The hotel is comfortable, clean, friendly service, good breakfast, but there are still problems with rooms such as a blocked sink, the toilet is on the 3rd floor new but it is disgusting yellow like never brushed. This resort is in such a beautiful setting. A perfect relaxing getaway where the team could not be more helpful. Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind.

To my taste, this is the best hotel on the island. In any case, I haven't seen a better one yet. But the hotel is unlucky with the beach, there is no beach. And unlucky with the internet. The internet distribution you with a new authorisation every half an hour. Everything else is great.
The hotel is new and clean, and the atrium is designed with a sky-high ceiling, making it very safe. The service staff are enthusiastic and kind. The air conditioner is very cool when it is set to auto. The wifi function is normal and the mattress is super thick. The best thing is that it is delivered to the airport for free. The restaurant offers simple fried rice and noodles, or a buffet at the alley. There are many options and you can control the amount of food. The flight was canceled and I didn’t hesitate to go back to the original hotel and stay another night.

An excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!
Struttura nuova e ben gestita. Il personale anch’esso molto giovane è veramente eccezionale. La posizione non centralissima viene però sopperirà con la possibilità di noleggiare una moto in loco ad un prezzo accessibilissimo. Consigliato!!

KKarynaQuite a good room, but the socket by the bed is not working and it is very noisy. You can hear the road too much and there is a wine bar nearby, apparently there is karaoke, they sang songs until 2am. The floors in the room need to be washed a little more thoroughly, sand sticks to your feet, which we obviously did not have time to bring there. The overall impression is not bad. Very friendly hotel staff.

While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for.
As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain.
Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha.
Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path.
Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time.
Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands)

TtyzwzcThe price is very high! More than 200 three people stayed for one night, including breakfast and pick-up service. You must know that a taxi to the airport on Komodo Island is almost 50 RMB. The hotel also has a swimming pool. So it is very cost-effective!

2.Location is very subjective. Not in walking travel distance to marina area (food area & sea view) & a bit hilly. Only forest & village view. But distance to the airport is convenient. Only less than 500m to the airport with proper walkway.

GGuido van HofwegenIt is a very home place with oversized rooms. Some people in the reviews are complaining that it is dirty. A few things are a bit worn but the rooms and facilities are clearn. The bedding was comfy and clean. The hot water was hot. The pool is refreshing and was also clean. People also complain about the breakfast. There is every day just one option, I thought it was quite delicious. The staff is also very friendly. They might be a little less over the top service oriented as on Java but if you ask for anything they are more than happy to help. The WIF also works well. I would say very pleasant hotel will for sure go there again!
GGuest UserSpacious room, clean, the room was cold & fragrant when checked in, the bed & bed cover were clean, nice, the bathroom was spacious and the room dryer was good. Add extra bed as ordered and free. View from the room veranda can see the sea, garden, hills. Very comfortable atmosphere.
