During my stay, I called multiple times to inquire about dining reservations, parking, directions to attractions, and room facilities. Each time, I was greeted by a gentle and polite voice, and her responses were clear and concise. Winnie is very professional; she never brushed off complex requests. Instead, she meticulously coordinated with various departments to handle them quickly, and her response time was incredibly fast. Even with multiple repetitive inquiries, she remained exceptionally patient, and all communication was fluent and appropriate. She perfectly embodies the service standards of a Marriott five-star hotel. The hotel environment and room amenities were already excellent, but with Winnie's thoughtful and heartwarming service, my overall stay experience was significantly enhanced. This will be my top choice for business trips or holidays in Zhuhai. Thank you, Winnie, for your dedicated service!

So happy to be back at Zhuhai Chimelong again! Even after all these years, the room is still clean and bright. The complimentary mini-bar and water station are a nice touch. The dolphins in the dolphin pool are so lively and adorable, actively interacting with guests. Watching the flamingos on Flamingo Island is also incredibly beautiful. Beyond the classic ocean-themed lobby, check-in and check-out were seamless with no waiting. The pool and water world offer a wide variety of options and are open all day. The gym equipment is new, and there's even a self-service laundry room. With diverse dining choices like evening tea, afternoon tea, and buffets, plus shuttle buses and boat tours, everything from dining to accommodation and transportation is incredibly convenient. Besides the amusement rides, we absolutely loved the marine animals at the Ocean Kingdom. The newly added Spaceship Park is also fantastic. In addition to the rides, it educates and entertains through various means like pictures and models, conveying knowledge about environmental protection, the ocean, and marine animals. The indoor venues are perfect for rainy days or extreme heat. We had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay!

Our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay honestly felt like a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience. The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter. The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained. Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day. We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay. Thank you and appreciation to all the staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and effort in making our stay memorable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax. Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!

Booked a Macau sea-view room, and the sea view from this window sill is simply unbeatable – a million-dollar view! Downstairs, there's a boardwalk perfect for an evening stroll and enjoying the breeze. In the morning, you can catch the sunrise right from your room (I woke up at 5:30 AM to photograph it). The design of the room and the entire hotel is grand and elegant; I particularly love the clean, linear aesthetic. The bathtub fills up quickly, making for a very relaxing soak. The service attitude was excellent! A big thank you to Lena and all the staff. Parking is convenient, and the car park is very spacious. My only minor point was the bathroom door; it kept closing automatically while I was using the toilet, which was a bit perplexing. I'll definitely be back to stay again; this view is just too beautiful!

For an InterContinental at this price point, it's quite competitive, especially given its excellent location. The room size and amenities align well with InterContinental's luxury business positioning. The restaurant's food quality, however, needs improvement. The service was very good; we added a 30-day aged steak to our set meal for two, and they even provided bread for five people. The by-the-glass wine was also of good quality. There were two downsides though: first, the self-selected knife wasn't sharp enough. Second, the hot stone served with the steak was cold, which completely failed to render the beef fat – a medium-rare steak should still have a hot sear on the outside. These two points are worse than the InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun, and since the prices are likely similar, I believe the food quality should be on par. Lastly, the pool lighting is poorly done; the jacuzzi area is too dark, while the main pool is overly lit by spotlights, making the loungers in the resting area both dark and glaring. The overall pool area feels like a vast, empty space, lacking a sense of luxury.

The hotel's location is really convenient for getting to shopping malls and various border crossings. While the hotel has been around for a while, and some of the hardware isn't as spick and span as a brand new property, the quality of the bedding and room furnishings is still very good. The St. Regis butler service also didn't disappoint. A special shout-out to butler Claire and front desk agent Adara! Before arrival, butler Claire proactively called to confirm my arrival time, kindly reminded me about free parking for drivers, and to register my license plate upon arrival. Her communication was gentle and clear. After check-out, Claire also called to follow up, asking if I was satisfied with the room and service, and proactively inquired if any needs were unmet. During my stay, the St. Regis butler service was meticulous and thoughtful, and any requests were handled incredibly promptly. Upon arrival, I was checked in by front desk agent Adara, who was gentle, patient, and efficient. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions.

The hotel facade is grand and impressive, immediately giving off a sense of luxury. My king room was clean and spacious, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and all the facilities were complete and functioned perfectly. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for travelers who need to wash clothes. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful. Overall, the entire hotel experience was fantastic – definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

This hotel is conveniently located near major border crossings, making international travel efficient. There are plenty of taxis in the vicinity, offering excellent transportation links. The rooms are comfortable, making it a great choice for both short stays and longer trips.

The environment is clean and hygienic. The service was excellent. They even upgraded us to a high-floor room with a window. There's a gym available, and a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is also very rich and offers a sea view. The bookshelf in the lobby is a great spot for photos. The coffee in the room and the water in the fridge are complimentary. Very satisfied.
