It's my first time to this hotel. It's elegant and quiet. I can work and read in the lobby coffee bar. It's very comfortable to smell the strong aroma of coffee. The room attendants are very good, polite and patient. I like them.

Receptionist 003 at the front desk had a very good service attitude. He gave us free breakfast and upgraded the room type. Overall, highly recommended! It's worth staying. It's very convenient to go to Sea World nearby. The transportation is convenient and the location is good! There are a lot of delicious food around! It is highly recommended to stay!

The hotel room has nicely interior. It is clean and quite cozy. But the surroundings is not ideal, not many choices of restaurants. Taxi's and didi does not stop at the front of the hotel entrance, just on the side street. Breakfast buffet has quite lot choices.

The Location is very close to MRT station. There are many small restaurants around. We stayed in this hotel for a week totally. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Shenzhen.

Ok, overall the Hotel was ”you get what you pay for.” It's not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination. It's small and has all the essentials. My biggest problem was that one night there was evidently a married couple that stayed in the room next to mine. The husband decided to start yelling, breaking things, and sounded like domestic violence. I immediately alerted the front desk and ask them to call the police. They promptly moved me from the current room I was in, to another further away. I still hear the screaming and breaking of things for a few minutes after that. The following day, I made a complaint, but the hotels' policy was for them to ”stay out of it.” They simply said they were moved to another room. I was speechless. I'm in a different country, yet I expected so much more.... Other than that incident, nothing was stolen, the units were cleaned daily, and they have a laundry room on site. The price was the best in town.

The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helped to upgrade the room type. The room was very clean and the sound insulation was very good! If anything happens, the front desk can respond promptly~

The hotel environment is elegant in the new Chinese style. Every place has something to see, and different combinations make up the overall beauty. The room is hygienic and clean, the bedding is comfortable, there are windows, and the front desk service attitude is good. We were given a free room upgrade. I extended my stay for two days, highly recommended!

Absolutely Fabulous Hotel! From check-in to check-out greeted with impeccable service. Reception staff are completely bilingual with high quality English level. Was further impressed by the help offered to me when I checked out from a lady at reception in regards to speaking to my taxi driver and arranging with security to help me. She was lovely! So too was the Ayi who welcomed me on check in with a fruit plate and brought up requested cutlery. I’m sorry I did not get their names. The hotel is conveniently located right outside Shuiwan subway line 2 as well as a short 10 minute walk to Sea World which was visible from my room. Sea World is very convenient for food and late night entertainment. Most impressively in the premier suite was not only the size of the suite but the washing machine with dryer which was convenient and silent so possible to do late night laundry. Full cooking utensils are available on request. Management is available on WeChat and answers all questions very quickly and considerately. The room was cleaned daily and towels replaced. Ayi’s cleaned well and generally was very satisfied with experience. In fact, I’d definitely book this hotel again as it’s certainly a 5 star experience. Thank you for the lovely stay.
