The room was very clean, and I was so grateful that the front desk attendant upgraded me for free from the special offer room I originally booked! The surrounding area is great, not too far from the high-speed rail station and Xiangao Ancient Town. There are also places to eat and supermarkets for shopping nearby. Since the area is relatively new, there aren't a ton of options yet, but the value for money is outstanding. If I get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay here.

The hotel is right next to the subway, making it very convenient to get around. I stayed with my child during the National Day holiday, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a gift bag containing potato chips, 125ml bottles of fruit juice, bottled water, and other snacks – a very considerate gesture.

I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, and the soundproofing in the rooms exceeded my expectations, providing me with a wonderfully quiet stay. A big thank you to all the staff for their dedication! I will definitely choose this hotel again for my future travels and will recommend it to my friends!

The hotel is quite close to Shangrao Station, just a few minutes' walk away. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. We booked a family room for one night, and they kindly gave us a complimentary breakfast buffet. All the hotel facilities were great; we really enjoyed the smart services. My family was very satisfied with Fengzhen Hotel. We wanted to extend our stay for another night, but unfortunately, all the family rooms were already booked. We look forward to staying at Fengzhen again if we get a chance to visit Shangrao.

The location is fantastic! Right downstairs is Zhubao Street, the heart of Nanchang. The service was warm and friendly, and the room was spacious. I loved that the TV supported screen mirroring, and the independent air conditioning kept a consistently comfortable temperature, which is much better than central AC.

The room is spotless 🧹, the smart toilet 🚽 the ground bed 🛏️ the surface is quite clean 🪟 the windows are large and the lighting is good, and the room is very bright! The hotel is only a few minutes away from the Tengwang Pavilion, and the night view of Tengwang Pavilion is particularly beautiful! Breakfast is delicious! There are a lot of snacks when you go out. I recommend you to try rice cakes and tea. The hotel has a parking lot 🅿️ parking is convenient! The young ladies at the front desk are kind! Say hello to us every time you return to the hotel! This hotel is right across from Wuyuan High-speed Railway Station, about a 200-meter walk. There are stairs, but they've installed an elevator, which is convenient. I stayed for two nights and it was very quiet. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. There aren't many dining options nearby, but food delivery is very convenient and comes right to your room door. I went to Huangling and Wangxian Valley with a tour group – they picked us up right at the hotel. However, the tour time was too short; it's good for a quick visit, but no need to plan extensively. For my independent trip, I visited Xiangao Ancient City, which was very relaxing to stroll through. I also went to Jingdezhen and then Shangrao. Being close to the train station is incredibly convenient, making it perfect for catching trains.

This is probably the hotel I have stayed in that understands the needs of passengers the most. Not only is a washing machine available, but it is also very intimately equipped with a separate hanging dryer. This combination is perfect for heavy clothes, towels or close-up clothes that need to be quickly dried or not to be mixed. The washed clothes are fluffy and dry, with the smell of sunshine, and completely solve the laundry problem during the trip. 2. The hot water supply is stable and sufficient. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. Check-in at the front desk was super efficient, and the surrounding transportation was easily accessible. I had a very comfortable stay this time!

It has an incredible view, right on the canal across from the beautiful library. The location honestly couldn't be better. Right in the heart of everything. In walking distance of wonderful locals. But I reserve my biggest compliment for the staff. The front desk went beyond the call of duty. Bent over backwards to help me time and time again. I can't say enough! Even the cleaning staff, everyone was unbelievably cheerful. A fantastic city, worth the visit. And I definitely would stay there again.
