then he coordinated everywhere and finally got us a three-bedroom sea view room. The B&B is in a newly built community. It can be seen that this community is mainly for vacation. Retirement, the community has a beautiful environment and has the resources to view Dianchi Lake. There are almost no cars in the basement parking lot at night, and the occupancy rate is very low. You can directly see the beautiful view of Dianchi Lake. The boss said that if you go earlier, you can sit on the balcony to watch the sunset. It is still very beautiful. It is recommended to stay.

Highly recommend! I really loved it – the environment is beautiful, and the staff are very enthusiastic. I'd definitely go back if I have the chance. They thoroughly clean the hot spring pools, which is great; it would be even better if it wasn't boiler water.

For the music festival, I chose to stay at the nearest homestay. It was simple and warm, and it was a very good experience. The music festival was blocked every day and I couldn’t get a taxi at all. The owner of the hotel was also very nice. I rode a battery car to pick me up to the homestay on a rainy day. I really want to give a big praise. I have the opportunity to stay here next time to see the sunset. The cat downstairs in his house is so cute, the caring homestay owner

This stay experience really exceeded expectations, and you must praise the boss! The people are super warm and polite, and they are very enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout the whole process. They help with the luggage when they first arrive. They also take the initiative to introduce us to the delicious and fun places around. If you have any questions, you can be on call. You are sincere and gentle, and there is no sense of distance at all. The environment of the homestay itself is also superb. The interior is warm and cured log wind. The public rest area is exquisite and comfortable. The courtyard garden is lush with green plants. The details are carefully taken care of everywhere. The room is clean and tidy. The projection viewing experience is great. The small corner of the balcony is particularly comfortable. The rooms are clean and ambient, both in public areas and in guest rooms. The accommodation is comfortable, the boss is warm, the price is full, I will choose this next time, and I really recommend it to friends who want to relax and travel quietly! And it is very close to Haitang Village and Laoyuhe Wetland Park. It is a beautiful scenery when you go out.

This is the champagne of home stays. We have been travelling for nearly a year and this has to be hands down the best experience we’ve had. Joy and the team here was absolutely wonderful. World class customer service. Among all the highlights was also the breakfast on the rooftop. Such such incredible food. I can’t talk highly enough of this place. The room itself is cosy and gorgeous with high quality finishings. We loved it here so much we spent more time in this homestay than outside. Shout out to the brothers who helped us prepare breakfast tirelessly and even helped us bike some very heavy luggage’s on our way back to grab a didi. This will be our go-to place whenever we are in Kunming.

Afternoon tea: None at all. Welcome fruit refreshments: just a few packets of biscuits or something. . . No fruit was seen either. Facilities: It’s the beginning of summer and the hotel’s central air conditioning can only provide heating. . I woke up in the middle of the night and was speechless when I saw that the only setting was heating. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Close to the shopping mall and there are food nearby. The soundproofing of the room is poor. You can hear everything that is said next door. The breakfast was not good either. Porridge is like soup. . Not hot either (went there at 8am 😓) Serve:. . . . . . . . . Not a good attitude.
