The room is very good, clean and new. The room is as described. There is a laundry and the room is very spacious. We can leave our bags and hang our clothes. The staff is friendly, but there will be a deposit first and it will be returned on the check-out day. If anyone is hesitant, I would like you to try to stay here and you will like it. With a reasonable price, the room is big, you can walk to the metro. Downstairs there is a convenience store and there is a delicious restaurant nearby.

I like the decor and design of the hotel, especially the hotel lobby and lounge. The service was excellent, particularly from the front desk agent named Rosia, who was very helpful and provided a lot of details. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come again.

Nice place to stay when in shanghai.. it has smart toilet and inside washing machine but you need to make sure again if your room will get smart toilet.
it’s also near metro station as well as shanghai train station.
Rui who is the desk staff is very helpful because she arranged for my charger to be sent to Chongqing when i accidentaly left it when i checked out.

The hotel is quite close to Joy City Jing'an, about an 8-9 minute taxi ride away. We specifically chose this hotel because my child wanted to visit the Animate store at Joy City.
Overall, the hotel's service was mediocre. For instance, the security guards in the lobby wouldn't open car doors for guests or assist with luggage upon arrival. The room soundproofing was poor; children were loudly yelling at night.
The buffet breakfast was truly awful, and I heard it's outsourced. Not only was the variety pitifully limited, but even the wontons were sour. The only reason we booked this place was its convenient location near Joy City.

We stayed 2N at room 335 (10-12 May 2025). Room was spacious, clean and bright with 2 double beds for 3 of us. We slept well, beds were comfortable and air con, lightings all working fine. Quiet neighbourhood.
Location was abt a 400-500m to Zhong Xing subway, A few convenient stores around the hotel where you can get drinks and snacks. A few small eateries within 150m.
We absolutely love the hotel, they have washers and dryers (including detergent) free for hotel guests and big fridge selling drinks and mostly important the counter staff are super friendly. They used their personal mobile phones to help order takeaways for me and ensured I’m informed when the delivery has arrived.
We have a comfortable stay at the hotel and I highly recommend this hotel. It is near to Shanghai railway station and famous Nanking road and within 10mins walk to a big shopping mall (大悦城).
Special thanks to the housekeeping lady who cleaned our room daily.

Despite the location not being in the most bustling area, the hotel itself was better than expected. Friendly staff, very comfortable room, and the breakfast was quite nice being a foreigner having Chinese breakfast.
I was impressed that the hotel room had bath salts for the bathtub as well as a day time and night time body wash.
It was nice seeing an ironing board but I was surprised there was no safe.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

Meiyi Hotel Wujiaochang (Fudan Management School Branch) in Shanghai is absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right near the metro station and conveniently situated next to shopping malls and universities. Our room featured panoramic windows, smart controls, a truly comfortable mattress, and the bathroom details were excellent. The staff provided incredibly warm and welcoming service, and the 24-hour book bar and gym were practical and much-appreciated amenities. We'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for our next visit!

The hotel is new, modern and conveniently located near the Chifeng metro station. I love that they provide free laundry and given the price, I think it is a good deal. A minus point is that I can hear all the noise from the metro and vehicles outside even when I close the window but other than that I am fairly happy with my pick. Highly recommend

AAnonymous UserI've stayed here a few times and it's one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs, and go downstairs to get takeout. The room has a refrigerator providing drinks, snacks and ice cream at a reasonable price. The air conditioner can blow both hot and cold air normally. If you feel cold, you can blow hot air, and if you feel hot, you can blow cold air. What satisfied me was that there were no unnecessary decorations or lights in the room, which made it look very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and responded to questions promptly. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and the room was so clean. When you go out, you just want a clean and comfortable environment. I couldn't help but praise her. Secondly, the network is smooth and the latency is not high (be cautious if you have high requirements for the device), but the mouse occasionally malfunctions. Finally, I would like to make two suggestions: 1. Improve the mouse and other equipment; 2. Add robot food delivery service. I can’t imagine how popular this would be (although I’ll come back next time)

The metro is within walking distance, there are several good cafes with local cuisine nearby. When leaving the townhouse, you go straight to the market, where there are fruits and the freshest seafood. Upon arrival, there was a problem with leaving luggage, since we arrived at 9 am. Therefore, if you plan to leave your belongings until check-in on the day of arrival, please contact your host in advance. We succeeded, but since we don’t know Chinese, we lost a lot of time standing in the heat outside the house, since the hotel did not have a receptionist. In general, the owners quickly respond to all requests and requests, which is important in another country. Spacious room with high ceilings, the room has absolutely everything for a normal life, very good hair and body cosmetics in the shower. Iron, hair dryer and even mosquito repellent, although it was not useful. Snow-white linen and towels. Very nice place. Bottled water was waiting for us in the room, which was also a huge plus from the road! Another big plus is the opportunity to wash your own things. The only thing that created discomfort was the springs in the double bed, they were very noticeable, the problem was solved by covering them with two bedspreads, the owner should change the mattress.
