The room is clean and hygienic, with separate wet and dry areas, so you can wash at the same time, which is very convenient. The bed is wide enough, the service is thoughtful, the feedback is timely, and the mattress is comfortable. It is a good choice!

Good value hotel. Simple room with everything you need. Close to restaurants and cafes situated on an old railway. Short drive to old town, or about 40-50 minutes walking. The lady running the hotel is very nice.

Quiet, clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable, the whole house is smart and convenient, and the dry and wet areas are separated. It is also safe to live alone, and each floor has a card access control

Had a great stay here! It was clean, quiet, and the environment was really nice. The service was excellent, and parking was super convenient, especially with the charging stations available for electric cars.

The room layout is very good, and most importantly, there is a big bathtub. The children had a lot of fun soaking in it. The overall layout is reasonable, but the sensor light in the room is quite annoying. It comes on and off every now and then, and I can't find the switch. I didn't get a good rest at night. The breakfast on the second day was also very delicious, Yunnan rice noodles.

I originally booked an interior king room, which had a window facing the hallway and could be a bit noisy when people passed by. After speaking with the front desk staff, they immediately and kindly upgraded our room for free. The new room was spacious with a large window that provided excellent light and ventilation. It was quiet, not noisy at all, and overall clean and comfortable. The service attitude was superb; they responded promptly to all our requests. The check-in experience was fantastic, highly recommended!

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, with mountain views from the windows and fresh air. It's a great spot in ecological Yunnan, very close to the subway station, and has a great variety of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also delicious. It was the last stop on my Yunnan trip, and I was very satisfied.

My stay at Kunming Haiyou High-tech Zone Xicheng Times Hotel was extremely satisfying! The location is fantastic, right in the Xicheng Times commercial district, with shopping malls and restaurants galore, making dining, shopping, and ordering takeout incredibly convenient. Transportation is also very convenient. The room was spotless, the bathroom was dry and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blackout effect was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night and a great night's rest. Self-check-in is available, making the process efficient and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and responsive to any needs. The hotel has self-service laundry facilities, making it suitable for business trips and leisure travel. Excellent value for money! This is my top choice when visiting Kunming High-tech Zone, and I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was great! I was a bit nervous when we first walked down the alley, especially with my picky husband and two daughters! But once we got inside, everyone was really happy! We were also very pleased with the room itself. We're a family of four, and we booked a twin room. We were able to push the beds together, and it felt very spacious! The beds were similar to those at Orange Hotel and also very clean! We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Kunming! The barbecue stand right outside the hotel also had delicious food! The location is super convenient too! It's easy to get to Kunming Old Street, Green Lake Park, the Yunnan Military Academy, and the former site of the National Southwestern Associated University! My husband and I each rented an electric bike, with one adult and one child on each – it was super convenient and we avoided all the traffic! After checking out, we left our car parked at the hotel and picked it up after we were done sightseeing! I'm not a shill, I take my kids traveling every year! All in all, we were very satisfied!

The room is very nice, with good sound insulation. The only drawback is the decoration. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also OK. The front desk service attitude is very good. It is a very good trip.
