After smooth check-in we were offered sparkling wine in the lobby to relax while staff gave us good recommendation to local restaurants. In the fresh room staff even prepared water, snacks and a cute bed for our little dog...so lovely. Breakfast was great and check-out felt like saying goodbye to close relatives. Stunning view from our room window to the mountains side, arrived on weekends reception amazing welcoming, fitness and wellness was open from 8 am, but reception guy (sorry forgot he’s name) was suggested is fine he can open early for us which was very nice of him, room was clean and good just one thing the air conditioning was abit of trouble figuring out how it work but we made it😀 , breakfast in morning top notch lots of options to choose from 🙌🏽 so thank you for make it special weekend Recommend for family trip is best Most definitely looking forward to comeback here by winter time cheers ✌🏾

The stay was absolutely great, check-in was quick, the room was beautiful, the cleaning service during the stay was top notch. The minibar has a great selection and reasonable prices for a hotel. The breakfast was excellent with big selection. But what was a big problem are the TVs in the room. I would not expect a hotel in this price category to have an old TV in the room with only German and 5 Czech channels without the possibility of connecting a phone. I was even more surprised by the receptionist answer that even the highest categories have the same TV, which cost 120+ euro. I would still recommend the hotel, one doesn't just travel to watch TV, but I would like to watch something after long trip to Jested.

Outside: to the center 30min walk or bus, which is permanently difficult. Former factory area, therefore not very comfortable, also misses a place outside to stay. Rooms with TV and table, refrigerator. Common bathroom per2 room clean. No shower and overall very bright.

The hotel was in good location, staff was super friendly and everything was solved as soon as possible. Breakfast was very good. Although there is small space for breakfast, we wait a little and staff immedietly offered help when there was a free table. For the problems that they can not solve they offer part of the money back. We were really satisfied and recomend!

The apartment was great, especially in relation to the low price. Large, very comfortable bed, practical kitchen, good location. Really good hotel standard. Near the center, but beneath the top, also here a warning for people with poor condition. The only thing that's tragic is the way to check in. I had to enter 6 digital codes on the device that I didn't get. The service provided some, but it didn't work. It ended up having to go 2-3 kilometers to another hotel to get the card. Fortunately, I was traveling by car... we read about this problem before... and it seems strange that the problem has not been fixed for a long time.
