谢谢昆明盘龙希尔顿惠庭酒店！太棒了！Home2 Suites is by the Hilton group. Having stayed for 4 nights and also in other Hilton hotels within Asia, this Kunming hotel has exceeded our expectations. Service is very good. Breakfast is delicious with Chinese cuisine (yummy fried noodles), basic Western cuisine and coffee. Special shoutout to: 1. Daisy from Level 2 F&B, who greeted us every morning and was helpful with Kunming recommendations. Manager Nick for being so courteous. 2. Ellie from Housekeeping, who was diligent in keeping our room clean and reminded us to keep warm in the sudden cold weather. 3. Qiu from Level 1 reception for helping with my checkout. And the friendly reception ladies. Hotel has a basic drinks station at the lobby, self-laundry and gym. Room had a basic kitchenette, study table and smart technology. Location is 5-10 mins walk to 白云 metro station and 15-20 mins walk to Tongde shopping mall (must-go Korean bbq & Chaoshan beef hotpot on Level 4). Convenience shops are just outside hotel. Highly recommended.

The room is spacious and clean, the service is warm and thoughtful, the hotel is very close to the subway station, there are many restaurants around, and it is next to Wanda Plaza. The room is also very soundproof. I will stay here again next time. I really recommend it, especially the lady at the front desk who was very enthusiastic in guiding us to park and help with our luggage, and reminded us to bring thick clothes.
