"The beeping sound from the electrical equipment in the top-floor room was extremely disruptive. I called the front desk for someone to handle it, and every time someone came up, the sound stopped. As soon as they left, the sound started again. The second time, the manager brought a technician, and again, the sound stopped when they arrived. The technician suggested it might be a current noise from the electrical room. After the manager and technician inspected the room, it was quiet for about an hour and a half, but the sound returned around 11 PM, almost midnight. I called the front desk again, and they said they would send someone to check. Since I didn't want anyone entering the room and disturbing my sleeping family and children, I only asked if the front desk could find someone to check the electrical room. This was because each time they sent someone to check the room, it would be quiet for a while, so I believed they could find a way to control it, but ultimately, they didn't. As a late sleeper, I listened to the beeping sound all night, which severely affected my sleep quality."

Treasure Hotel is a hotel opposite to Macau International Airport and close to Cotai Strip. There are 23 floors and 654 guest rooms, including standard rooms, business suites, deluxe rooms, featured quad rooms and accessible rooms, to meet different needs of our guests. The decoration and design of Treasure hotel is based on the theme of European medieval armored knights, with a retro color tone of brown, gold and burgundy. The hotel also exhibits various 1:1 handmade armor models with reference to replicas of medieval ancient relics, as well as precious artworks from abroad. We hope our guests enjoy the atmosphere and feel like they are in a medieval art exhibition hall.

"This hotel is super convenient from the airport. You just go up one level from arrivals to departures, cross the road, and it's right there, next to another hotel. Kinbalai is an older hotel, so it does have a bit of a dated smell. However, if you're just looking for a place to sleep without any other travel plans, it offers great value for money. The soundproofing isn't great; you can definitely hear noise from the next room. Also, there are no charging outlets by the bed, which is a bit inconvenient. The lobby is on the 11th floor, and you have to go there yourself to pick up any food deliveries."

I'm sure many people will love the infinity pool; it was just okay for me, but the longest section is probably about 30 meters."

"I went with a few friends this time. First, let's talk about the hotel's location. Although it's not in the bustling city center, a good stay prioritizes peace and comfort. This location is perfect for that. It faces the Macau Tower directly, which looks great for photos at night. There are also attractions nearby, definitely worth checking out. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was also very nice, sorry I didn't catch his name. We booked a sea-view suite, and the room was very clean. It even had two bathrooms. The large balcony was also fantastic, great for enjoying the view and taking pictures. All in all, it was perfect. Finally, the hotel also has a free shuttle bus that picks up guests at Gongbei Port, though the pickup spot is a bit hard to find."

"Attention to detail truly shines here. The service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. We got caught in a sudden downpour and arrived soaking wet. Seeing this, the staff immediately arranged for our room to be cleaned and allowed us to check in early – such a kind gesture. The room itself was large, clean, and tidy, complete with UK standard plug adapters, USB ports, and even a check-in reminder, all of which really show how much care the hotel puts into its guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere, and it's right next to the LRT station for hassle-free travel. Thumbs up, very good!"

"Our whole family went on a trip, and after a lot of comparison, the kids weren't too picky about the hotel, so we chose this one in the old town. Right outside the door is a popular photo spot. It's quite convenient to get to St. Paul's Ruins, and you can also walk to the Grand Lisboa to catch a taxi, though it's not very pleasant with luggage when the weather is hot. The breakfast can't compare to a luxury hotel, but it's still decent. The service is what really deserves praise; they're quite enthusiastic. The front desk can exchange currency. Personally, I think if you plan to rely mainly on taxis, it's better to stay at a hotel that provides them. If you don't mind taking taxis, this is a good choice."

"Beautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future."
