Sea View Hotels in Guangdong, China

I brought my kids to Zhuhai Chimelong and was very satisfied with our stay. I travel for business 8-9 months a year and rarely write hotel reviews, but I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to Hotel L this time. The hotel's location is excellent, and staying on a higher floor offers beautiful night views. It's directly across from Zhuhai Station, making it super convenient for high-speed rail, bullet trains, airport transfers, and buses to various destinations. Being right opposite Gongbei Port also makes crossing over to Macau very easy. The room facilities are incredibly comprehensive, including a mini-fridge, ice bucket, a fully automatic self-service laundry room, and a very well-equipped gym. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and there were two types of comfortable pillows. The hotel even thought of small details like scissors, a sewing kit, nail clippers, and special slippers and toothbrushes for kids. They also provided a fruit and snack platter as a complimentary gift. Breakfast was a set menu, delivered directly to our room. If I come back to Zhuhai, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

This was my first trip to Zhuhai Chimelong with my parents and my little one, and it was a wonderful experience. After checking in, I added the butler service on WeChat, which was incredibly helpful for answering all my questions. They even gave us complimentary Costa drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel has dolphins and flamingos, and there are designated activity times each day. You just follow the schedule and can go enjoy the fun. In the evening, we could even watch the Ocean Kingdom fireworks show from our balcony. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also incredibly rich and varied. Getting to the theme park by shuttle bus was very convenient, and we could leave our luggage at the lobby. The hotel's restaurants were also quite good. It's a very family-friendly hotel experience! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

I thought the hotel looked beautiful when I booked it online, but it's even more stunning in person. The hotel's standards are far superior to the nearby sea-view apartments; they're not even in the same league. The room is very spacious, well-equipped with all sorts of amenities, and features a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. We booked a sea-view room on a higher floor, and it has a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was spotlessly clean. I especially loved the big sofa on the balcony – it was so relaxing to lie there in the evening. They even provided a travel photoshoot, leaving us with unforgettable memories. From the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping, everyone was friendly and responded quickly. We had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to MixC Shopping Mall and Suning Plaza, and within walking distance of Longyan South Road Food Street. As an established five-star hotel, the service was good; they proactively asked for my arrival time and even called during my stay to check if I needed anything. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, though there was only one bedside power outlet, which wasn't enough for charging multiple devices simultaneously. Also, some of the facilities are a bit dated. The shower drain was a bit slow; I had to remove the drain cover for the water to go down properly. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, featuring some authentic Chaoshan specialties like kway teow, freshly cooked beef congee, and rice noodle rolls. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

Let me share both the pros and cons of this hotel. **Pros:** * **Hygiene:** Excellent. * **Bedding & Soundproofing:** Great, I slept very comfortably. * **Room View:** Fantastic, you can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and the view is expansive. * **Breakfast:** Varied and tasty. **Areas for improvement:** * The parking lot needs improvement. The elevator signs to the hotel on B1 are not very clear. The parking spaces on B2 are lift-type and quite narrow. **Location:** * The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Zhuhai Light Rail Station, making it convenient for crossing the border to Macau.

The room was bright and clean, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. Xu Yachun, a server on the 11th floor, provided excellent and thoughtful service. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes. I'll definitely bring my friends to stay here again next time!

The Wanghai Tower boasts a prime location right on Lover's Road. Directly across the street is Xianglu Bay Beach, offering views of the Shell Theater to the north and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge to the south. Behind the hotel, you'll find Jingshan Park. Despite being an older establishment, the hotel has been recently renovated, giving it a grand and luxurious feel. The facilities are comprehensive; although the toilet isn't smart, the room features excellent wet/dry separation, and the natural light and ventilation are superb. The sea view rooms offer expansive vistas. The hotel staff provides attentive service, and the housekeeping is exceptional. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and food delivery is convenient. The hotel's own dining options are also extensive. Highly recommended!

Hygiene: Very clean. Although the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene conditions are still very good. Facilities: The facilities are complete; they may not be exquisite, but they are comprehensive and tidy. Environment: The location is at the end of Er Ma Lu Food Street, right by the sea. So, as soon as you step out, you have both the sea and delicious food, which is very convenient. Plus, the seaside on the way to the hotel is truly beautiful, and the sunset is absolutely stunning—I couldn't help but get out of the car to take a ton of photos. From the hotel room window, there's still an unbeatable sea view, and leaving the window open at night means waking up to the sunrise the next day, which is very pleasant. Service: The service is great. They brought red bean sweet soup to the room in the evening, and when I left, they provided Shanwei local specialty souvenirs. The front desk lady was very responsive and had an excellent service attitude. I would definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Shanwei.

Great location right by the beach, with a lovely sea breeze. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent natural light. I could faintly hear the sound of the waves from my bed, which made for a very relaxing stay. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; our butler Kiki was very responsive and quickly helped with any small requests, saving us from worrying about minor details. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. This vacation was incredibly pleasant and I feel completely refreshed. Excellent value for money!
