Stayed for three consecutive days, the service was in place, Huang Jiao in the lobby was very enthusiastic! Every time I come back from a business trip, I stay in this hotel 🏨. The breakfast is also very high-end and the time is very long. No matter how late you sleep, you can have breakfast!

Lianyungang Airport International Hotel is really very close to Lianyungang Huaguoshan Airport. For those who don’t want to get up early to catch a flight, the location is really yyds. When you go out, turn left and then right, and you’ll be there in about 10 minutes’ walk. It’s really invincible. . The hotel room is quite large and has complete facilities. Breakfast is delivered to the room by the hotel staff (porridge, corn, sweet potatoes, steamed buns, etc., it’s so big that you can’t finish it all). It’s the first choice for business trips.

Bring your family to see the sea without leaving the province, and choose Lianyungang Liandao for a visit! Liandao is so fun, the scenery is so beautiful! Have fun! The hotel specially gave a small shovel and a small bucket, and specially found the pink color that girls like, which is so thoughtful! Thumbs up to the front desk! The hotel bed is really comfortable! The room is very clean! The front desk and the cleaning aunts are very polite and responsive! The hotel can help with laundry, print documents, and have robots to help deliver things, which is very interesting, and children especially like it. Breakfast is also very rich! Everything is there. In fact, it is recommended not to put the seafood noodles and wontons in the hotel's special breakfast directly. When the guests eat, the noodles and wontons will be a little lumpy, which actually affects the taste! The characteristics are not so amazing! The seafood noodles and wontons themselves taste good, so this needs to be improved! There are baby tableware, plus points! Recommended!

I brought my children to Yixing during the National Day and chose to stay at Rongda, a very new hotel in the area. The moment I entered the room, I felt it was so open and clean, and the hygiene details were well done. The room control is very smart and precise, and the children are very happy. During the stay, Xiao Huang was also very considerate and concerned about the check-in situation. Any needs can be solved quickly. Big thumbs up 👍🏻 There is also a revolving restaurant on the 25th floor for breakfast. You can have breakfast while looking at the lake view in the morning, which is very comfortable. I will still choose here next time I have a chance to come!

The hotel environment is very good. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and professional. The service attitude is very good, which makes people feel comfortable. The room is very large, with a living room and a kitchen. The kitchen has tableware, a refrigerator, an electric rice cooker, and a toaster, which is very convenient. There is also a washing machine with a dryer. I am very satisfied and will come again next time!

Enjoyed our stay here! Walkable distance from metro station. Some nice food downstairs (especially the xlb store). Hotel checked us in when we reached early. Service from the ladies at the reception was very good, fast delivery when requested for items to room as well. Free washing machine and dryers provided. When there was a queue for it, hotel sent a staff to help with the washing and drying. Very very good service! One thing that can be improved is the air conditioning. Booked 2 rooms, aircon in 1 room was faulty and checked room the 2nd night but that room had cigarette smell (inconsiderate guest). Reception applologied and sent us back with gift. Would definitely consider staying again when I'm back here!

The front desk service is excellent. Staff is friendly & helpful. They also provide a metro station map highlighting scenic spots. Value added service like the self laundry & night supper make the hotel homely. There is one concern which was also highlighted in another review that the room has some stench of smell as you enter the room. I think it comes from the shower / toilet as there is no ventilator. The room is well equipped including a coffee machine & some free light snacks. As I mentioned earlier that I feel comfortable, convenient & homely staying in the hotel. The room I have also has a small balcony, nice.

Room is big, spacious, and the view is most of the time really good (very tall building and the rooms are located from floor 29+). The hotel does have a swimming pool but for the 1 month I was there, it was said to be on maintenance. I guess it won't open any time soon (seems like it's just abandoned, a pity). The gym is alright, enough for most workouts. There is no washing machine available for free, you have to pay an extravagant amount to get your clothes washed. Good point is, the hotel is located on top of a big mall. Food is very easily accessible thanks to that, I was so glad to live there after a long day at work. Overall I would recommend that hotel!

I originally traveled to Huishan and Hailan. In order to avoid the densely populated central area, I did my homework half a month in advance and saw the image in the Ctrip hotel promotional video and chose this place. I originally thought that the price-performance ratio was good, but it was all broken due to the caution of staying at the hotel that night. According to the call center, the boss thought that the current weather was not suitable for using air conditioning and shut down the central air conditioning system without informing customers. The room was still not cool at 11 a.m. before he called the front desk to inquire. As a consumer, I feel very Angry. Later, the waiter said that it was enabled, but even if I set the room to 16°, there was no big improvement. Ctrip's service attitude is sincere, but its approach of calming down troubles is not worth advocating. As a consumer, does your hotel still have a service bottom line? Others objectively say that the breakfast environment is good, but it is very shameful and shameful to violate the consumer agreement and privately deprive consumers of their basic rights. In terms of hardware, the room lights cannot be turned on artificially, but the lights are turned on after Ctrip intervenes. I still use the words of the telephone receptionist to sum it up. If you don’t improve service to strive for profits, you will use this despicable method to harm consumers. The hotel owner gives you advice. Turning it off is the best and most effective way for you to terminate the contract. way of doing. You have deleted the most basic air conditioner. Do you think that as a hotel with a good image on the surface, you are losing face? At the same time, Jiangyin’s tourism image has also been slapped in the face! You affected my mood when traveling, so I'll repay your comment, it's not too much. It is recommended for Ctrip tourists who are planning to stay here to refer to it.

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

SSunsuntravelYiman Hotel, located in the picturesque Ping Jiang Road Scenic Area in Suzhou, offers a charming mix of traditional Chinese aesthetics and modern comfort. Situated in the heart of one of Suzhou’s most historic districts, the hotel provides guests with easy access to the city’s renowned gardens, canals, and ancient architecture, making it an ideal base for exploring the cultural heart of this UNESCO World Heritage city. ### **Location: 10/10** The hotel’s location is one of its greatest assets. Nestled along Ping Jiang Road, a picturesque, tree-lined street, the hotel is within walking distance of some of Suzhou's most famous landmarks, such as the Pingjiang Ancient Street and the Lion Grove Garden. The scenic district is a blend of old-world charm, with its traditional Chinese architecture, canals, and boutique shops. Guests can easily stroll along the narrow streets and explore the city's rich history, or take a short drive to other must-visit sites like the Humble Administrator’s Garden and Suzhou Museum. The proximity to these attractions makes the hotel an ideal choice for travelers interested in Suzhou’s cultural heritage. ### **Ambience and Design: 9/10** Yiman Hotel's design is a blend of classic Suzhou charm and modern functionality. The hotel is housed in a traditional building that retains the elegance of old Suzhou, with wooden beams, silk accents, and antique-style furniture. The interior design evokes a peaceful, serene atmosphere, with soft lighting and artful touches that recall the tranquility of Suzhou’s famous gardens. The rooms are spacious, featuring modern amenities such as comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, and air conditioning, while also incorporating traditional Chinese decor. The mix of old and new gives the rooms a cozy yet sophisticated feel. The bathrooms are well-equipped with high-quality toiletries and clean, contemporary fixtures. While there are minor limitations, such as limited English-language TV channels, the rooms are overall well-appointed and comfortable. ### **Service: 8.5/10** The service at Yiman Hotel is warm and attentive. The staff are friendly and eager to assist, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. While some staff members may have limited English proficiency, there is usually someone available to help with basic communication. Housekeeping is efficient, and the rooms are kept clean throughout the stay. ### **Amenities: 7.5/10** While the hotel does not offer a large array of amenities, it provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant serves a selection of local and international dishes, though the menu is relatively limited. The hotel also offers a small spa where guests can enjoy traditional Chinese massages. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, but the connection can sometimes be slow during peak hours. ### **Value for Money: 8/10** Yiman Hotel provides good value for money, particularly considering its prime location and the quality of its accommodations. Prices are on the higher side for a boutique hotel, but they are reasonable for the level of comfort, service, and convenience it offers. For travelers looking to experience Suzhou’s cultural gems in comfort and style, Yiman Hotel is an excellent choice. ### **Conclusion: 8.5/10** In conclusion, Yiman Hotel is a delightful choice for those visiting Suzhou. Its perfect location, blending traditional design with modern comfort, and attentive service make it a wonderful base for exploring the city’s cultural and historical treasures. While the amenities may be more limited compared to larger hotels, the overall experience offers great value for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Suzhou.

FFreelaxMy maiden trip to China and Suzhou is my 2nd stop. I’m a Singaporean and I was proud to learn that our past 3 Prime Ministers have stayed in the same hotel. The hotel was an ancient castle therefore the compound is huge. We have free access to the Panmen. We were given free self service laundry. Breakfast was good spread. Walking distance to Metro and canal boat ride. Actually we also have got free one hour Hanfu experience but we paid for a 宫宴 dinner which was next to the hotel. Before our stay, I have requested to the hotel for a simple deco for our room as it was my husband’s birthday. Not only did they helped me to decorate the room, they gave us a big cake and also upgraded our room. We had a memorable stay. Thank you very much

GGuest UserI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

GGuest UserNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc. Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us. These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

PPo LingOur twin room is very spacious and cozy. We loved how the staff speedily gave us an air purifier when we said we smelled some cigarettes smell. It helped refreshing the room fairly quickly. The fixtures and fittings are very useful, from good size of wardrobes, suitcase space, sofa, desk, bed and pillow are reasonably comfortable and not too soft. Housekeeping is very neat and tidy as well. We particularly like the open view from window facing the shopping arcade (traditional low rise houses). Last but not least, we wanna thank Hailey Song for going an extra mile and helped us return a parcel to SF upon check-out. Will recommend others upon their visit to Suzhou :)

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafĂŠs are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.
