We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Zhuhai. The hotel environment is beautiful and relaxing. Although it rained during most of our stay, we still had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. One of the highlights was the infinity pool. Swimming there was incredibly comfortable and the view was amazing, creating a truly enjoyable experience. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. We would especially like to thank Miya at the front desk. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a pleasant one. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

This is an excellent family-friendly hotel. You can see the beach right from your window, and the hotel facilities are very comprehensive. The kids' play area is huge, perfect for children to enjoy themselves. Ms. Yoyo at the front desk was also very thoughtful, always responding to and resolving issues promptly. If I go to Hailing Island again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

The large balcony is perfect for drying clothes. The mattress offers good support, and you can choose between two pillows of different firmness. The duvet is breathable and light. The blackout curtains ensure complete darkness. Wi-Fi signal is strong, and multiple devices connect without lag. The air conditioning cools quickly and quietly. The mini-fridge keeps drinks nice and cold. The kettle heats water quickly with no strange taste. The large windows provide excellent light and ventilation. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the shower water pressure is stable with instant hot water. The bathtub is clean, and the toiletries have a subtle, pleasant scent. The body lotion is practical. The towels are soft and absorbent, and the cotton bathrobes are comfortable. Kids' amenities are well-stocked. The pool water is clear and warm, with lifeguards always on duty. The kids' play area has new equipment, including slides, swings, and a ball pit, which kept my child very happy. The gym is well-equipped. The garden is beautifully landscaped, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Breakfast offers a wide variety. All the hotel's facilities are comprehensive, and the service attitude is excellent and efficient. The cleanliness in the public areas, rooms, and even the hotel grounds is outstanding. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet, with soft bedding and great soundproofing, ensuring a very restful sleep. It's perfect for children, and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are incredibly helpful and responsive to all requests. The hotel's dining options are also superb, with a rich variety. The buffet offers many choices, and the food is served quickly and is of high quality. This is definitely a top choice for family trips. The hotel is large and upscale, the rooms are clean, tidy, and odor-free, with a lovely fragrance. The children's toiletries are thoughtfully provided. I'd love to come back again. There are also many restaurants, and room service is available. Every aspect of this hotel is excellent. This stay was truly wonderful, and I'll definitely be back!

This time, my grandparents were driving back to Chengdu from Sanya and wanted to stop in Zhanjiang. They saw that the Sheraton was ranked number one on the luxury list and was very close to Jinshawan, where they wanted to go, so they booked this hotel. Facilities: My grandparents reported no damaged areas. The balcony needs to be specifically opened by housekeeping, which I assume is for safety reasons. The decor is generally a bit older, but it still looks quite good in pictures. Cleanliness: The bathroom glass and floor were very clean and sparkling. Overall, there were no major issues with cleanliness. Service: The front desk staff had an excellent attitude and proactively informed us about nearby attractions. Housekeeping provided turn-down service, which included placing a rug by the bed, folding the duvet corners, preparing new slippers, and providing fresh glasses and water. The hotel called me in the morning to ask about my needs, which is quite rare. The Shangri-La in Nanning, which I booked for my next stop, didn't even call beforehand. I believe luxury five-star hotels and above should always make a pre-arrival call or send a pre-arrival email. The executive lounge has a great view, and the room also offered a good view in the morning. Overall, there weren't many issues, and there were some pleasant surprises. I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5.

My stay here was excellent! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and they even thoughtfully surprised me with a fresh fruit platter. The room was spotless, truly five-star cleanliness. It came with a large TV, which made for a great viewing experience, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view with plenty of natural light. The soundproofing was outstanding, making the room exceptionally quiet. Overall, the environment was comfortable and pleasant, and it offered great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel faces the ocean directly, and you can walk straight out to the beach, which was super convenient for our little one to play in the sand. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. What truly stood out was the hotel's excellent service. We accidentally left a small item behind, and when we contacted them, they were incredibly helpful in locating it and arranging to mail it back to us. We're so grateful! The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and made check-in a breeze. The room was clean and bright, and the smart room control system was super convenient. The biggest surprise was the sea view – the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unbeatable view directly facing the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. At night, you could even see the bridge lit up, which was absolutely spectacular. The stand-alone bathtub in the bathroom is a must-try; soaking in the tub while enjoying the sea view was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast was also plentiful, with stir-fried noodles, cold dishes, and steamed dim sum, all tasting great. After breakfast, it was easy to explore the surrounding area, with convenient access to dining and transportation. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be back!

Just a 5-minute walk from Gongbei Port, this newly opened luxury 5-star hotel is right next to the large integrated shopping complex, Grand View Mall. It offers the ultimate in dining, shopping, and convenience. Before my arrival, the hotel called to confirm my reservation and room preferences. On check-in day, the front desk clearly explained everything, and I got my room card quickly. The design style is elegantly modern and fashionable, blended with delicate classical art. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered views of the sunrise over the sea, the port, and a distant glimpse of Macau. Heading downstairs, you have direct access to the mall for shopping, dining, entertainment, and convenient transportation. The only slight inconvenience was that the self-pickup locker for food delivery was located in the lobby on the first floor. To pick up an order from your room, you had to go to the lobby and switch elevators to go up and down. Still stressing about where to stay? Looking for the perfect hotel?
