The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, perfect for a relaxing rest after a day in the city. The staff were professional and very helpful, always providing assistance with a smile. I also enjoyed the pool and fitness center, which were well maintained and added extra value to the stay. Overall, Twin Towers Hotel offers great comfort, convenient location, and excellent service at a reasonable price. New Luxury and affordable hotel in heart of Bangkok, Siam Square. 5-min walk to MBK, Siam Square and Siam Paragon.
We had the cozy corner rooms, which meant lots of windows, and a little balcony! I had great sun that dried my clothes within 15 minutes from my corner room, and my Muslim friend was pleasantly surprised to be able to see a mosque from his room after hearing the sound of some prayers. It is a really convenient location, especially for us, needing to be at the National Stadium each day, which was just down the lane and across an overhead bridge (practically just across the road). They have different timeslots for room cleaning, and housekeeping staff never failed to greet whenever in sight. There is a rooftop pool, that's good for a simple dip, and deck chairs for sun tanning, which seemed popular, given the open rooftop and intense sun. I didn't take a pic of that as there were quite a number of people in the small space. There is buffet breakfast available, and a microwave oven and coffee and tea at the reception on level 8.

This hotel is centrally located in Siam, a block away from the main road and is a 5min walk to the National Stadium train station. You can walk to Siam Paragon in less than 20mins in a nice leisurely walk. The service was great, good breakfast options. They’re still constructing/finishing their dipping pool but the garden area is already nice and conducive for a rest. Was surprised with their birthday greeting! It was a nice touch being remembered on my special day. Didn’t expect it. It just meant the receptionist took note of my bdate from my passport on the day of my check-in. Thanks for the thoughtfulness. The room was clean and they can change your towels daily if needed.

My 3 nights stay here is nice experience. Good location and good price for this comfort room. My room has a small balcony , it is able to see the outside view, a food street behind the hotel building , easy to get good local food and save some time & budget. Also you can see the Amazon Cafe next to the hotel but I was just going through their door to visit the food street, it's can be a nice afternoon time to get a café relaxing there too.

Highly recommended hotel in Bangkok! The hotel has an excellent location with very good access to train and bus services. The shopping district is easy to reach, and the airport is not far away. GGuest UserYou won't find a better value hotel in Bangkok. It's really close to the pier, and you can get to central Asok in just 20 minutes by boat. The hotel is brand new, the gym is well-equipped, and the infinity pool is quite large and absolutely stunning – it uses filtered seawater. Breakfast is also very good. Highly recommended!

The bed I was assigned to had a broken towel rack and ants around the bed and the staff immediately agreed to switch beds for me. While there were fewer ants at the new bed, there was a baby cockroach running around the locker portion of the bed. It was late and my last night when I saw the cockroach so I didn't bother asking for a change but I do think better pest control could be something the hostel should look into.

Compared to The Nai Harn, it felt grander and more business-oriented, which was evident from the breakfast spread – definitely geared more towards business travelers. We stayed on the executive floor, though it wasn't an executive room itself... which I found a bit odd. The hotel's decor has a retro, old-fashioned vibe, making it feel less like a holiday retreat for me personally. However, these weren't major issues. The staff's service attitude was consistently excellent. The main pool was quite busy, possibly because two youth football teams were staying there, so there were lots of people playing and having fun. It was still a good experience overall.

KKantabuliyazhangchangzongI was quite hesitant about this hotel after reading the reviews, but after staying there, I can say its location is excellent, right by the river. The biggest selling point is definitely the riverside access, especially the free shuttle boat. This shuttle can take you to S-pier, which connects to all the major blue and orange line attractions. Taking the metro isn't the most convenient option, but you can also get to S-pier and transfer there. From my window, I could see the Ferris wheel, and there's a night market right downstairs. However, the shuttle service ends at 9 PM, which is a big drawback, as it's about a 5-minute walk from there. Also, if you're close to the river at night, you might hear the rumble of boats in the middle of the night.
While the hotel facilities are a bit old, they're not dirty. I loved the bed – it was incredibly soft and comfortable; I honestly didn't want to get up! The beds are huge. Even though they're single beds, two pushed together are bigger than beds in China, easily sleeping three people. I skipped the hotel breakfast as I'd already spent a lot of money these past few days. In the afternoon, there's hot coffee in the lobby, which is a nice touch (though it's the only one). They also have iced water, chrysanthemum tea, and roselle tea, plus some biscuits. In the mornings, there are croissants and hot coffee that you can take with you. It's like a simple meal, and it's not bad at all. One of the front desk staff speaks Chinese, so communication wasn't an issue.
The hotel requires a deposit, as it's a major international brand. The bottled water in the room is complimentary and NSF certified, so feel free to drink up. The razor provided was quite good, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. From 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM, there's a singer performing in the lobby, which you can discreetly listen to. There's also legitimate massage available outside. If you get hungry at night, there's a 7-Eleven and some street food stalls about 50 to 100 meters away. I wouldn't say the food is amazing or terrible, but you can try the oyster omelet. As for the swimming pool, it's actually quite nice, being on the first floor and very spacious. If your main goal is to explore along the river, this hotel is perfect. However, if you're looking to frequent places like Nana, this location might not be ideal.

The room was equipped with everything you need, including bathrobes and an ironing board. Very comfortable bed. But unfortunately, I already know why there were no photos of the bathroom - it is very small, and the ceiling is probably at a height of 2.20m. And mold/dirty, dingy fugues... that shouldn't happen.
Breakfasts are tasty, but not very rich - on the plus side, different dishes are served every day. Several imported products such as Parmesan or Pepperoni.
Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant situation at the bar, where we were ignored by the staff and the door was closed ahead of time.
Honestly, I expected more. It's not a bad hotel, but I won't be going back in the future.

I recently spent a relaxed long weekend (just over two nights) solo at Holiday Inn Bangkok, right next to Emsphere mall. As an NRI zipping between Hong Kong and Bangkok for work, I needed a hassle-free spot with easy access to shopping, dining, and BTS— this nailed it.
Location (5/5): Smack in Sukhumvit's heart, it's a 1-min walk to Emsphere's trendy shops, cinemas, and food scene. BTS Phrom Phong is 5 mins away, making airport runs and city jaunts effortless. No taxi drama in Bangkok traffic!
Room & Comfort (4.5/5): My superior room was spotless, modern, and spacious for solo use— king bed was plush, blackout curtains ensured deep sleep despite city buzz. Huge bathroom with rain shower and amenities felt luxurious. Minor nitpick: AC was a tad noisy at night, but earplugs fixed it. Free Wi-Fi was speedy for my work calls.
Service & Facilities (4/5): Staff were warm and efficient—check-in was instant, and they upgraded my view gratis. The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation.
The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are.
A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened.
There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only.
The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable.
There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened.
The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone.
The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove.
Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling.
Pros
The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person.

В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно.
В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время.
Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный.
В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери.
Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно.
Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты.
Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку.

Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля.

Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь.

It's true that it's nestled in a quiet alley within a wealthy Sukhumvit neighborhood, so the location itself isn't an issue, and it's suitable for longer stays. It's quite far from tourist attractions, and the alleys in Sukhumvit are winding and don't connect well, which can be troublesome if you're walking. However, I always took taxis, so it was fine. It's a bit of a distance from 7-Eleven. The environment and facilities are definitely up to four-star standards. The security guard was very proactive and responsible. My two points of confusion were: first, upon check-out, the front desk insisted I wait for them to inspect the room before leaving, even though I had already paid a deposit. Second, after the room was cleaned, the hand towels and floor towels were removed, and only one regular towel was left. I don't understand this practice, and in the subsequent days, fewer and fewer towels were left after cleaning.

The inclusion of a kitchenette was a thoughtful touch, making it feel more like an apartment than a standard hotel room.
The location is undoubtedly the hotel's strongest selling point. It is roughly a 10-minute walk to both the Saint Louis and Chong Nonsi BTS stations, making the rest of the city easily accessible. For those who enjoy exploring on foot, the famous Patpong Night Market, the historic Sri Maha Mariamman Temple, and a plethora of local street food stalls and 7-Eleven stores are just a short stroll away.
