3-Star Hotels in Grand Est, France

Location was great, 2 mins from train station. This is not close to Old Town so will need to walk about 15-20mins. We booked the classic double room but I think we got upgraded to a suite. There was a bath tub and one shower room separately. The living room (without tv) and a separate bedroom (with tv). We left our charger and call back to check with reception. The receptionist was friendly to assist.

The location is excellent, with the B tram stop right outside. A walk along the Ill River from the hotel to Petite France offers fantastic views. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and a supermarket is about 100 meters away.

Hotel is well located. Walkable to all main attractions within 30 mins. I would recommend to book a rooms with a balcony worth it. Few small supermarkets on a street and another one bigger in 10 mins walk. 15 min from Gare Saint Louis. Room was big and clean !!! Nobody cleans my room for entire stay. No housekeeping at all. That was pretty disappointed

The hotel's main advantage is its location. It's close to the Strasbourg train station, but the street is fairly quiet (our windows overlooked it, so I can't comment on the noise in rooms facing the tracks) and the area is pleasant. A large shopping mall, Auchan, Carrefour Express, and cafes are also within walking distance. The city center is also a 15-20-minute walk away. The room is basic with standard amenities. Overall, it's adequate for a weeklong stay. An oven and a larger refrigerator would be nice, but not a deal-breaker. The shower amenities are outdated, and the drain is untidy. Cleaning and towel changes are not provided for stays of up to 7 nights. Toiletries (shower gel, toilet paper) are provided upon check-in; if needed, you can request more at reception.

It's very stylish and has excellent access to the center of Colmar's old town. The hostel has an elevator so you can carry large luggage with ease, and the reception staff are very kind, but the best thing about it is that you can stay in such a stylish hostel for this price.

The aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. Thing to call out: - The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn. - The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin. - The air conditioning is not adjustable.  - Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest. - Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash. - Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

The location isn't right in the city center, but it's very convenient for getting to the train station and Petite France. You can pretty much walk to most places from here.

Our visit to Champagne Domaine Sacret was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Champagne. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, authentic, and incredibly well thought out. This is a family-owned B&B. The setting in Aÿ is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards that perfectly capture the charm of the Champagne region. The hospitality was exceptional; the hosts were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, complimentary champagne tasting every evening at 6 pm is cherry on the cake. The champagne itself was outstanding—refined, elegant, and memorable. Each tasting came with insightful explanations, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. You can really feel the craftsmanship and heritage behind every bottle. What stood out the most was how personal and genuine the entire visit felt. It wasn’t just a tasting—it was an immersive experience into the world of champagne making. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region. Whether you’re a champagne enthusiast or just looking for a unique and relaxing experience, this is a must-visit.

La chambre était superbe ! Le lit etait confortable, tout était très propre et l'accueil superbe aussi ! Je recommande cet hôtel que ce soit pour un long ou court séjour !!

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.
