We offer free Wi-Fi, 24-hour hot water, air conditioning, parking lot and rich Chinese breakfast with modern guest rooms, making it an ideal stay for your Jiuzhaigou tour.
"1: On the day of check-in, the front desk service was decent. The new hotel's overall decor is grand and minimalist, with a large reception lobby and plenty of seating areas on the first floor. 2: It was still quite a good deal to upgrade my membership and then pay an additional 48 for a children's breakfast (I'm not sure if this is specific to this particular hotel or if all Quanji hotels are like this, as children usually ate for free at Quanji hotels where I stayed before, and I'm already a member). 3: The hotel and room facilities are relatively new and clean. The laundry room is excellent with new equipment; both washing and drying are smart, and there's complimentary bottled water available, though it tends to run out by nightfall. 4: I originally booked a family room, but it wasn't available, so I booked a twin room instead. The platform showed it could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, but the hotel only provided two sets of adult toothbrushes and slippers. When I went to the front desk to ask for two sets of children's toothbrushes and slippers, another front desk staff member surprisingly said, 'You mean you're staying with 4 people?' I didn't understand what she meant. She then claimed that the hotel rooms don't usually provide children's toothbrushes and slippers, but eventually gave them to me. I was speechless; this person clearly had an attitude problem, but I couldn't be bothered to argue with her, especially for an 800 yuan per night room, making it nearly 1600 yuan for two nights. 5: Let's talk about hygiene. I booked for two nights. After the first night, housekeeping only added adult slippers and toothbrushes during the second day's cleaning; still no children's ones. I was too lazy to complain and just used the old ones. The bedsheets were casually made, and the slippers were strewn about. And shockingly, the floor wasn't cleaned at all; there were even more small crumbs than when I left. The bath towels looked wrinkled, making me wonder if they were new. Obvious hair and paper scraps in the shower room weren't even touched. Very unprofessional, and clearly a lack of proper training. 6: Since it's in a scenic area, I went in with low expectations, but overall, the stay was still acceptable. If they pay attention to the hygiene details mentioned above, I believe it would be even better. I chose Quanji specifically because of its brand reputation, despite having many other hotels to choose from."

"The owner was so thoughtful; they had already turned on the heating before our arrival, so it felt wonderful, cozy, and warm as soon as we walked in. We had a minor issue, but the owner resolved it on the same day. The room was clean and tidy. The bus station is right next door, and it's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the scenic area entrance. There are also plenty of dining options within walking distance, making it very convenient."

"📍Atour Hotel Jiuzhaigou Zangwang Plaza, the stay was fantastic! The location is excellent, very close to the scenic area. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and I slept very well at this high altitude. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and they even offered a warm congee service at night. The laundry and drying facilities were especially practical for travelers. The service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. We felt very at ease staying here with our child, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Jiuzhai. The only minor drawback was the transfer arranged by the hotel from the hotel to the high-speed rail station for our return journey. The service was quite poor, the price was high, and the car's interior was in bad condition. It was also a shared ride, and we were asked to sign some agreement upon boarding, apparently due to concerns about being stopped and fined by traffic police. The driver also kept making phone calls throughout the journey. There's definite room for improvement here; screening better transfer drivers and fleets would make guests feel more secure."

"I wanted to be the first to review this, but I was too slow. ⭐Swimsuits are provided. The service needs some more training, but everything else was great. The soundproofing, environment, facilities, and connections were all excellent, to be honest. 1. The complimentary apples were delicious; I don't know what variety they were, but they were really good. 2. I filmed a nine-minute video but can't upload it. It was very detailed; you can search for it on **. 3. The room was clean, the mattress and blankets were comfortable, and it was super quiet. 4. The ******* clothing was of good quality, and the accessories were complete. 5. Currently, swimming and the private hot spring are free to experience; it's quite comfortable."

"Came to Jiuzhaigou with my partner, and this new hotel's ambiance was incredibly comfortable! ✨ The overall decor is simple and fresh, and the public areas are really stylish – perfect for photos. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, making for a very relaxing stay. The attached casual tea bar was a great spot to unwind, and the 24-hour laundry room was a lifesaver for travel clothes. Breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted great. Plus, the thoughtful shuttle service to and from the scenic area made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"This hotel is about a 5-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, and they offer a free shuttle service to the park. Right next door is the Tiantangkou food street, so dining options are plentiful. They also have a free parking lot with EV charging stations, making it very friendly for self-driving travelers. There are a few minor downsides, but they don't impact the overall experience. I've stayed in many hotels, and unless it's a standalone building, there's always going to be some noise insulation issue. The hotel is located on a hillside with a steep slope at the entrance, which can make it inconvenient to carry luggage up and down. However, you can contact the hotel for assistance with luggage, which is a great help. The hotel just opened this year and has a Wabi-sabi design aesthetic, with excellent soft furnishings and material choices. The staff are all very warm and attentive. It was a fantastic experience, definitely worth coming back!"

"I originally booked a king-size bed room, but luckily, the butler upgraded me to a hot spring room. The breakfast offered a variety of options including noodles, rice vermicelli, steamed buns, steamed dumplings, corn, butter tea, milk, and eggs, as well as freshly ground coffee and hot tea. In the evening, the butler delivered fresh fruit and yogurt. The room was clean and tidy, the hot water was constant, and the bedding was comfortable. They even provided two types of pillows with different firmness levels. The solid wood bed bench had a smooth, warm feel. Sitting on the window-side banquette, watching the clear river flow by with its gurgling sound as natural white noise, I immediately felt relaxed. I booked the complimentary shuttle service to the park entrance for the next day with the butler one day in advance, and the taxi arrived on time at the hotel entrance. Although I wasn't able to participate in the guesthouse's intangible cultural heritage activities during my trip to Jiuzhaigou, which was a bit of a shame, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a souvenir gift before I left. My two-day stay was superb, and I had wanted to extend it, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. I hope to visit again someday. Wishing you a prosperous business and abundant wealth!"
