The service is very good! We arrived at the hotel an hour in advance and arranged a room. We found that the air conditioner was broken at night and upgraded the room and gave us a free breakfast. The room was very clean and the staff tried their best to meet our needs. There were many types of breakfast, buffet style, and yogurt and small cakes were given in the evening! Recommended, I will come to this hotel again next time!

The staff were incredibly thoughtful; upon noticing we had a child, they thoughtfully provided a complimentary pair of children's slippers in our room. Overall: This hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely recommend it! It offers incredible value for money. The overall decor exudes a chic, artistic vibe, and the subtle, pleasant fragrance in the room made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

I upgraded the room type for free. After checking out, they also took the initiative to give bottled water and slippers for use on the road. This environment, this price, and this service are really worth it. I hope the price will not increase.

The hotel is perfectly situated right on Zhongsu Golden Street, offering an excellent location that's incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just adequate. We booked a special offer room, so both the room and the bed were quite small. I honestly couldn't understand the design choice of a transparent glass door for the bathroom! A friendly tip: be sure to buy any chocolates, Russian souvenirs, and other similar items in Manzhouli, as they only get pricier the further you travel.

As always with Hanting, the cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was spotless and neatly made, and the bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was completely free of water stains. Every corner was sparkling clean, which made me feel very secure and relaxed. The staff were all warm and attentive, providing efficient and thoughtful service from check-in to departure. They even took the initiative to recommend local attractions, truly making me feel at home. The facilities were also top-notch: the mattress was just right, the air conditioning cooled quickly, and the shower had great water pressure. Plus, having a self-service laundry room and a gym is a huge bonus for long-distance travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Erenhot!

The hotel was very clean, the room had no odor, the shower had a strong water pressure, the room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. It was very close to the train station and the bustling main street, and there were many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the room was well soundproofed, so I slept soundly.
