Excellent
GgogoSwitched from Studio City to Galaxy, and the contrast is stark. Galaxy's service is absolutely outstanding, from being escorted to check-in to the front desk staff walking us to the elevator after we were done. I used to think this level of service was standard for larger hotels, but Studio City was so disappointing, making the difference incredibly obvious. My kids absolutely loved the Grand Resort Deck; it's a fantastic option for children from the North wanting to play in the water during long holidays.
**Facilities**: Very well-maintained; everything still looks new.
**Hygiene**: Even for someone like me who's quite particular about cleanliness, it was great.
**Environment**: There's a casino downstairs that the elderly enjoyed, and the kids also loved the Kids' Club. The old town is nearby too, a popular spot for photos, just across the road, which is super convenient.
**Service**: Very satisfied.

FFabinnOne of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.

MM25939****After much deliberation, I chose this hotel. Its location is excellent, very close to all the nearby attractions, most of which are within walking distance. Check-in was super fast, and the lady at the front desk even offered a complimentary upgrade to a lake-view room. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a beautiful view. I was very satisfied with my one-night stay. The hotel breakfast was also great, offering a full spread of both Chinese and Western options. Although it's an older five-star hotel, the service and cleanliness are impeccable.

JJennieThe hotel's location is convenient; I'd highly recommend it if you're staying on the peninsula. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Although the room style is a bit dated, the overall cleanliness is good. The front desk staff are very helpful and you can store your luggage there. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus to the border, which is a great stress-reliever if you're not in a hurry.

YYicituxinGreat location and very convenient for getting around, right next to Senado Square. The service was warm and polite, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for money. The hotel is right next to New Yaohan department store, surrounded by tons of shops, restaurants, and snack places – everything you need. It was super easy to walk to the MGM Museum for an exhibition too!

SShuangzizuopingguoThe hotel has a very festive appearance, with many rows of large red lanterns at the entrance and an impressive lobby. The room is very spacious, and it was comfortable even with three friends staying together. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of delicious food, and they refill items very quickly. Besides cars, there's also a shuttle bus service to and from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, which is super convenient.

SStevenOng.Hotel is old and tired, need renovation badly. However room is clean and tidy. Reception service was so-so and not welcoming. Check-in was good though, just the night time when approached another receptionist for my own room number but was given a cold and not welcoming reply. It was normal for guest to forget their own room numbers as they don’t stay permanently. However a simple way to verify was guest able to give his identity numbers and name. Or hotel can always accompany the guest to the room to verify. However this guy was so unpleasant and blunt in his replied. Will not stay again in this hotel.
