The reception was good, we find the check-in a bit late. The room was very good, confortable and agreable with vue of the sea. Unfortunately the blinds cannot be fixed open so the wind bangs them around. The Wellness center was perfect, with a good massage. The thing which was unfortunate and I think a big problem is the restauration the meals in the evening were not good and on both occasions cold! I asked for a glass of chianti wine the responsable said ”no” I could not beleive this no explication? The breakfast was very good as well. Being french we like perculated cafe in mugs, but all we could have is italien expresso (which is good, dont get me wrong ) but it is so small quantities. As for the traditional ”Aperitivo” go into town they only serve a bowl of crisps.

Great hotel in perfect location adjacent to all the shops, restaurants, harbor and beach. This was our second stay at hotel. Staff were all very helpful and spoke English, and accommodated our request for early check-in. We had 3 single rooms on the second floor, all near each other, and we were fortunate to each have a balcony. Rooms were beautifully remodeled, modern, well appointed and very clean. Highly recommend!

Pros: very spacious one bed apartment...which for me travelling alone was huge. Fab bedroom with king size bed. Fresh clean bed linen. Massive modern bathroom with large walk in shower. Always ample hot water. Loads of fresh white towels, 4 bath, 4 hand & more. Ample loo roll. Main room was kitchen/ diner combined with a made up double sofa bed in it and doors leading to balcony. Hob & oven fine. An assortment of basic cookware. Nice sea view over the rooftops. Hairdryer in bathroom was good. 5 mins downhill walk to supermarket, pharmacy, bars & nearest shops. Steep uphill hike on return!. Cons: no full length mirror, no dressing table, no corkscrew or bottle opener. No kettle ( i used a saucepan for water boiling) or iron. No sharp knives for cutting bread or prepping veg. No ice cube tray. No teatowel or washing up stuff. No brush to sweep up with. Only 3 coathangers. Not a ball breaker but worth considering when packing!...take a corkscrew, icecube tray coathangers teatowel dishcloth & sharp kitchen knife. I found check in diffic ult being on my own with a heavy suitcase...up alot of stairs. You then need a taxi to the apartment from check in place...unless u are driving. Also it simply isn't possible to check in before 3pm. Dont let the shoddy dirty check in building deter you...apartment is much nicer once inside. About 1&1/2km from the marina & main seafront area with shops bars restaurants & cafes all the way. Ideal apt for a couple.

I just want to thank everyone at miramare for the most incredible trip. As soon as we reached San remo from nice we were treated with the best service the whole stay. Although the rooms were small and there was no restaurants in the hotel, the staff made it up by being incredibly kind and wonderful to be around. They helped plan every minute of our trip; where to visit what to eat there and everything we could do. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without them. Elizabeth ,who still checks on us weeks after we left the hotel, always planned with us in the morning and even helped us book our next hotel. She was the sweetest and made sure our stay was perfect. We couldn’t thank her enough. Venessa the manager, assisted in us in every way we needed and was also helped us so much. The breakfast staff were also incredibly kind and made the food perfect. The hotel is freshly renovated, all rooms clean and spacious. Some rooms are only accessible through long walks. The bar is a little minimalist. We were almost 100 people, which was probably the reason for the average food (but nothing special). The staff is very friendly and is working hard to fulfill all wishes. The hotel is not accessible with large buses. Therefore, the hotel provides small shuttle buses.

Don't go there !!!!!! Meanwhile, on Booking, do not write that it is a hotel when in reality it is a room rental We arrive, the room door does not close, while the codes are the same as the door I did not understand this .. let's call the boy \ man on his cell phone, because there is no reception, he tells us how to do it but in the meantime his method does not work, and says that someone is sending us. Other thing, dirty floors and yellow stained sheets which I hope wasn't piss but it sure was! Dirty with hair attached, I didn't spend the night there I paid € 60 without even breakfast included, I went to sleep somewhere else, a dive was nicer !! Never again!! Don't go there !!

I stayed on August 25 with the family. We found it good .how it should be when you rent a apartment,clean,ordered and organized as a hotel room. This host was it !! Clean,Client attention,Handsets,Bathroom,A small hall with water available,Cafe and bricks in the morning.comfortable bed(very important) It is in the center,the only pity that 3 floors with heavy bags remains complicated.but on the site there I'll advise everyone about this disadvantage.

This is a charming hotel with lots of character. There is a lovely garden at the front with covered seating and play area for children. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for access to the train station and the town. Large rooms and modern bathrooms with an elevator to all floors. We have really enjoyed our stay here and happily recommend it. Also good restaurant nearby.

I stayed 3 nights (triple double use) and I have to say that the very spacious room and large bathroom. I didn't expect to change towels and a minimum of cleaning every day honestly. The area is perfect! You are in the centre, 2 steps from the first beach and near the station. Advice to improve: There is no reception, but I would pay more attention to contacts via email. If I didn't call, I would never have received a response. Put at least a small summer refrigerator or machinery where you can buy water.
