⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou** Had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou in the Garden View King Room. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the gardens and koi fish pond. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of local and international choices. The hotel's location is next to Panmen Scenic Area had complimentary access to the attraction. A special shout-out to Jerry at the reception for his outstanding hospitality. He was very accommodating and provided truly heartfelt service throughout our stay. Great experience with excellent facilities, service, and location. Would stay here again when visiting Suzhou.

My stay at Chenghian Hotel was excellent! The location is super convenient for getting around and exploring the nearby shops. The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for a really peaceful night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, always quick to help. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Staying at Yangzhou Yingbinguan, I felt the full romance of a spring day in Jiangnan ✨. I took my mom on a trip to Yangzhou and was instantly smitten with Yangzhou Yingbinguan! From check-in to check-out, every detail perfectly hit the mark for aesthetics and comfort. Half of the joy of this trip came from this amazing hotel! 🏡 Living in a Jiangnan Garden, every step is a poem. The entire complex is a massive traditional Chinese garden, with pavilions, towers, small bridges over flowing water, and rockeries. In spring, cherry blossoms and crabapples are in full bloom, and black swans gracefully swim on the lake. Even the air is filled with the fragrant scent of plants and trees. We stayed in Building 11, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared welcome gifts: 'Mi San Dao', 'Xiao Mabing', and 'Niupi Tang' from Qilin Pavilion, along with specialty pastries embossed with 'Yangzhou'. The room facilities were also very new. Shuttle carts were available on call throughout the park, making it super convenient to get from our room to Quyuan or other places. It was so thoughtful for traveling with seniors, as they didn't have to walk too much! 📸 Hanfu Styling, bringing the spring vibe to life. The package included a Hanfu photoshoot, located on the first floor of Building 11. There were dozens of Hanfu styles, and the free options were quite good. If you preferred, paid options were an additional 100 RMB. We also added makeup and styling for 100 RMB per person. The makeup artist was excellent; even with many guests waiting, she was very dedicated. The photographer was also great, skilled at guiding poses. My mom's photos turned out gentle and elegant! We received 5 free lightly retouched photos, and additional retouches were only 20 RMB/photo, which was good value for money. 🍜 Quyuan, a Black Pearl Restaurant. Quyuan Teahouse, a Black Pearl 1-diamond restaurant, is conveniently located right within Yingbinguan, meaning you don't have to leave the hotel to experience it! It does get very busy, so it's a good idea to get a number in advance and then explore nearby. The hotel's own breakfast was also excellent. 🚶‍♀️ Direct Access to Slender West Lake, no queuing is a blessing! On the second day, to visit Slender West Lake, the hotel has an exclusive fast lane! No need to wait in long queues at the scenic area entrance; you can enter directly from the hotel grounds. This was truly stress-free for traveling with seniors (normal admission tickets are still required). The hotel garden seamlessly connects to Slender West Lake. In spring, Slender West Lake is vibrant with green willows and colorful flowers, with beautiful scenery at every turn. 🎭 Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater, an immersive experience of Yangzhou folk customs. During the holidays, the hotel arranged an 'Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater', which truly amazed us! Yangzhou puppet shows, Yangzhou Qingqu opera, and Yangzhou Pinghua storytelling were performed in rotation. The performers were all professional, and acts like puppet calligraphy and pipa serenades were full of Yangzhou charm. This trip to Yangzhou, Yangzhou Yingbinguan truly gave us so many surprises. From the garden landscape and thoughtful service to the delicious food and intangible cultural heritage experiences, all the beauty of Yangzhou was concentrated here. When traveling with your mom, choosing the right hotel is so important! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will definitely stay here again!

Traveling with seniors, the key is to have comfortable accommodation close to the attractions. This place is right next to Pingjiang Road. The owner and the young man working there were so enthusiastic! They helped us with our luggage and even recommended a noodle shop that was both affordable and delicious.

This hotel is nestled in an alley in Laomendong, right opposite the popular Pioneer Bookstore, which is a great location. The only downside is that it's 1.5 km from the metro station, but we took taxis everywhere, so it wasn't a big deal for us. We originally booked a tatami room, but only found out upon arrival that it was on the B2 level. It had a musty smell, was damp, and poorly ventilated, making it quite uncomfortable. We paid an extra 1000 RMB to switch to a room on the second floor, which was much better. If you're booking, definitely avoid the basement rooms. The hotel has three adorable cats! Aside from the little hiccup with the room upgrade, everything else was pretty good, even though the price doubled during the holiday.

The hotel is located down an alley, but it has its own dedicated parking, which is very convenient. It's not far from Laomendong, Confucius Temple, Zhonghua Gate City Wall, and the Nanjing City Wall Museum. You can even get takeout delivered as late as 11 PM. I booked a room with a balcony and the view was great. You can see the tour boats passing by. The hotel room was also very clean and tidy.

Ten days at Jinling Hotel gave us something more precious than just good service – it gave us friendship. Thank you to every staff member who offered us their warm assistance during our most difficult and helpless moments. We checked into Jinling Hotel on May 12th. On the evening of May 13th, I unfortunately fell and got injured. What followed deeply moved us. That night, Manager Guo, who was on duty at the concierge desk, personally helped me purchase medicine and crutches online and had them delivered to our room. He also proactively communicated with relevant departments to arrange all the necessary details for my orthopedic doctor's appointment the next day. It was past 3 AM by the time everything was settled. That night, though we were far from home, our hearts felt incredibly at peace. Early on the morning of May 14th, Supervisor Zhang, who was on duty in the lobby, specifically arranged for a young staff member, Xiao Guan, to accompany us to the hospital. He repeatedly instructed Xiao Guan on every detail of accompanying a patient: how to ensure our safety, how to assist with the medical procedures... That kind of family-like care instantly warmed our hearts. And Xiao Guan certainly lived up to that trust. He was enthusiastic, meticulous, and vibrant, accompanying us for the consultation, X-rays, queueing for payments, picking up medicine, and arranging taxis for our round trip. He was like our own child, giving us a sense of reliance in a foreign place. Li Hong and Liu Yan from housekeeping also provided meticulous help after my injury. When they learned the doctor required me to lie flat with my feet elevated to heart level, Li Hong immediately brought hard pillows to prop up my feet. Fearing I couldn't go out for fresh air, she promptly opened the small window for ventilation. She also thoughtfully provided hangers and patiently taught us how to use the equipment to dry clothes. To ensure we could recover in peace, they brought a fruit platter every day. Li Hong even specially got a tightening strap from the engineering department to reinforce the underarm pads of my crutches. All these tangible acts of care warmed and deeply touched us. I want to say that it is the excellent qualities of each and every one of you that form the most brilliant team image of Jinling Hotel. You are the best calling card for Jinling Hotel. I hope more people will know our story, and I also hope that more friends visiting Nanjing will definitely stay at Jinling – here, you will find the 'home away from home' experience you desire, and even more, a warm, family-like experience. First time staying here, and I was quite tired upon arrival. The front desk had already contacted us in advance, which was a thoughtful touch. Check-in was very pleasant, and any requests were handled promptly. They even upgraded my room and gave me a complimentary breakfast. Overall, I was very satisfied. There was a small incident where I got injured, and the front desk staff, particularly Florrie (Huahai), handled it very quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate their help; it made my trip much more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back in Suzhou!

The interior decor shows its age, and there's only one elevator. However, the room features smart controls, good hygiene, and comfortable bedding. The location is excellent – the subway and bus stops are both within 200 meters. A taxi to Humble Administrator's Garden is only about 16 yuan. The beef noodle and bun shops directly opposite the hotel are both delicious. I'd especially like to commend the young man and woman at the front desk on the 27th during the day; their service was warm, sincere, and very thorough. They proactively upgraded our room because we had a child with us, which I really appreciate. I'm very satisfied.

Facilities: The disposable towels were a bit disappointing. Cleanliness: It was alright. Ambiance: They have smart toilets. The only downside is that most rooms have windows facing a less desirable view. Service: The service was great, they offered microwave heating, and there are lockers available on the first floor.
