"We stayed here on a family trip. The breakfast was very plentiful and good! There were a lot of Korean people, so there was a lot of Korean food and it was delicious. The noodles changed every day and were delicious. We were also able to use the Dusit pool, so the kids had fun on the warslide all day. The staff were all kind and friendly. It was a good hotel. The sunset was beautiful."

"The service at the front desk is the best. I checked in a little late, but I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a large room. A little disappointing was that they gave me a robe on the first day, but they stopped giving it to me on the second day. They even took it away, which was disappointing. Also, they forgot some towels and cups and didn't provide them, but the service was good otherwise. The facilities are old because they are old, but they put in more effort to manage and provide service, so I will stay at this hotel again on my next family trip. The pool is nice and it's quiet."

"Our family of four stayed in a 3-bedroom panoramic condominium with an ocean view and kitchen. The bathroom ventilation fan was a little loud, but the room was relatively clean and generally comfortable. It was very spacious, so there was plenty of space to store all four of our luggage, and we were able to relax as if we were at home. It was about 10 minutes from the airport, and it was pretty much a straight road. We rented a car, but the parking lot was spacious and inside the building, so we were able to protect ourselves from the wind and rain. I'd like to use it again next time."

"We were able to relax in the room while looking out at the blue ocean. The room was filled with the scent of plumeria, so we were able to relax♪ There was a children's pool and various other activities available on the resort grounds, and our 3-year-old and 5-year-old children enjoyed themselves every day for 5 days and 4 nights."

"overall satisfactory 1 has a simple kitchen with a frying pan, a cooking pot similar to the size of a milk pot. There are clips, knives, and chopping boards, and there are basically dishes for washing dishes. There are forks and spoons. Note there are no knives. 2 There are dining tables, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and electric stoves. You can buy some oil, beef, milk, and fruit to cook for yourself. No coffee machine, no toaster. Boil water in a kettle on the stove. 3 There are two double beds and two single beds in the room, which is more suitable for a family of 6-7 people. 4 The hotel has a swimming pool and free ice near the lobby 5 The nearest beach is the beach of Crowne Plaza across the road."

"Immediately greeted by staff upon entry. We were quickly informed of the IHG free membership and given our room cards. We were then kindly directed by staff to the elevator. Elevator controls are on the outside of each floor so you need to keep in mind if chosen wrong floor by accident. We had selected the Premium King bedroom with ocean view on the 4th floor. View is nice but would recommend higher floor if you’d like to take pictures of the scenery better. Big Samsung 55 inch wall mounted TV. The TV had options for shoes, hotel information etc. I was hoping to use my Roku to stream but I could not access the HDMI port behind the TV. Free high speed wifi was very convenient. No Password so easy to use. The room itself was great! Many USB and power ports both near bed and desks. You’ll also be pleased with how many light options there are for this room. Great to choose the perfect ambience you want. Very clean and plentiful freebies within. The Robes were high quality and very comfortable. Aircon controls were easy and very good. Bathroom was immaculate with cold and hot water with many small and large towels. We had ordered room service and were amazed by the quality of the food. Staff called a few times to confirm the contents of our order when prepping. We were told 45-1hr but food came well within 30 min from kind staff. I was keen to see the gym amenities. You need your card to access the room in 1st floor. The gym is small and mainly has cardio machines, dumbbells and 1 master tower band weight machine. All you need for a full workout but may be inconvenient if there are multiple guests wanting to use the room. An extended gym with more equipment would be my biggest recommendation. Overall we were very happy with our stay! I would visit again in the future for sure. Highly recommend the new Crowne Plaza Hotel."

"The building, lobby, hallways, and rooms were all clean and neat, the showers, toilets, and other facilities were new, and the area around the bed was also clean, so I really liked it. However, the Wifi connection was unstable and frequently cut out during my three-day stay, so I think there is room for improvement in the Wifi environment. Apart from the Wifi, everything was good, including the service of the staff."

"You should think of it as a resort, not a hotel. If you expect various convenient services provided by a hotel, you will be disappointed, but it is not particularly uncomfortable. It does not meet the high expectations of Koreans. Hair and such are not cleaned well. The facilities are old, but the Premier Building is fine. It is a general characteristic of Guam. The staff is friendly. It is also advantageous that the beach in front of the hotel and Ipao are connected. The breakfast is not very varied, but it was good that they tried to change it a little every day. I would visit again."

"On the morning of February 3, I checked out of the hotel. After returning the car, the rental company sent us to the airport. When I arrived at the check-in counter at the airport, I found that my passport was missing! And the terrible thing is that I don’t remember when I lost it! And because I was not sure where I lost my passport, I needed to recall all the times I used my passport. At that time, I couldn’t remember any other time I used my passport except for checking in. My IT&E phone card may no longer be valid because the contract expired, so I couldn’t call the hotel. After I explained the situation to the staff at the airport, the airport staff helped me call the hotel, and then I got a taxi to the hotel. I was very anxious, very depressed and very self-blaming all the way. You know, at this time, there were only 45 minutes before the counter closed. But the taxi driver was very good and kept comforting me. When I arrived at the hotel, I left my child in the car and ran all the way to the front desk of the Orchid Hotel. There were already people waiting in the lobby in the early morning. I ran to the front desk, and the gentleman at the front desk had my passport in his hand. That was my passport! The staff of the Orchid Hotel found my passport in the room! Thank you everyone, I was really about to cry! Without them, I would have been in big trouble. I am so grateful to all the kind people who helped me. The sequel of the story: I was as excited as Jack when he got the ticket to board the Titanic. I hugged the driver who sent us to the hotel to find our passports and drove back to the airport. 10 minutes before the airport counter closed, I completed the boarding pass exchange and finally caught the plane. ❤️❤️❤️"
