The facilities are comprehensive, clean, and comfortable, and the service is attentive. Overall, the environment and value for money are superb. My stay was extremely satisfying.

After comparing several hotels, we chose Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations! The hotel's location is excellent. There are free shuttle buses to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park, which take only a few minutes and run frequently. The buses are very clean. You can also take a boat to Ocean Kingdom, and the scenery along the way is beautiful – the kids loved it. Staying at the hotel also grants you early entry to the park, one hour before opening. The hotel lobby's decor is very unique; as soon as you enter, you see a dolphin-shaped sculpture, which is great for photos. The hotel has a dolphin pool and a 'Dolphin Window' with daily activities, as well as flamingos. We stayed in an Executive Seaview Room, and the view was fantastic. We could watch the sunrise in the evening (Note: this is likely a mistranslation by the original reviewer, sunrise is in the morning), and enjoyed afternoon tea snacks daily. The staff were all very friendly. The butler service was also very thoughtful; any questions we had were answered promptly. Check-in was orderly and fast, and check-out was very convenient, taking only a few seconds. We could store our luggage after check-out. Our room was spacious with a high ceiling, and the balcony had great natural light. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm. The children's amenities were thoughtfully prepared; our child was so excited upon entering the room. The hotel has a Water World with both indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor area includes a lazy river, slides, and a wave pool, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also has a clean gym and swimming pool, both with advanced facilities and a quiet environment. Additionally, the hotel offers a ball pit, a nursing room, a self-service laundry room, and a medical room – the attention to detail is impressive. The hotel has several restaurants; we tried most of them during our 5-day stay, and they were all good. The Dolphin Buffet Restaurant allows you to watch fish, and is right next to the dolphin pool. The food selection was rich, and the kids loved it. Breakfast was also delicious; my favorite was the noodle and vermicelli station. This hotel truly has nothing to fault, both in terms of facilities and service. Five-star rating across the board – we'll definitely be back!

Highly recommended! I booked two rooms at the Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel (Gongbei Port High-Speed Railway Station Branch), and it was such a warm and thoughtful experience. They even decorated the room for a birthday and delivered a cake! A huge thank you to their staff for all their hard work. The location is fantastic – it's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel entrance to Gongbei Port. I'll definitely make time to stay here again. The breakfast was also quite substantial and worth sharing with everyone! ✌🏻

The room was decent and met my expectations. The location is truly excellent, just a two-minute walk to Lovers' Road. As a result, there were many guests, and even the delivery robots were smoking from all the takeout orders! Downstairs, there are various noodle shops and fruit stores. A five-minute walk takes you to the famous Chaoyang Market and a street full of seafood processing stalls, where we had an amazing feast!

Our May Day trip to Zhuhai was made perfect by choosing the InterContinental Zhuhai. The entire experience was outstanding! The hotel's location is superb, right on Lovers' Road South, offering incredibly soothing panoramic sea views. You can directly gaze at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Macau night skyline. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were high-end. The smart facilities were a thoughtful touch. A special thank you to our butler, Cindy! Her service throughout our stay was incredibly attentive. She proactively contacted us before check-in to confirm our needs, and upon arrival, promptly delivered welcome fruits and helpful tips. Since we were traveling with a child, Cindy also arranged for children's amenities, paying attention to every detail. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to respond and resolve them, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the pool was clean and comfortable. Cindy also kindly reminded us during check-out, making the whole experience exceptional. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zhuhai – highly recommended!

My recent stay at the Sheraton Shantou Longguang Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent central location, making it incredibly convenient to reach shopping districts like MixC City or explore the culinary delights along Longyan South Road. The hotel itself exudes an elegant and grand atmosphere, with the dignified and classic feel of an old-school five-star establishment. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the bedding was particularly satisfying, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. However, what truly impressed me and prompted me to write this review was the impeccable and outstanding service from the front office team. During check-in, the front desk staff were not only highly efficient but, more importantly, genuinely enthusiastic. They proactively inquired about our itinerary and patiently and thoroughly introduced the hotel's unique facilities and local attractions, even thoughtfully providing a hand-drawn food map. This meticulous attention to detail significantly enhanced our overall check-in experience!

Stepping out, you can take a stroll or bike along Lover's Road, which is perfect. The room was spacious, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The hotel has a pool, gym, and even a laundry room, which was really handy for washing clothes when traveling with kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the taste was like home-cooked meals. Overall, it was quiet and comfortable, making it a great choice for a short seaside getaway with the family.

The day before check-in, the butler added me on WeChat. I requested a bed rail and a baby bathtub. The bed rail was provided, but the baby bathtub wasn't arranged. It only arrived after multiple reminders after we checked in. 2. On the day we were supposed to travel, there was widespread heavy rain in Guangdong, an act of God. I asked if we could discuss canceling, but the butler flat-out refused. We had no choice but to drive there with seniors and a child, braving the strong winds and heavy rain. 3. We arrived after 3 PM, but the room still wasn't ready. The butler quietly whispered to me that they had arranged a room with a better view (I had already booked the Sun & Moon Bay View Suite, so I didn't feel this was any special favor). We had to wait for over an hour with a one-year-old baby. Each time I asked, they just said they were checking, but no one ever proactively updated me on the results. There was no tea, no comfort, until I finally got angry, and then they brought a few cups of tea. Their service awareness was extremely poor. 4. The welcome fruit also required repeated prompting before it was delivered. Later, they said they would upgrade the fruit as compensation. 5. The booking page clearly stated that cable car tickets, travel photography, and dining discount coupons would be provided. However, no one proactively informed us or distributed these. Our car license plate was also not registered, causing inconvenience for entry and exit. 6. The front desk staff didn't smile much and had a stiff attitude. It's hard to believe this is a five-star hotel. The hotel itself is quite new, the views are good, and the infinity pool is very photogenic. The breakfast selection was plentiful and tasty. However, the kids' play area is very small, with only building blocks, books, and arcade games for older kids. The hotel's hardware is fine, but the service is mediocre. If they had only charged me a little over 1000 yuan, I might have tolerated it, but 3800 yuan is unacceptable. I paid good money only to be upset.

Came to Shanwei on a self-driving trip and stayed at the Baiman Hotel. The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is neat and clean. The environment is beautiful with a lovely sea view. The service was warm and attentive; they even gave us a free room upgrade, which was a nice touch! The hotel is also conveniently located near Er Malu Food Street, where everything is delicious.
