The room is clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable. The water supply is large and it is very comfortable to wash. Parking is convenient at the door. The service is super super super good. I upgraded the room type for free. After checking out, they also took the initiative to give bottled water and slippers for use on the road. A friendly tip: be sure to buy any chocolates, Russian souvenirs, and other similar items in Manzhouli, as they only get pricier the further you travel.

Not only was he warm and considerate, but he also proactively helped guests with issues and arranged a late check-out for us. When we discussed it beforehand, he said something truly heartwarming: 'Erenhot is very cold, we can't possibly let guests check out early and be stuck outside in the cold.' Honestly, with such an outstanding employee, I will definitely choose Hanting Premium Hotel again for my next business trip here.

It was very close to the train station and the bustling main street, and there were many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the room was well soundproofed, so I slept soundly.
