"This hotel is coordinated by Ctrip. The boss can speak Chinese and helped us solve the problem of checking in at night as much as possible, and helped us book a taxi by phone for the next day.
This is a row of tent hotels, suitable for self-driving and local outings. The original intention of establishing it is probably to welcome locals to drive out for BBQ. Due to traffic reasons, it is not suitable for tourists. Tourists usually go to Kawaguchiko Town to see Mount Fuji.
Each tent is equipped with an independent BBQ area and matching stove. If you can use them, you will feel that the price/performance ratio is very high. But we are just tourists and have no use for it.
The boss's enthusiasm brought warmth to our group in a helpless night."
"Facilities: The room is very large. You can take a bath directly in the hotel. There is a kitchen in the room. You can borrow pots from the front desk. There is a microwave, refrigerator, and fireplace. The room also has floor heating. It is beyond expectations.
Hygiene: very clean
Environment: The hotel is very large, with guest rooms, villas, and a spa building. The one I stayed in is considered a resort, with one building and guest rooms next door and on the second floor. The restaurant is in the main building, check-in is also in the main building, and there is a shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station"
"The location is more suitable for driving to, much like being in a forest resort. Although the rooms show signs of age, the space is very spacious and comfortable. While it's a bit inconvenient to walk a distance to reach the hot springs within the resort, it can still be considered a pleasant stroll."

"It was a good experience in Japan. For this kind of accommodation The first night, I slept in room 102, a good room with 4 beds and a dining table for 4 people. I liked it very much, so I asked to stay the 2nd night, but the 2nd night I got room number 105, a room with 2 futons + sofa. It was uncomfortable to sleep, the mattress was a moving spring. And the noise is very annoying."
"Ideal holiday home. The staff is very friendly and familiar with using translation software to communicate. They can handle my poor English calmly.
Good impression 1. Because the luggage is too big to be stored at Kawaguchiko Station, and the weather is bad that day, I went to check in early. The staff started to say that early check-in may incur some fees and I have to ask the person in charge. Finally, they told me that early check-in does have to be charged, but this time it is free. I think it is because the weather is really bad, and the hotel gave understanding.
Good impression 2. When leaving, because it was snowing, the reserved taxi was full. The hotel took the initiative to send us to the station the next day, and finally did not charge any fees.
Good impression 3. The whole atmosphere and environment are really good, especially when it snows again. It is simply a forest fairy tale house. You can also cook. There is a mall with enough ingredients for a 15-minute walk. We cooked dinner for two days.
It is more convenient to take a taxi from Kawaguchiko Station to the hotel, and it is not realistic to walk. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi. About 100 yuan? The transportation is not too convenient. But fortunately, you can ask the staff to call a taxi for you.
The last suggestion is that the bathroom floor and disposable slippers are not suitable. It is easy to slip when there is water. I fell twice... In addition, it would be great if there is a simple skin care bag!
My husband and children are very satisfied with the hotel we booked in Mount Fuji this time. It is worth recommending."
"We had a fantastic one night stay at Glamping Villa Hanz, and only wish we had more time to explore the different activities and nature tours. Food for dinner and breakfast was arranged very well, there were a lot of written guides for how to do all the BBQ cooking and how to make a bonfire with all the hardest parts of camping taken care of for you. The public bath/onsen was very nice and well maintained. The queen beds were very spacious and comfortable in our Pao for 2 and I slept extremely well (except for the loud pop music playing at the bar area in the morning which woke us up)."

"Introduced by YouTuber Hyacinth, I booked a camping site in Kawaguchiko, Japan for the first time on Trip.com. When I had any questions, the staff responded very well, and the service was very good.
PICA Kawaguchiko camping site, the environment is beautiful, the equipment is good, the staff service is good, and you can see Mount Fuji clearly. It made me and my companions have a good time.
This time, two days and one night, one stay and two meals, the price is reasonable, and the service center also has snacks and wine for guests to buy, which is very considerate.
Therefore, I will introduce friends, and I can book through Trip.com.
thanks."

Great
AAaronEngNice breakfast! It has great variety of breakfast choices ranging from Japanese, Western and Chinese food, the taste is really authentic and delicious! The Mt Fuji view from the hotel restaurant gave us an unforgettable experience and I will definitely visit this hotel again!
GGuest UserA fantastic hotel with great amenities to make your stay comfortable , memorable and everlasting . Breakfast was delicious too . Not to mention dinner . A place we would like to return to .
AAnonymous UserGood location, walkable distance to view the mountain Fuji with lake Kawaguchi.
Great view from room too, although just half mountain.
Hotel come to station to pick us up to hotel at 7pm after we wifi call to customer service via Trip app, great feature.
WWee xiongThe service was good, staff very helpful. Location was excellent as outside the hotel have alot restaurants to choose and the food was nice.
Our hotel room facing mount-Fuji love it so much. The breakfast was nice too simple and easy.
Super hotel is a nice hotel, we will choose this branch hotel again for next trip.
ZZhaocanWent with my parents. Check in was relatively straight forward, as was check out. The hotel was quite spacious, the room was to be expected. Relatively basic but clean. Did not eat there. They were able to call us a taxi when needed. We enjoyed the onsen as it had different pools, though not sure about how much of it was “onsen water”.
BBSLStaying at Ashida Hotel was definitely a pleasant surprise. The price budget is also 3,000 per night, because 4 people can stay in the same room. A friend started jumping up and down as soon as he entered. The Japanese-style layout and traditional hot springs make it very comfortable.
The sky finally cleared up on the day we checked out. I was shocked when I saw Mount Fuji. It felt so majestic and beautiful.
This hotel is highly recommended for friends who want to see Mount Fuji in Kawaguchiko City.
GGuest UserThe scenery outside the hotel is very beautiful. There is a Family Mart next to it where you can buy food. The hotel dinner is highly recommended. The boss speaks Chinese and communication is very convenient. Although there is no hotel connection, it is very suitable for self-driving tours. You can park in front of the hotel
AAshleyLovely property in a great location. You’re slightly more off of the beaten track but the tourist bus stop is right out front of the hotel. Great being right by the lake. Amazing room, massive for just me. There’s no shower in the room just a toilet but the onsen was lovely and you can shower in there. Older property also be aware those with accessibility needs the hotel is up quite a steep slope/numerous stairs and then when inside there’s no lift so I had to carry my luggage up and anyone with mobility issues would struggle as I believe all the rooms are on the first floor and that’s after tackling the way up to the hotel. Staff were lovely, can’t comment on dinner or breakfast but a great traditional ryokan stay.
OOnsiriJapanese style hotel. A bit old and outdated but I think it's charming with Tatami, futon and closet like where Doraemon sleep.
If you arrive at station after 3 pm you can call hotel for free pick up service, just 10-15 mins then they're there.
We've got a room at 10th floor so bit of a walk from main building to our room but it's fine there, great view of Fuji and lake.
Room were nice in Japanese style like I ever read in manga.
Our rate were breakfast and dinner included. Then they arranged for you as the time you prefer. Excellent food and super good service! Even they speak 99% only Japanese but service is extraordinary.
Don't miss the onsen too, cool experience to take a bath with a view.
They also have shuttle service to train station , just ask reception ,free of charge.
GGuest UserLet's talk about the hotel itself first. It is in Kawaguchiko, and the windows are facing Kawaguchiko, with a nice view. The hotel has ”hot springs” and saunas, which are large baths in China, and the room size is about the same as in China.
Let's talk about the location. Next to the hotel is the entrance to the observation deck cable car. You must come early to this place. We came down at 8:30, just opened, and there were relatively few people. After playing for an hour, people were already queuing to the side of the road.
