My stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou was absolutely fantastic! The hotel beautifully recreates the aesthetics of the ancient Wu Kingdom from the Spring and Autumn period, with its pavilions, terraces, and waterside promenades showcasing classic Suzhou elegance. Every step offers a picturesque view. As a project under Singapore’s GIC and Temasek, its unique foresight in choosing a prime location in the heart of the ancient city back in 1995 is remarkable. It also boasts a rich history, having hosted numerous dignitaries. Guests can enjoy free access to Panmen Gate by using their room key, and it's incredibly convenient to visit core attractions like Canglang Pavilion, Lingering Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Xiyuan Temple. Plus, the hotel's own restaurants, like Ruigarden Noodle House, are definitely worth trying – it truly enhances the overall experience!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was so warm and professional, and the room was spotlessly clean with a bed so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The hotel's location is perfect, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. I'm extremely satisfied with this stay! The service was attentive and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, bright, and had a great view. It's excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to my friends, five stars! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

Staying at Yangzhou Yingbinguan, I felt the full romance of a spring day in Jiangnan ✨. I took my mom on a trip to Yangzhou and was instantly smitten with Yangzhou Yingbinguan! From check-in to check-out, every detail perfectly hit the mark for aesthetics and comfort. Half of the joy of this trip came from this amazing hotel! 🏡 Living in a Jiangnan Garden, every step is a poem. The entire complex is a massive traditional Chinese garden, with pavilions, towers, small bridges over flowing water, and rockeries. In spring, cherry blossoms and crabapples are in full bloom, and black swans gracefully swim on the lake. Even the air is filled with the fragrant scent of plants and trees. We stayed in Building 11, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared welcome gifts: 'Mi San Dao', 'Xiao Mabing', and 'Niupi Tang' from Qilin Pavilion, along with specialty pastries embossed with 'Yangzhou'. The room facilities were also very new. Shuttle carts were available on call throughout the park, making it super convenient to get from our room to Quyuan or other places. It was so thoughtful for traveling with seniors, as they didn't have to walk too much! 📸 Hanfu Styling, bringing the spring vibe to life. The package included a Hanfu photoshoot, located on the first floor of Building 11. There were dozens of Hanfu styles, and the free options were quite good. If you preferred, paid options were an additional 100 RMB. We also added makeup and styling for 100 RMB per person. The makeup artist was excellent; even with many guests waiting, she was very dedicated. The photographer was also great, skilled at guiding poses. My mom's photos turned out gentle and elegant! We received 5 free lightly retouched photos, and additional retouches were only 20 RMB/photo, which was good value for money. 🍜 Quyuan, a Black Pearl Restaurant. Quyuan Teahouse, a Black Pearl 1-diamond restaurant, is conveniently located right within Yingbinguan, meaning you don't have to leave the hotel to experience it! It does get very busy, so it's a good idea to get a number in advance and then explore nearby. The hotel's own breakfast was also excellent. 🚶‍♀️ Direct Access to Slender West Lake, no queuing is a blessing! On the second day, to visit Slender West Lake, the hotel has an exclusive fast lane! No need to wait in long queues at the scenic area entrance; you can enter directly from the hotel grounds. This was truly stress-free for traveling with seniors (normal admission tickets are still required). The hotel garden seamlessly connects to Slender West Lake. In spring, Slender West Lake is vibrant with green willows and colorful flowers, with beautiful scenery at every turn. 🎭 Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater, an immersive experience of Yangzhou folk customs. During the holidays, the hotel arranged an 'Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater', which truly amazed us! Yangzhou puppet shows, Yangzhou Qingqu opera, and Yangzhou Pinghua storytelling were performed in rotation. The performers were all professional, and acts like puppet calligraphy and pipa serenades were full of Yangzhou charm. This trip to Yangzhou, Yangzhou Yingbinguan truly gave us so many surprises. From the garden landscape and thoughtful service to the delicious food and intangible cultural heritage experiences, all the beauty of Yangzhou was concentrated here. When traveling with your mom, choosing the right hotel is so important! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will definitely stay here again!

Loved it! The staff were so warm and welcoming, they even contacted me in advance and helped with my luggage upon arrival. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, making for some lovely photos indoors. It was raining when we arrived, and they kindly provided free clear umbrellas. The hotel is super close to Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Lion Grove Garden – less than a 10-minute walk! Pingjiang Road is right next door, and there's also a boat dock. You'll find plenty of travel photography studios on Pingjiang Road if you're interested. For breakfast, you can head to Yaba Shengjian, it's about a ten-minute walk. On your way back, you can stroll along Pingjiang Road – it's lovely and quiet in the early morning, perfect for photos. The main branch of Li Baixie (a restaurant) is also nearby, so you can go early to make a reservation. Our room had two 1.5-meter double beds, which was very comfortable for two pairs of mothers and daughters! If I ever visit Suzhou again, I'll definitely choose this place. 👍 The first photo is the hotel entrance, and the last two are of Pingjiang Road nearby.

The front desk staff were very welcoming; they let me choose my own room during check-in and also granted a late check-out when I left. The hotel's location is perfect, right by Lao Dong Men, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby – I was very satisfied. My only minor complaint is a slight sewage smell in the bathroom.

I booked this hotel with the mindset of canceling if it wasn't good, but it turned out to be surprisingly great! Aside from the room being a bit small, everything else was perfect. It's also conveniently located close to all the attractions. The landlady was very welcoming and even helped us carry our luggage up to the third floor. Highly recommend staying here.

This time, my family and I stayed at the Jinling Hotel, and it happened to be my birthday. I was truly touched by the thoughtful service of the fairy housekeeper – she deserves a massive shout-out! The housekeeper proactively reached out beforehand to confirm the delivery time for my birthday cake, arranging everything perfectly. The next day, we spontaneously decided to have the cake delivered earlier. After contacting her, she immediately helped coordinate the change without hesitation, responding super quickly! As a renowned five-star hotel, Jinling Hotel's service certainly lives up to its reputation. The housekeeper was enthusiastic, attentive, gentle, and patient throughout our stay. Every detail showed how much effort she put in. This stay wasn't just about accommodation; it was a birthday experience filled with surprises and warmth.

The hotel is right opposite Guanqian Street, so the location is excellent and super convenient for shopping. I appreciate that you don't need a key card to get electricity, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel feels quite new and is clean. Our family room was spacious and bright. However, it was quite noisy facing the street, and the soundproofing of the room door wasn't great. Being close to the elevator, there was constant noise from people passing by in the hallway, especially since we had to use our key card to go up to our room ourselves and weren't escorted. It was hard to find, and people would often linger and talk right outside our door, which woke us up throughout the night. The breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted good. There's also a late-night snack service, and if you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your door. Overall, it was okay, but on Sunday afternoon, there were many people smoking in the hotel lobby. As soon as you stepped out of the elevator, it reeked of smoke, and no one seemed to be doing anything about it, which was very unpleasant. I might consider staying here again if I'm traveling alone or with just one other person, but I definitely wouldn't choose it for a family trip again.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Line 5, making it incredibly convenient to take the subway to any attraction. It's also very quiet at night, with no noise, so we slept soundly. Right opposite the hotel is a restaurant called Zhu Hongxing. Every evening after exploring, my family and I would go there for noodles and dishes – the taste was absolutely fantastic!!! Just a few hundred meters south of the hotel entrance is a river called Waicheng River. After dinner, my family and I would take a walk there, enjoying the evening breeze, which was very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!!!

Facilities: The disposable towels were a bit disappointing. Cleanliness: It was alright. Ambiance: They have smart toilets. The only downside is that most rooms have windows facing a less desirable view. Service: The service was great, they offered microwave heating, and there are lockers available on the first floor.
