This hotel is basically the definition of average, there are many pros and cons which i will go through, i’m gonna start with the pros, 1. the food is really good and the buffet has lots to choose from, 2. nice views and lots of shops to walk around in Albir, 3. the entertainment is really good and the entertainers make sure that you’re engaged. 4. the water park has good slides and is open at great times. 5. there are lots of activities you can use/rent throughout the day e.g, darts, mini golf, table football, and you can even rent bikes at reception. Now the cons, 1. some of the rooms are located in not the best areas such as above the loud stage or next to the busy road (like ours) which is quite disruptive at times. 2. the food + drink bar is open at a really random basis and was only open for 1 day. 3. once again, the rooms are a bit outdated and there are no places to put your suitcase or a safe for items like passports. 4. this one kind of depends on what you prefer but the water is freezing all the time and i got ill after going in it one day 😭. again though, some people love cold water. And finally, although the entertainment is good, it lasts until midnight and it’s really loud so it can disrupt sleep for people who go to sleep early. In conclusion, if you want a hotel where everything is perfect, this hotel is probably not for you.

The Hotel is a bit isolated. With no exterior signage with inside. I have already filed an issue. You have to keep asking. The signaling in the corridors is null. It has to lose some star. Breakfast is not bad. But the coffee and juices of very poor quality. Room service is done late... Maybe they don't have enough staff.
