"New beautiful hotel! The best in which we have been in Japan all the time. Clean rooms, beautiful design, excellent air conditioning, room is spacious 23 square meters. It wasn't so easy to find for our budget. On the respiratory, very pleasant young guys who are always ready to help 👌 in the room excellent vent, suitable for hair laying. Also there is a kitchen with all necessary, excellent coffee machine. To the station 20 minutes walk, to the center by bus. But the hotel is in a cozy, quiet bedroom area. To the supermarket 7 minutes walk. We are very happy! 😊"

"Had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel! The location is excellent, right next to Nishiki Market, making it very convenient to explore Kyoto. The room was surprisingly spacious, It was also very comfortable, well equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. "The room was quite spacious and the price was excellent. However, there were some downsides. Firstly, the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, which caused headaches if it was too strong, and if it was set too low, it got hot. Secondly, the room windows had no curtains, so I woke up every day between 6 and 7 am because it was too bright. Additionally, while the Osaka property had a washing machine in every room and a balcony for drying clothes, this place had no balcony, and laundry and drying services incurred extra charges."

"I have to say, I really loved this hotel. It's so charming, and the private bathroom even had a Gucci bathtub – amazing! I could just soak in there forever. All the amenities were great, and they offer free luggage storage. We checked out, left our bags, went sightseeing, picked them up later, and headed back to Osaka in the evening. It was just perfect! The picture is the view from the window."

"The hotel’s location is really strategic! Walking distance to Don Quijote, Family Mart, and bus stops (also to and from Kyoto Station if you’d like to add some KM to your Japan trip, around 15-20 mins by foot). Amenities are decent, although soundproofing is not the best (we could hear bit of noises and foot steps from next rooms) - after a long day of walking we’re too tired to bother and had a pretty good rest! Recommended if you’re looking for budget friendly option and strategic location."

"This place seems to have opened in June 2026. It's a 15-minute walk to Kawaramachi, 10 minutes to the nearest subway station, and a 15-minute bus ride to Kyoto Station. The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from a bus stop, and there's a Seven-Eleven nearby (3 minutes away). The location is convenient for getting anywhere, whether it's the airport or the city center. The only downside is that the buses to the city (Shijo, Gojo) often get stuck in traffic, so I ended up walking everywhere. Haha, sigh. (Though it's not the hotel's fault). Since it's new, the facilities are, of course, excellent. Most importantly, I loved not having to worry about bugs! The room size is typical for a Japanese hotel; it might be a bit tight for two people to open two 28-inch suitcases. Since I was alone, it was perfectly fine for me! It's about two blocks removed from the main downtown area, so it was incredibly quiet, except for one ambulance I heard passing by. Especially, there was no room noise. I have no idea who checked into the room next door; I didn't see any other guests during my entire trip (...). The room has pretty much everything you need. For a table, they said I could use the one in the hallway, so I brought it in, but it's a bit heavy. The chair was difficult to assemble, so make sure it's properly fixed before you sit on it. The amenities are truly amazing! They were the best I've ever used. The toothbrush and comb are fantastic; the toothbrush is so soft! Full cleaning is provided every other day (eco-cleaning). Since I was alone, I didn't find it inconvenient at all. Check-in is at 3 PM, but early check-in was possible if the room was ready. I was only planning to drop off my luggage, but they said the room was available at 12 PM, so I was pleasantly surprised and checked in. The front desk staff seemed to be better at English (but I'm not good at English, so I made requests in Japanese). The bakery near the hotel is delicious. They don't offer breakfast, but they provide cup noodles at night and some bread in the morning. However, I never tried the bread because I always went out for brunch in the morning. It would be great if they could fix the elevator always stopping at the lobby floor. It was awkward making eye contact with the reception staff every time."

"The room was great, very refined and clean. Japanese hotels are typically small, and it was perfectly adequate for one person. There was even a fridge, which was better than I expected. The shampoo and hand soap were excellent! The front desk staff were Chinese, so communication was clear. I barely saw anyone after checking in, which was great for an introvert like me. Check-out was self-service too, very comfortable overall. The only thing is the price was a bit high when I booked it, nearly 500 yuan a night, haha."

"Modern hotel with a decent-sized room. The room was clean, comfortable and came with great amenities. Guests can also enjoy complimentary drinks at the restaurant including matcha which was a nice touch. The hotel does not provide on-site parking but there is paid parking conveniently located next door. If you're travelling by car, the distance to the city centre is not an issue. There are also several eateries within a short distance making it easy to find a meal nearby. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
