It takes about 25 minutes by car to Chimelong Ocean Park, about 15 minutes to the Zhuhai Convention and Exhibition Center, about 5 minutes to the artificial island of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and 10 minutes' walk to the Lovers Road. L Hotel has a excellent geographical location and the transportation is very convenient. The hotel directly connects to the Gongbei Port Shopping Plaza.The hotel has a total of 22 floors with 262 luxurious rooms. All the mattresses in the rooms are with double cushion which come from a famous brand called Hong Kong Yalan. The rooms have refreshing high-density sheets, velvet quilts and plush pillows. In addition, lobby is on the 5th floor of the building, the 19th floor is equipped with a gym and self-service laundry room. There has a multifunctional conference room on the 20th floor with sea views. It is a hotel with a function of integrating business, dining, entertainment, leisure and shopping.
"Overall, it was decent. The service was good, and the location was convenient. My only real complaint is that the air conditioning was too effective; it was freezing, and I couldn't adjust the temperature. I called for service, and they came quickly, but couldn't fix it. The staff member eventually suggested opening the window if it was too cold 😊😊☺☺"

"Booked a king-size room for my grandpa, and the hotel was very thoughtful to upgrade us, considering he's elderly and we live far apart, making it difficult to look after each other. It was a wonderful surprise! Before checking in, we were warned about potential renovation noise downstairs, but there wasn't any. The kids loved the hotel, saying the breakfast was delicious, and every staff member was gentle and enthusiastic. This hotel's rooms are quite in-demand, so if we're lucky, we'll choose to stay here again next time we visit Zhuhai."

CCiciciciFive-star rating for the Zhuhai Marriott Hotel! A special shout-out to Winnie Chen, the operator manager! During my stay, I called multiple times to inquire about dining reservations, parking, directions to attractions, and room facilities. Each time, I was greeted by a gentle and polite voice, and her responses were clear and concise. Winnie is very professional; she never brushed off complex requests. Instead, she meticulously coordinated with various departments to handle them quickly, and her response time was incredibly fast. Even with multiple repetitive inquiries, she remained exceptionally patient, and all communication was fluent and appropriate. She perfectly embodies the service standards of a Marriott five-star hotel.
The hotel environment and room amenities were already excellent, but with Winnie's thoughtful and heartwarming service, my overall stay experience was significantly enhanced. This will be my top choice for business trips or holidays in Zhuhai. Thank you, Winnie, for your dedicated service!

I've stayed at many resorts, but the attention to detail here truly made me feel incredibly warm and cared for; the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the concierge staff proactively helped with our luggage, guided us to parking, and assisted with check-in. Their service was enthusiastic yet discreet, never intrusive. The front desk staff were super efficient, completing our check-in quickly. They also thoughtfully and patiently explained the hotel grounds, shuttle bus times, and sightseeing tips based on our itinerary, which was incredibly considerate. The cleanliness of the guest rooms was absolutely impeccable. Housekeeping staff cleaned promptly every day, changed bedding, and replenished toiletries. Every corner of the room was spotless, and the bedding was soft, clean, with no stains or odors. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making it very quiet inside, ensuring a truly peaceful rest. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, including a popular water park and a dolphin viewing area, all well-equipped. The water park offers a rich variety of attractions, and the facilities are well-maintained and look new, with very high safety standards. The shuttle buses to and from Ocean Kingdom are frequent and depart on time, so there's no long wait, making travel incredibly convenient. The restaurant staff provided meticulous service, clearing tables promptly and refilling dishes, ensuring a great dining experience. Staff were always maintaining cleanliness in the hotel's public areas; the greenery was neatly trimmed, and the ground was clean and tidy. The overall environment is exceptionally well-maintained. There was absolutely nothing to complain about during our entire stay; every detail showed the hotel's dedication. The service is professional and the experience is superb – it's definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Chimelong! AAHMAD FARHAN F M AL-MASLAMANIOur stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay honestly felt like a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience.
The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter.
The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained.
Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day.
We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay.
Thank you and appreciation to all the staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and effort in making our stay memorable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.

Impeccable Front Desk Service
A special shout-out to the front desk team, particularly 柳雅琪 for their warm welcome and professional service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home.
The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!

Downstairs, there's a boardwalk perfect for an evening stroll and enjoying the breeze. In the morning, you can catch the sunrise right from your room (I woke up at 5:30 AM to photograph it).
The design of the room and the entire hotel is grand and elegant; I particularly love the clean, linear aesthetic. The bathtub fills up quickly, making for a very relaxing soak.
The service attitude was excellent! A big thank you to Lena and all the staff.
Parking is convenient, and the car park is very spacious.
My only minor point was the bathroom door; it kept closing automatically while I was using the toilet, which was a bit perplexing.
I'll definitely be back to stay again; this view is just too beautiful!

The front desk staff were efficient and professional during check-in, proactively explaining the hotel benefits, and their service was warm and appropriate. The room was spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned without a single missed spot. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly after a long day. The breakfast offered a rich variety, balancing local specialties with Western dishes, and the taste was great. Housekeeping and concierge staff were responsive, and the turndown service had thoughtful, warm touches, truly reflecting the high-end quality of the brand. The pool and gym facilities were well-maintained, contributing to an overall extremely high level of comfort. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip. I highly recommend it to all business travelers.

9922cuuThe St. Regis is incredibly popular for photos, especially for girls who love that elegant, palace-like style. The all-white aesthetic feels very clean. Initially, we weren't thrilled with our room, which was a bit disappointing as it was for a birthday. After calling the front desk and requesting a room with double doors, they quickly moved us to a fantastic new room. It was perfect for taking beautiful pictures! I also have to give a special shout-out to the concierge service! They were constantly busy helping us, from handling flower deliveries to moving our luggage between rooms, and even assisted us right up until check-out! My only minor complaint is that I didn't get a little bunny for my birthday! But overall, I really loved it, especially after we switched rooms. I'll definitely be back to relax here for a couple of days next time.

GGuest UserOur stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and bright, with all the amenities one could need. The bedding was soft and cozy, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure. It was a perfectly comfortable place for our group to stay. The floor-to-ceiling window offered abundant natural light, and the air conditioning and toiletries were thoughtfully provided. The entire place was clean and elegant, and we could enjoy the bay view right outside the window. Our overall experience was incredibly satisfying. We'll definitely come back again!

GGuest UserThey upgraded one of our rooms, which was great since both our families were on the same floor. Atour's service is always excellent. I really appreciate the disposable cups in the room, and it's a nice touch that this hotel's bathroom has a drying rack. Right across the street is Hot Wave Bay. If you want to go to Sun & Moon Bay, just turn left when you exit and grab a shared bike – you can cycle all along the coast. There are lots of staff members on duty along the way, and they're all very friendly and helpful if you have any questions.
