The location is wonderful but other amenities are limited. Good for stay and very close to city square which is more.convenient for any traveller.

The room is clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable. The water supply is large and it is very comfortable to wash. Parking is convenient at the door. The service is super super super good. I upgraded the room type for free. After checking out, they also took the initiative to give bottled water and slippers for use on the road. This environment, this price, and this service are really worth it. I hope the price will not increase.

Manzhouli is a dream! The hotel is quite new, and the rooms are spacious. My kids absolutely loved the themed room. It's super convenient as the pedestrian street is right next door, making dining and shopping a breeze. Prices in Manzhouli aren't high, so it's a good place to consider buying souvenirs.

The front desk clerk was enthusiastic and helped us move our luggage to the room for viewing. The surrounding environment of the hotel is average, and there are not many parking spaces, but the hotel security master is very good. He helped us contact the parking space, especially when the car could not be driven out when we left. He helped us contact the owner of the car. When the owner called but the owner did not come, he directed me to move the car out little by little! It took more than half an hour. The location is right next to the old town, a great place for eating out and going out at night. The room I stayed in had a strong cigarette smell when I checked in, so I chose a normal room, but if that hadn't happened I'd give it a 5* rating. The smell went away quite a bit with the aroma I bought at the shopping center next door. The customer service was great and I'd like to stay here again.

The hotel is very easy to find, the equipment in the hotel room is available, can meet the needs of accommodation, that is, the equipment is old and the indoor space is relatively large. The hotel management staff was very enthusiastic. When I encountered a small problem when I checked in, I solved it immediately and upgraded to a suite, which was very good.

They have nice Mongolian buildings around the corner. When we arrived there, we asked for a non-smoker room, yet the room stinks badly and there was a bug in the bed. I asked the staff and they promptly changed the room. The new room was better but it still stinks a bit. Breakfast is all Chinese foods and they taste good, but they’ve got good Mongolian milk tea and cakes as the best part of it. Overall experience was good but could be better if the room smells better.
