Mercure Hotels in Xi'an

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby. The room itself was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they proactively recommended local attractions and even upgraded me to a higher floor room. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted delicious – truly amazing! The chef at the noodle station was particularly thoughtful, helping me choose the best options. Housekeeping was prompt; I always returned to a perfectly tidied room, and they consistently replenished mineral water and toiletries. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the city and have already recommended it to my friends!

I've previously stayed at Mercure hotels in other cities and always had excellent experiences, so when we found one near the Bell Tower in Xi'an, we didn't hesitate to book it. We were traveling with our child for a competition, so we initially stayed for 2 nights, then returned for another 3 nights after the competition. The hotel's service is truly exceptional and thoughtful; they even provide complimentary bottled water at every elevator landing, which is incredibly convenient for grabbing a bottle or two before heading out. We also received complimentary breakfast due to a longer-than-expected wait during check-in. The breakfast was very substantial, served until 10 AM on weekdays and extended to 11 AM on weekends. There's a gym and a laundry room on the first floor, and this Xi'an location even offers Hanfu experience bookings, which is unique! The complimentary airport pickup service is another fantastic perk! We booked a spacious room, over 40 square meters, and our entire stay here was incredibly comfortable. Finally, just a minor suggestion: it would be great if the shower area had an extra shelf, as it was a bit inconvenient to place toiletries while showering. Overall, it was truly a wonderful stay!

Very close to the subway, convenient for travel, rich breakfast, and pick-up and drop-off from Xi'an North Station. This Mercure hotel makes people feel at home as soon as they enter the door. The room facilities are complete and the overall stay experience is excellent. The front desk staff, Ah Hang, provided very good service! Very patient! It is indeed a good choice for quality accommodation. It is a very good Mercure hotel and is worth recommending!

The reception staff were efficient and dealt with each queries politely. They supported each other in helping to provide an answer to all my numerous queries and make my stay pleasant and uneventful. Even house keeping responded very fast to several room request. Thank you for the good hospitality.

Staffs are very polite and friendly especially the security guard. When ww first arrived he came and help my wife to pull her big luggage and very friendly. The only one negative feedback even it is a smoke free hotel but some people still smoke in their room and sometimes we can smell cigarettes when we walked out from our room. Overall i love this hotel and i fully recommend.

Booked for my family. They said that from the moment they checked in, the staff was warm and thoughtful, with a sincere smile on their faces. They patiently answered questions and introduced the surrounding food and attractions. During the stay, the staff responded quickly and tried their best to meet any needs. The gym has a wealth of equipment, and the smart room lights, air conditioning, etc. can be easily controlled. The room was cleaned very clean, and they also said that they gave me a facial mask when I checked in, which was very considerate. Yes, my family is very satisfied with this trip

It was my first time staying at Mercure Hotel, and I was amazed. I must give some comments and praise: 1. The overall decoration is very warm and fresh, not business-style, so it gives people a homely feeling; 2. The lobby is very considerate and has small snacks, desserts and drinks. You can sit in the lobby and have free afternoon tea with friends at any time. The desserts taste pretty good; because the schedule is very tight, the hotel breakfast is always eaten in a hurry. Although the restaurant is not big, there are many kinds of dishes~ 3. The hotel facilities are very modern, the room has a small degree, which can control the smart home, and the takeaway delivery robot is also very powerful, which is suitable for people like me who like to buy takeaways when on business trips~ In short, it is very comfortable to stay here. I will stay at Mercure Hotel next time I come to Xi'an for business trips!
