We recently stayed here and celebrated our Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciate Mr. Jason (pool area attendant) for taking care of us and offering drinks even though we were the only ones at the pool at that time. We also commend Ms. Marivic and her team, especially their dining area supervisor, for serving our food. Special mention to Ms. Sheila, who serenaded us during dinner. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. Every interaction with the staff left a positive impression, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and welcoming a**osphere.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

The staff is amazing. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They could tell I was from out of the country and made many recommendations for me to see their lovely city. The room was clean and housekeeping would come around later in the afternoon when I would be out. The restaurant buffet was wonderful, a wide selection of Asian foods. My departure flight was late in the day so they let me stay longer in the room with a later check out. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Tea bags and coffee not provided in rooms. Cups, kettle, fridge, dental kit, soap, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, and towels are provided. Free WiFi. Luggage storage available. Really nice and spacious lobby. There a restaurant on the far side of the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We went hotel hopping during our Binondo staycation trip and Ramada is our last stop. First, the guard and bell boy was all so assistive upon arrival from parking to bringing our luggages. They were always smiling. Check-in the supervisor guy morning of October 27 was so nice he checked us in immediately even though its only 10:30AM, because my 4 y/o daughter fell asleep and he want us to rest. Its in the heart of Binondo! Everything is walkable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is about 8 km from the airport and it is recommended to spend a day in Manila because of the journey. Taxi drivers usually have problems to find the hotel. But thanks to Google Maps it is possible. The hotel is located in the middle of the extreme China Town. There are small indoor markets with extreme cheap China goods, but also larger and more expensive malls. But, in the evening when the many stores close, it will be very quiet. To the hotel: All works fine, the aircondition, TV, shower, breakfast is brought into the room. And it is absolutely quiet. There were problems with taxi ordering in the morning. Grab app doesn't work properly, very long waiting. Absolute recommendation for people who have fun in China business and want to make the right snoops but also have the nerves. The location is central to the Metro Manila area which made it easy to travel to different parts of the city. We'd like to extend a special thanks to the reception staff who were kind and cooperative when we asked for specific services such as luggage storage during our brief travel to another country or assistance with weighing our luggages to meet airline requirements. Also, a special gratitude for Aira Evangelista and her team at 9Spoons for great service at the daily breakfast buffet offering. Aira went above and beyond when we asked her about a specific breakfast menu item and also about a local delivery, being unfamiliar with the LaLaMove service - she was able to answer any questions we had and offer solutions to an issue we ran across with. This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines. In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila

Hotel a bit difficult to find. There is no street entrance. The reception is on the 2nd floor. You have to go through a small corridor with a money changer. The staff is friendly like almost everywhere in the Philippines 🇵🇭. There is Wi-Fi, shower, with 💦 🔥 hot water. A small 📺 television and we are in manila. You can find better for the same price when we arrived. We were offered a room with bunk beds because there was a booking error. But everything was back to normal when we came back in the evening we had a room with a double bed

The location was near intramuros and binondo which was our plan to explore. The neighborhood of the hotel is shabby. The staff were nice that they let us leave our baggage while we travel outside Manila and pick it up on our way flying out of Manila.

The room and the hostel is very clean. The staff is nice and very helpful especially Ms. Marivic. There's free water (hot & cold) and also coffee everyday. There's also ref inside the room. May 7 eleven din sa labas ng building. And they have good wifi connection. 8 hostel is perfect for those who are looking for a cheap place to stay yet safe, comfy, and clean. Very nice too for Muslim Travellers because it just a short walk away from the Quiapo Golden Mosque and there are a lot of halal restaurants nearby.

This is by far the worst hotel I have checked in my entire life. Having traveled in many places and worked in the Maldives in the field of hospitality industry, I have by far experienced the worst customer service a business has to offer through this hotel. They have charged me early check-in of more than 70% of the value of a night's stay without properly informing me. I have emailed them three days before my stay and clarified if there will be an early check in charge and they did not inform me about it. I have communicated two times and I was never informed. They respond to my inquiry so slow like they do not value a possible booking. I arrived with my child (two years old) and they insist I pay the early checkin fee. As soon as we arrived in our room a big cockroach was crawling on the floors I had to kill it for the sake of my baby. I asked to room personnel to clean it. He just sweep it without disinfecting the Floor considering the remains of the cockroach splattered on the floors. My child have to walk barefoot no slippers were provided. The bed has black insects and the room has mosquitoes. There was no real or sincere hear to rectify the matter but just mere apologies. I kept quiet as I have an interview to attend to while I'm there but upon my check out I almost explode in anger. The staff was not able to grasp what I was trying to say upon check out that he has to ask his co staff in front of me ”ano raw?”. I find this very unethical and rude. They charged me for the towel that my kid has stained with candies. No consideration was given to a guest who is early checking in with a child, no appropriate information. I almost find the receptionist behaviour as sarcastic. I have paid almost 5,000 php to a cockroach and mosquito infested room whose staff are inconsiderate. Whenever I go out with my child's stroller nobody will even open the door for me. I wonder what makes them too busy focused on a computer. So far, staying in this place is worst experience and is worse than staying in a low cost motel. Being a backpacker myself and not much picky, I can tolerate the unhygienic cockroach and insects and being charged all the fees like they are too much into collecting money than giving a good experience for the guest but the attitude of the supervisor on that front desk and the whole experience is a nightmare I hope nobody else will experience.
