In San Antonio for our son’s basketball tournament and choose Best Western based on the reviews. Completely SATISFIED!! Front desk staff friendly, very nice and helpful! Our room had plenty of space and it was very very clean! Our bathroom was big, very clean and the shower pressure great! Our son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a hit! And we loved their Christmas decorations! I would definitely stay again and recommend it!

This Hampton Inn by Hilton is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in San Antonio. The greeting, prompt service, and friendliness of the front desk were excellent. Hotel is near many restaurants including In and Out. Tru was very clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've have in a hotel where its included. They had pancakes, eggs, bacon, hot oatmeal with all the topics, waffle makers, cereals, and amazing juice options.

Our rooms were a good size, with very comfortable bed and pillows. Two chairs in the room was great so we good sit comfortably in the evenings watching TV. the bathroom was sufficiently stocked and had a nice large counter for accessories. Staff was friendly, and took care of all needs quickly. Our kids enjoyed their pool time. the lobby had plenty of seating to visit with friends. Great location, with plenty of restaurants and shopping minutes away. Our only issue was that it would have been nice to have more handicap accessible parking closer to the entrance. Otherwise, wonderful experience.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. When we arrived, we were very impressed with the presentation of the hotel. It smelled so clean! The managers and staff were professional, kind and courteous. The room was comfortable. They had a nice continental breakfast with waffles, fruit, cereal, coffee, juice & bottled water. My kids really enjoyed that. The ladies from housekeeping were very pleasant and attentive. They provided us with clean towels/essentials throughout our 3 day stay. We requested no housekeeping simply because we were gone most of the day and we kept the room neat. My husband and the kids enjoyed an evening in the pool as well. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit San Antonio. Thank you so much for being so welcoming!
