The room was upgraded to one with a window. It is on the first floor near the restaurant. The central air conditioning is very warm. I can hear the sound of the big water pipe in the bathroom at night. The restaurant is not big and does not offer many varieties. It's right to collect the dishes and chopsticks in time, but you shouldn't push the swill cart out and dump all kinds of leftovers right in front of the eye level where I'm sitting. It's very unappetizing.

I always stay at the Holiday inn when traveling to Qingdao. The staff are incredible and speak English. The facilities are nice and clean and check in is a breeze. The location is perfect for access to any facility or bar downtown

This time I chose Atour for a business trip in Qingdao. The service and cleanliness are really great👍, and the aunt cleans it very clean every day. During the check-in process, all the staff were super attentive and would take the initiative to pour tea and say hello. There are cookies, cola and tea in the room every day. . . . The breakfast variety is also very rich. I like Little Chaos the most, like it 👍. Special praise to the staff member Shengyu. During this trip, I lost a small item. Brother Shengyu actively helped me find it and sent it to me by express. He was really considerate. It’s a pity that I didn’t take any pictures of the hotel this time😂 I can only use the sea in Qingdao, the occasional cat, and the statue of Virgin Mary to wish Yaduo better and better. I will stay there next time🌹

Thumbs up -I must say . Almost all staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the room cleaners is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up again for the concierge staff as well . I specifically recommend this 海尔洲际酒店宾客关系部的 Ivy 王家旸 and one of the cleaning departments lady which I forget to get her name -(she is new trained - 2 month only ) date 11 jan . Room 1256 . She is very caring and helpful. I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

Shangri-la in Qingdao is one of the most incredible experiences you can have. The hotel is always perfectly clean and the food for breakfast is amazing. Most importantly the staff are so incredible. From the check in service, to room service, to drinks in the lounge, you really feel you are are looked after. Shangri-la Qingdao is not just an incredible experience for an overnight stay, the staff make it feel like home. It is honestly the most wonderful place to stay in Qingdao. I could not recommend it more!

Smooth check in process. Room is spacious with great view. Service is great especially the officer who served me, 珍珍。She helps me with alot of things especially when we need a local number to order delivery She helps me with her number.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The reception staff can all speak English and they were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I will definiteley stay here again.

The service is very good. The room is very large and clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows are great. It is just inside the May Fourth Square and very close to Vientiane City. Shopping is very convenient.

The service attitude is very good. I will call in advance to remind you to keep warm when the weather is cold here. The self-service supper that comes late at night is a surprise. The service in An'an Porridge is very good. The location is good and easy to find. Qingdao's subway is very convenient. Arriving at Atour is like coming home. The room is very comfortable and clean. There are free drinks and tea in the small refrigerator. The tea made by Atour is better than the tea bags provided by other hotels. The most important thing is that people feel it. They treat every guest sincerely, which is really nice. I will book again next time!
