After checking in, the lobby had a pleasant fragrance, the environment was quite nice, and the cleanliness was also very good. The location is also in the city center, in Jiuzhou City, not too far from City Balcony. The breakfast taste and variety were both satisfactory. Now for some downsides: perhaps the hotel's positioning leans towards business travelers, as it feels very unfriendly for families with children. In summer, with more sweating and frequent clothing changes, the entire hotel lacks a self-service laundry room, offering only a pay-per-item laundry service. There aren't many parking spaces in the hotel, and during holidays, there might not be enough room. Additionally, other than the pool and gym, there are no other facilities, and the pool is cold, not temperature-controlled. There's no children's play area. Parking requires scanning a code every 24 hours, so for multi-night stays, you have to scan it daily.

During check-in, the staff patiently explained all the guest perks. The gym and indoor constant-temperature pool do not require reservations; you can simply use your room card for access. While there might be brief crowd control measures during peak holiday periods, it doesn't affect the overall experience. The gym is fully equipped and spotlessly clean, perfect for daily workouts. The water quality in the indoor heated pool is excellent, and the temperature is just right, making it wonderful for both swimming and playing in the water. The Hengqin Bay Water Park is extremely fun with a rich variety of water attractions suitable for visitors of all ages. The guest rooms are spacious with a well-designed layout; the bedding is soft, comfortable, and ensures a great night's sleep. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, fully stocked with toiletries, and boast excellent soundproofing for a peaceful night's rest. The hotel offers diverse dining options, and the buffet features a bountiful and delicious selection that caters to various dietary needs. The complimentary shuttle bus runs between the hotel and all major Chimelong parks, making getting around completely hassle-free. Service across all departments is attentive, housekeeping is thorough, and any requests are addressed promptly. With top-notch hardware and software, this hotel delivers a fantastic resort experience. Whether you're traveling with family, as a couple, or with friends, it is an absolute top choice when visiting Chimelong in Zhuhai.

Had a wonderful two-night, three-day stay at the hotel. First, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and our butler, Sini, was very thoughtful, providing ample warm reminders and responding super quickly. Other staff members we encountered also responded and resolved issues very promptly. The overall feeling the hotel gave was attentive and professional. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained and nicely laid out. I heard it was fully booked one of the nights, but aside from the buffet breakfast being a bit crowded, it never felt overly busy. The hotel has a great resort vibe. It's a shame that with kids, there were many beautiful spots where we couldn't take good photos. Buffet Breakfast: Rich and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices, Cantonese-style freshly made rice noodle rolls, Cantonese congee, chicken feet, Southeast Asian curry rice noodles, etc. You can even mix your own fresh fruit juices. Buffet Dinner: Included in the Trip.com package. The drinks selection was extensive, with several beers, white and red wines, and even the option to mix your own cocktails. There were several types of shrimp and crab, not just one, plus grilled mini lobsters, oysters, scallops, abalone, and lamb racks. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying. A commendable point is how quickly food was replenished; we rarely had to wait. The beach is clean and exclusive to the hotel, so it's not crowded. Besides the main pool, there's also a swim-up lane connected to the rooms, which was a joy for kids who love water. Over the three days, we switched between the beach and pool constantly, and my child didn't want to leave. If we come for a family holiday again, we'll definitely return here.

We especially want to thank Lacey at the front desk. Traveling with family means a lot of luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel, Lacey proactively guided us. During check-in, considering we had children with us, she thoughtfully prepared children's amenities for us. After checking in, our child wanted some cookies, and Lacey quickly arranged for them to be delivered to our room. She even thoughtfully included drinks suitable for children. During our stay, she enthusiastically offered travel advice when we inquired about nearby attractions, even sharing tips to avoid traffic jams, which was a great help to our family's trip. The room was clean and tidy, with ample space, so our family didn't feel cramped. The view from the window was expansive. The hotel's facilities are very suitable for family travel, and the breakfast offered many dishes that children love. Lacey was consistently warm, polite, and considerate, addressing all our family's needs in every aspect. The service experience was exceptional. Thanks to Lacey's dedicated service, our whole family loved The St. Regis Zhuhai, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Zhuhai!

Upon entering the guest room, I was especially delighted; the room was well-ventilated, with fresh air and no musty or strange smells. The bedding was flat and clean, and the sheets and duvet covers felt brand new and fluffy, very comfortable against the skin, with no stains or hairs whatsoever. The bathroom was immaculately cleaned, with no water marks on the countertops or mirrors, and the toilet and shower area were thoroughly sanitized. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality. The service throughout was exceptionally warm and attentive. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, with no complicated steps. Any needs during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and the cleaning ladies were meticulous, proactively replenishing drinking water, tissues, and other supplies. The hotel's attention to detail was particularly thoughtful; the lighting and power outlet layout were well-designed, and the WiFi speed was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and leisure needs. The overall living environment was quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. The hotel's swimming pools truly exceeded our expectations! With both indoor and outdoor pools, the experience was fantastic. The outdoor pool had great natural light and open space, while the indoor pool offered a sun-protected option, perfect for a dip anytime. Our kids had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave the water. The water quality was well-maintained, and the lifeguards were on duty, making us feel very secure. Overall, the facilities were well-kept. If you're staying with children, the pools alone make a significant part of the stay worthwhile. Highly recommended for families.

This time visiting Zhuhai, I specifically chose the InterContinental Zhuhai, and rather than just staying at a hotel, it felt like giving my mood a real vacation. Located right next to the Gongbei Port, you can cross right over to Macao. The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety. I must give a special shoutout to Rona Pan—she carefully asked about our needs, was so gentle and attentive, and even sent us complimentary fruit and cake! We stayed for two nights and it was extremely comfortable~ If I really have to pick a flaw, it's probably that it was so comfortable I didn't want to check out. I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation next time I'm in Zhuhai.

The sea view was also quite good, highly recommended. **Transportation:** The hotel is a 45-minute drive from the airport, 35 minutes from Hengqin Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, and 5 minutes from Gongbei Port. 🚌 There's a double-decker sightseeing bus stop right outside the hotel. Zhuhai bus route 99 from the hotel entrance can take you to famous Zhuhai landmarks like Zhuhai Fisher Girl, Seaside Swimming Pool, and Zhuhai Grand Theatre (Sun and Moon Bay). **🅿️ Free Parking:** Please provide your license plate number upon check-in to enjoy free entry and exit during your stay. If you don't need to exit and re-enter, simply scan the QR code and enter your license plate number at the front desk upon check-out to leave. **Room Amenities:** Safety deposit box, umbrella, bathrobes, hairdryer, complimentary drinking water. **Third Floor:** Gym, beauty salon, breakfast buffet restaurant (dining hours 7 AM to 10 AM), swimming pool. **Sixth Floor:** Free self-service laundry room (opposite room 610).

Had a very pleasant stay. The room had great natural light, and all the staff provided excellent service. You could really feel the attention to detail. The facilities were complete, and overall, I was very satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I'm very satisfied. Although the room was small, it was very close to the beach (walkable, kids can dig in the sand, seniors enjoy cycling by the sea, a prime location). The details and service were excellent (clean, sand-digging tools available to borrow, a kids' play area, convenient breakfast and late-night snacks, a 24-hour laundry room was very handy, professionally detailed, clean, laundry can be delivered to the room, flexible service, and very considerate of guests). The staff were young and easy to communicate with, attentive to customer needs. My contacts were Haishan and Haipei. Both the elderly and children had a great experience. I'm very grateful to them. Two suggestions: The attendant at the laundry room wasn't very professional, and the electrician didn't fix the WiFi issue. The swimming pool also costs extra. Considering this is just a boutique hotel, I personally don't think these are major problems, but it would be even better if they could be optimized.
