Great hotel in the heart of Phuket town. Nice room with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The gym is the best hotel gym I’ve used in Thailand and the pool is nice too. Breakfast was ok but a bit pricey if bought separately.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in process is very fast and my room was ready just right in time. Maimoon is the best! She helped me all the way! The room itself have enough space and the view at night is very stunning. The rooftop bar is soooo cozy. The breakfast is superb all food are warm. I had a problem on my last night the electricity suddenly shut down, as I informed reception since it’s very late night I expect to have some delay however I didn’t wait that long engineer arrived and told me that cannot be fixed after 5 mins HK and even FO staff helped me to change the room. I wasn’t able to get their names since it’s late night. Overall I had the best experience and will surely comeback!

This hotel requires a lot of improvements. That being said, we spent more time out then using the facilities. Check in process: We arrived at 12:30pm, asked if we could check in earlier which they advised it won’t be ready for 40mins. We came back 40mins later after having our welcome drink (which was purple dyed coconut water in a martini glass). He said it won’t be ready for an hour so we left the hotel to walk about. It’s now 14:10 (check in time is 14:00 so you’d think it would be ready), we were told to wait another 20mins. We finally checked in at 14:30. Food: We only had breakfast at the Hotel as we were so close to Old Town, it didn’t make sense to eat at the hotel and there’s a 7/11 near by for snacks. Breakfast was not great. Food was bland, options were very limited. My husband and I didn’t eat much, we were only there to make sure our kids could eat a bit of fruits and pastries. House keeping: They do not sweep, we know this because our son would bring croissant back and the crumbs were still there after they’ve come in to replenish our towels. Reception: They were lovely and informative. Most of the above feedback were out of their control. Swimming Pool: The pool beds looked and felt a bit out dated, I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Phuket that were in better conditions than this 5 star hotel. That being said my kids still had a lot of fun in them. Location: Not walking distance from Old Town but close enough that the taxi’s only cost up 150baht each way. I’ll unlikely stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel to our friends and family. It was ok but not great.

Hotel for relaxation. Small, compact, but very cozy hotel. Very green and lovingly furnished. The rooms are comfortable. The bed is comfortable, about 2 meters with two blankets. The pillows are ok. The bed linen is white and clean. There are two robes, but no hand towel. Pleasant and fragrant hand gel, shampoo and body gel. There is a safe and an umbrella. We lived on the 2nd floor with access to the pool from the room. The balcony has a built-in drying area, a table and two chairs. The pools were cleaned in front of us. There are 2 canoes. It was fun to swim on them. The pool is open until 21.30, but one day people swam until 12 at night (no one kicked out). Breakfast is average, but it was enough for us. During the day you can eat in the restaurant (I enclose the menu).

A very spacious bathroom with shower , set of courtesy available every day , such as towel change. Location in a quiet area just below Phuket Belvedere , 10 minutes walk from the stop by the buses that lead to the beaches of Patong or Kata and Karon. At the same time walking to the city centre ( descending to 2 light bulbs turn left. For buses ship for the beach always descending to 3 light bulbs always left ) So the Khao Rang Place is the best place to stay in Phuket Town . Excellent quality price ratio. Super recommended ! But then bad start very good. We booked a normal room. Unfortunately, we were first brought into a room in which apparently a short time before was a water damage. It smelled insupportable muffy and many of the furniture were cool. I asked for another room and got it next to it. That was not really better, but it smells less bad. After a bad night at the smell and noise of the street we asked again for a new room and I proposed an upgrade. We could then eventually move to a quiet and renovated room. This room was very wonderful. I recommend therefore just booking a little better room. The location of the hotel is good. At foot you reach the old town and everything you needed. The style of the hotel is very beautiful. The staff friendly. Breakfast I would probably not book for it even in the night. It is not a buffet but a pre-order dish with two drinks that is brought to the room. The Thai dishes are good and rich. The American is made of a (!) untoasted dish toast. Last night we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night because a person smoked in her room. It quickly dissolved that it was nothing dangerous. However, it was not excused with a word. I found it very bad. In principle I would book it again but just a better and quiet room and without breakfast.

This is my first time visit for this hotel. On the evening I had dinner with my friends at Ratri Hotel. Without having any expectation I assumed the food would be average, but it turn out that it was better than I had anticipated. Several items have been ordered, including yam moo manow (a spicy salad with pork), Phuket’s Style Salted Pork, Calamari, Steak, Japanese curry with rice, etc… The taste was fantastic, I have no complaints about the food and the price was reasonable. There is a pool nearby the restaurant with a large moon as a backdrop decoration and a long queue of people wait to take picture there. Apart from that, what I enjoy most about the restaurant is the charming little moon shape lights that are placed on each table. My son liked it a lot, and we can buy it as a souvenir at the reception. The service staff are extremely friendly and pay attention to the customers at all time. There was also a live music session perform by a very talented guitarist. His voice is amazing and that made the night more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful evening, enjoyed the food with friend at a small, lovely, and cozy hotel in the middle of phuket town.

This hotel is really nice! They have phones that you can borrow for free as long as you don't break it! The beds are very comforting. You also can play board games with your friends, kids, and other family members downstairs. You also have a small pool that is also available outside! But it's unusual placement of the room numbers on the ceiling got me a bit confused. This place also have bike rental if you needed to use a bike. Other than that, the rooms have a lot of space and the surrounding space -ceiling, floor, walls- have a lot of characteristics to it, you also get a small buffet every morning.

Rested in February, chose this hotel because it was the most adequate price. The hotel is declared as three stars but pulls all four. Big rooms, daily cleaning of bed linen replacement, excellent air conditioning in lobby in rooms. The hotel's food we liked very much: always there are fruits, several dishes for choice, coffee from the coffee machine, dry breakfast, omelet eggs. Everyone will find something in the shower. The hotel is in the old city. Nearby are many shops and restaurants at any taste. The night market is close on Sundays. The old city resembles Portugal and walking in the evenings there is one pleasure. In previous reviews, it was written that the bus is not going from the hotel to the beach, our questions in the lobby were answered that either a taxi or a bus. We took a motorbike for two weeks of rest. Hotel to any beach about 20 km. Overall we liked everything but if you can't take a bike, it's going to take a taxi to the beach and it's going to be expensive. Thanks Merlen hotel for a perfectly organized rest .

Excellent condition for the price, but you can think that there is no amenities. The water pressure in the bathroom is very low. I don't know because I didn't apply for breakfast on purpose, but the staff is friendly. You can rent a motorcycle. I rented it for about 200 baht for about 5 hours, and I didn't use much oil, so it wasn't a problem. It's a good female body to move the carrier, so it's not very helpful for this hostel without elevator. I booked it because it's a good price facility among the surrounding accommodations to go to Chilba Night Market. I don't know.

There was no price or performance. Room was extremely small and closely very bright (in addition to music bar, voices from neighbouring rooms hearable),glass front heated the room very much on what the air conditioning had to offset.Only one (!) stick, Mirrors unlighted and also without electrical connection,kits were inappropriate to sleep because too thick and uncomfortable, towels and washing only against extra charge (no information in advance),no own refrigerator on rooms, Similarly, only community TV in the hall (hearable volume),no safe available (no room or reception),no safe, small dressing box but without dressing sticks etc. No service was actively offered, such as roller rental and others. You had to here The main lack of reception staff was obviously uninterested for the complete 7 days of my stay and more dedicated to the own internet and mobile phones. A friendly request for an upgrade due to the length of stay (and because the hotel was not booked) was granted only against a surcharge. Sorry. I have experienced rather over-received friendship and interest in the guest in previous hotels. Not even a greeting was obvious here. That was unusual, strange and disappointing. The price was not justified, especially in comparison with the surrounding accommodation and due to the performance and equipment offered m.E. The location of the hotel was not very central but a little remote and therefore not really good. Good: The bus connection to the airport was directly at the hotel. Massageshop was directly integrated into the hotel. 7Eleven and restaurants in the surroundings. Concluded: I felt very uncomfortable and especially not welcome. This was completely different in the previous hotels. I personally can NOT expressly recommend this accommodation (for more than one night).

Super clean and comfortable , I just went there last week and everything was going great and the staff name is P’Gip who works at the hotel, she was nice and helpful she helped us about the car and go to Rassada Pier to go to pp island she gave us every information and super cheap!! We will go back and stay at this hotel again and again!!!
