I had an incredibly satisfying and enjoyable vacation at Hotel L! 🥹 First off, being able to store my luggage before check-in was a huge plus, allowing me to start my trip hassle-free. The welcome gift, though not extravagant, included an eye mask, small snacks, and earplugs, which were super useful during my stay and even came in handy while traveling by train! The location is absolutely unbeatable!!! It's right in front of Gongbei Port, making trips to and from Macau incredibly convenient. Plus, when I had to catch a train from Zhuhai Station in the morning, its proximity meant I was never rushed. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a bonus. And when taking a taxi, simply saying ”Hotel L” was enough – drivers always knew exactly where to go, which was incredibly stress-free. The view of Gongbei Port and Macau from my room was stunning! A special shout-out to Panda Chen, the hotel staff member I communicated with via WeChat 🥹. She was incredibly kind, patiently answering all my questions and providing assistance, which made my entire trip so much more pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel L in Macau; it left me with truly wonderful memories. 💛

The location of Hengqin Bay Hotel is truly excellent. The hotel's free shuttle bus gets you to the park in about ten minutes. The package allows for multiple entries into the park, and you can even get in an hour early! The lobby features a magnificent oversized glass coral in the center, surrounded by large dolphin-shaped pillars, creating an incredible oceanic atmosphere. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and there's a quick check-out box available. The room had great natural light, and came with a balcony, bathtub, mini-fridge, and an electric kettle. The children's amenities were incredibly thoughtful – tiny slippers, toothbrushes, and bathrobes, all spotless. Every detail was meticulously considered! Shuttles run every 15 minutes, with routes to both Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park, and a one-way ticket is included with the room. The children's area at the water park is safe and fun, and the indoor heated pool offers a comfortable environment. The flamingo bay and dolphin pool encountered during walks are picturesque, adding to the leisure and enjoyment. The hotel truly demonstrates professionalism and dedication in every aspect of family travel. From comfortable accommodations to dining experiences, and from entertainment facilities to meticulous service, it offers a worry-free and delightful vacation choice.

Highly recommended! I booked two rooms at the Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel (Gongbei Port High-Speed Railway Station Branch), and it was such a warm and thoughtful experience. They even decorated the room for a birthday and delivered a cake! A huge thank you to their staff for all their hard work. The location is fantastic – it's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel entrance to Gongbei Port. I'll definitely make time to stay here again. The breakfast was also quite substantial and worth sharing with everyone! ✌🏻

My stay was excellent! The room was clean, bright, and had no strange odors, with great attention to detail in terms of hygiene. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and Lisa provided kind and thoughtful service. The location is also convenient for getting around. The best part was the free afternoon tea and late-night snacks, which made it fantastic value for money. Definitely recommend! 👍

First time staying in this hotel in Zhuhai although I am an I HG Member. We always have confident in this hotel group, but this is the first time choosing this hotel in China. Overall experience is marvelous, even better than our previous ones in Bangkok Thailand. Room is spacious and stylish with stunning view. Location is convenient. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful, especially Emily, who took care of our check in and our needs afterwards etc. Her enthusiasm made us feel welcome and warmth that gave our trip a pleasant touch! We will chose this hotel again in our future trips to Zhuhai and will recommend it to our friends too.

Location & Transportation: Strategically located in the heart of the CBD, it's about a 5-minute walk to MixC shopping mall and a 10-minute walk to Longyan South Food Street, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. Room Facilities: The standard room type is approximately 40 square meters, featuring comfortable bedding (the 'Sweet Dream' bed), with some rooms including a bathtub. However, the decor leans towards a classic business style, showing its age a bit, and some appliances (like the TV) might not support screen mirroring. Dining Services: The buffet breakfast is a highlight, offering Chaozhou specialties like 'kway teow soup' and 'oyster omelet'. However, during weekend peak hours, there might be queues, and some food stations can be slow to replenish.

Our family trip with the little one was quite enjoyable. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the Love Post Office. Stepping out, you can take a stroll or bike along Lover's Road, which is perfect. The room was spacious, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The hotel has a pool, gym, and even a laundry room, which was really handy for washing clothes when traveling with kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the taste was like home-cooked meals. Overall, it was quiet and comfortable, making it a great choice for a short seaside getaway with the family.

I. Good aspects: 1. The bed in the room is good, relatively clean and tidy, 2. Take the initiative to serve, send two breakfast coupons worthy of praise. 3. Shampoo shower gel conditioner is brand new. 2. In the middle of the rules: 1. Breakfast has pig intestine powder, bag, noodles, orange juice, milk, bobo intestine, soy milk, fried dough sticks, oranges, hot water, can eat enough, whether it is worth 38 yuan to see the wisdom. 2. Parking is convenient, the first floor may not be seated, but there are many positions on the first floor, but it takes a long time to get on the elevator. 3. Sea view, can be facing the sea, but there are two buildings in front of half of the view; 4. Parking is a fee, go out to check out first and take a screenshot to the front desk, refund through WeChat; Particularly dissatisfied 1. Public facilities are not convenient: the whole house is on the 28th floor, there are two small elevators, many people go up and down the stairs during holidays 15-20 minutes, many times the waiter is cleaning, and you have to ”grab” the elevator with the customer; 2. Residual room facilities: the shower head is about to fall off, and the water pipe is rotten; 3. Room hygiene is worrying: the toilet is not washed, a bunch of dirty things, the door lock is rotten and rusty, the quality of disposable toothbrushes is worrying, and it is easy to brush blood. 4. The service can't keep up: the toilet is very dirty, the last guest's pile of shit has not been cleaned, let no one wash the toilet, let the toothbrush be provided, and let people send it over, but never sent it. 5. Restaurant customers eat, clean more perfunctory, sitting and stool a lot of oil, no cockroaches, no way to sit 6. There is no landline phone in the room. I think the hotel has found a few calls from Trip.com and no one answered them.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb, right next to attractions like Sun & Moon Bay, Lovers' Road, and the Fisher Girl statue, plus there are beautiful parks to stroll through. With kids, you can rent bicycles with child seats, and cycling around is very pleasant! The hotel features an infinity pool. It used to be heated, but I heard that from May onwards, it will be unheated, so if kids want to swim, it depends on the weather as it can still be quite cold sometimes. The hotel's breakfast buffet also offers a good variety, ranking well among high-end hotels. The staff were very friendly. My child lost their Kakahu fridge magnet, and the staff enthusiastically helped us look for it. Although they didn't find it, they gave us two new fridge magnets and a fruit platter to cheer up the child. I have to commend them! Their follow-up service was also excellent! Next time we visit Zhuhai, we will definitely choose Wanghailou again!

A truly satisfying beachfront hotel experience! The location is superb, right by the sea, allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze and sunsets anytime. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional; check-in was efficient and smooth, and they patiently resolved any issues with a very friendly attitude. It offers excellent value for money, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended and definitely worth revisiting!
