The Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi Road IntercityHotel is located in the heart of Chunxi Road, just steps away from Taikoo Li and IFS International Finance Center, and within easy reach of Chengdu's famous attractions such as Whou Temple and Kuanzhai Alley. Inspired by the German Bauhaus style, the hotel embraces its classic "Less is More" minimalist philosophy, seamlessly blending aesthetics with functionality to create a space that is simple, orderly, and exquisitely practical.

"Even though our company has many partner hotels nearby, I still felt they weren't new enough. So, when it came to choosing a hotel, I immediately thought of Intercity, as I had a great experience with them in another city previously. The taxi ride from Shuangliu Airport to the hotel was only 30 minutes, which was incredibly fast, especially since it's located in the central Chunxi Road area. My office is in IFS, so I could just walk there every day. Upon entering the hotel, I saw many guests waiting to check in, but we barely had to wait. A front desk associate greeted us and started our check-in process right away. We also received complimentary iced lemon water, which was perfect for summer and instantly refreshing after a long journey. I had been worried that staying in the city center might be noisy at night, but the soundproofing was excellent. I slept very well both nights. The mini-bar and fruit selection were also a nice touch and satisfied my cravings. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect stay. I'd like to give another shout-out to the front desk team when I checked out. I will definitely choose Intercity again for my next visit."

"This stay was a solid five-star experience! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to shopping areas and attractions, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I entered the room; the entire place was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust in the corners, and the subtle, pleasant fragrance was lovely. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—the pillows were comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, ensuring a full night's peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. "The room was spotless and well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and air conditioning. The view was amazing – you could even see the 'Panda on a Tightrope' show over the Jinjiang River from the window! It's super close to Tianfu Square, People's Park, Kuanzhai Alley, Chunxi Road, and Taikoo Li. If you have good stamina, you could probably visit all these attractions in one day. In the evening, you can even take a stroll to Jiuyan Bridge. Since we only had two days, we chose this place for its convenient location to get everywhere. The subway entrance is right downstairs, and there are all sorts of snacks nearby, plus it's incredibly affordable. It was perfect for our family of four. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The airport shuttle bus line 1 drops you off at Chunxi Road, and it's about a 10-minute walk from there. The room wasn't huge, but it had everything I needed, and breakfast was included. While not a huge spread, it was enough to fill me up. I only stayed for one night, so I didn't have high expectations. It wasn't too far, so no taxi needed, and it was clean and tidy, which was perfect. I'd definitely stay here again next time."

"I came to Chengdu to see Jolin Tsai's 'Pleasure' concert and decided to stay for a few extra days, so I booked three nights here. Here's my review: **Transportation:** It's about a ten-minute walk from Tianfu Square subway station, which is quite convenient. **Breakfast:** As shown in the pictures, the hotel offers a good variety of Chinese and Western breakfast options. You can even order freshly made noodles from the kitchen staff. The food was generally quite good, but the cake was the only disappointment. It clearly tasted like a pre-frozen, thawed product. The cream had a gummy texture, and after thawing, the cake itself was crumbly and watery. I'd suggest replacing this item. **Facilities:** This was my favorite part. The audio-visual equipment was super clear, and there's a VIP membership, so I could watch newly released movies like 'Pathfinder' and 'Forest of the Wind.' The lights and air conditioning could be controlled with a single touch from both sides of the bed. The toilet was smart, and on the sixth floor, there are two washing machines and two dryers available for free. Most importantly, the delivery robot is adorable! It gives voice prompts when it sets off and when it arrives at your door. **Service:** The room service was excellent. The room was cleaned daily, the bed was made, and mineral water, coffee, and tea were replenished. However, the breakfast restaurant staff were slow to clear dishes and, worse, didn't wipe down tables. The mess left by previous guests was just left for the next table. This was very disappointing, and I hope it was just an isolated incident. **Slow Living Time · Junting Shangpin Handmade Drinks:** I only noticed when writing this review that Ctrip bookings include this. No one mentioned it to me. One last thing, the room door needed a lot of force to close properly. Otherwise, it wouldn't lock and would make annoying beeping noises. I'm not sure if this was just my room or a common issue. Overall, I'm satisfied. I'd book here again if I stay in downtown Chengdu, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues and makes improvements."
