Best Pet friendly Hotels in Kunming

Super convenient location, right in the centre of the ancient city and walking distance to the shopping streets. A lot of food options nearby too. Room was so comfortable- they provided hard pillows and had a few refreshments too. :) appreciate the service by the staff as well as I had injured my leg and the cafe in the hotel gave me a bag of ice. Lastly, hotel breakfast had a wide spread of options- from your Chinese food like baos, noodles, fried rice, porridge, youtiao, tomato egg etc to western food like croissants, sunny side up, cakes. I had the best stay in this hotel, will highly recommend to those travelling to kunming!

The hotel is very easy to find. It is right on the road. It is very convenient to get a taxi. The hotel is a small courtyard with not many rooms. The small garden in the middle is very comfortable. You can take your breakfast to the teahouse. There are two cats. They are very well behaved! The location is also very good. It takes only two or three minutes to get to Kunming Old Street, Nanping Pedestrian Street, etc. There are a lot of food around, as well as night markets and snack streets.

Facilities: The facilities are retro, Sanitation: Very good and clean Environment: It is ethnic style! Each room represents an ethnic group! The Bai people we stayed in were very beautiful, and the girl at the front desk helped me take photos and took two hours of hard work! Thank her very much! The photos taken were also very beautiful! Very satisfied! I will stay here again next time! I also recommend everyone to come! Service: The service is enthusiastic! Both girls are very nice!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and there was a mini washer in the bathroom. I like the layout of the bedroom. The walk-in shower is a little small and tends to spill the water to the outside floor during shower. The walls show signs of aging.

Well, it’s a nice enough hotel inside a fabricated former Wanda extended ***** mall. It’s not really close to anything —6-km to Xishan, Dian Lake, 9-10 km to city center. It’s main attraction appears to be an indoor skiing facility, which for anyone that actually skied before, is a 200-ft green circle that they classify as an “expert” run. They had some comic book/anime event going on so tons of people showed up for the weekend dressed up. Beyond the large ***** mall and running/bike track, I’m not sure if it has much more to offer. Personally, I’d advise anyone coming to Kunming to stay either in the city center or go prime spot Dian Lake. This entire concept has a half baked, 3/4 completed feel to it. The hotel is dead & while the place looks modern, it is cheaply built, the gym was unattended (not even sure if it was actually open), and pool hasn’t been open since the Omicron pandemic began in earnest in China. They told me this is a place that Wanda wanted to build up but after running into financial difficulties, it basically got abandoned all but for this area & I suppose they’re trying to monetize it as best they can.

The hotel's cleanliness and service attitude are very good. It's cleaner than before when I stayed here. The details are also very good. The service attitude of the front desk has also been greatly improved. Did they change the owner or something? The room is very big and wide, and the balcony is very large. Standing on the balcony, you can see the night view of Jinma Bijifang. It is a homestay type. The room is very quiet. The location is easy to find. It is opposite Nanping Street, which is convenient. Next to it are the Children's Hospital and Kunhua Hospital. The boss is also very considerate in service. Great 👍

This is a nice hotel in a charming courtyard, but tourists might want to base themselves closer to Cuihu Lake, where the cafes and restaurants are. The bathroom was especially great - shower had high pressure and really hot water. The staff were kind and kept our bags during the day while we were out. My only complaint is the very uncomfortable pillows (which were old and way too high) and the lack of soundproofing.

We are very satisfied with the hotel. It is right inside the entrance of Sunac. We don't need to visit other attractions. The surrounding area is very fun. There are many places to eat and visit. It happened to be the Torch Festival. The hotel gave us tickets for the long table banquet. We participated in the Torch Festival in the square. It was very interesting. Our family of four lived in a family room with two large beds upstairs and downstairs. The bedding was very comfortable, the small balcony was very beautiful, the breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and there was a yard planted by our family behind the building. The hotel service was also very good, and the meals provided were delicious. It is highly recommended!
