Thanks so much for free upgrade to Wyndham Ion majestic.
It is very new hotel. Room is clean, comfortable. Car park is easy access to the floor also. Quite cool.
Pros:
It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free!
Cons:
It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.
Good:
Locations: Hotel is around First World, walking distances around 10min+-
Children playground at L1. Suitable for young kids.
Friendly staff: Staff are helpful and approachable , helping on check in and gave us instructions towards location we need.
Need improvement:
Cleanliness is a big no no. The bed sheets are smear with large surfaces of yellowish stain.
Gotten bedbugs bites over a night stay.
Noisy: We can hear clear door bell ringing, singing, children crying, footsteps, door knocking, speaking from along the corridor and surrounding rooms same level as us. No peace of sleep at all.
My family check out at 9am as we all didn’t get any sleep throughout the night!
Space:
We booked a Family room that can fit up to 6 person with 3 queen bed. But the room are very small and the toilet is just one walk path😓.
To be honest this is not the worst stay. However, i won’t recommend neither return for a stay after this experience.
The hotel is near to clock tower, they are still under renovation you may expect some dust. Seems the contractor living in the room in front of my room but no issue. Nice golf view and clock tower. Great staffs. Spacious room.
We are stay for 3days2night
, living room is clean, bathroom is clean ,
Bed 👌 living room to to small less than 28inch
But no worry’s have internet WiFi 🛜
Only available is bath towels , hairdryer , iron, kettle, microwave oven, cutlery , balcony view ♥️👌super
( 🅿️parking is not free ! Charger by hours )
this is disappointment for us
No lift. If you got ground floor room is okay. But usually they would want to fill up the top floor and going down not fill from ground to top. The top floor is third. Ground first second and third floor. I pain one hand with toddler and one with bag. I thought got lift but was mistaken. So never assume k.
Very comfortable room with clean bathroom plus super friendly receptionist.
Secured parking in front of the premise.
Perfect location for those enroute to Kuala Tahan
The wharf is a little far away. It's about a 10-minute walk, so it's nice to walk there as well.
The facility was bright and clean. The breakfast was delicious, the food was a little different on the second day, and the staff were very friendly, so I had a good stay.
The cheapest room is at the back of the cabin, which some people may not like. The toilet and shower are in the same room, there is a bed for four people, and there is no changing room, so if you don't mind, it's fine! lol
A gecko got into my room, but it didn't do any harm, so it will go away if you leave it alone.
Nice environment. Unit is as per shown in the pictures, clean and big space. A famous leng cafe just located next door make it as a plus point as it is very convinient to have a breakfast there. Behind the apartment got Mookata restaurant, opposite the road can go kampung tinggi pasar. Nearby also got a lot of good seafood restaurant. Janda baik also very near. Overall, location super, scenery view super, unit luxury, good service!

AAnonymous UserThis property is managed by Maple Home. I’m leaving this review in the hope that it helps improve their management standards.
Based on my experience, Flash Suites has consistently offered better quality in terms of the properties they manage. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case here.
Additionally, the key sensors at this property are not functioning properly, which affected the overall experience.
SsetiawatyBest location as it’s close to theme park. Check in process is easy and breezy as they provide many self check in service kiosk. However downsides are the room is too small for the price, not too clean, no drinking water provided, no ac only fan. When the weather is hot, the fan is not sufficient. They have many charging plugs which was good. Check out process was very efficient though. U just insert cards into the machine and done.
GGuest UserThe location very convenient & the room is clean. The water heater system doesn't provide water hot enough to shower. The private parking didn't cater for hotel guest only. So is always full during the nearby bazaar opening hours (mainly from 10 to 6). The hotel have a beautiful garden. It's accessible by hotel guest & public. Therefore is very noisy. During afternoon there is a very loud malay music. I can only fall asleep around 12 midnight. Because outside the rooms there is a mini electronic machine play area for children. The children are so noisy shouting and laughing. Early morning around 5am I was waken by the strong wind blowing sounds. The roof plastic canopy is so noisy. Means the room sound insulation is very bad. I don't think I will come again.

JJACRamWe booked 3 units with 2 bedrooms and they gave us 3 rooms in the same tower, tower 1. I have friends who booked at the same time on their own and they were given rooms in tower 2 and tower 5.
The room is maintained by maple home and they were able to keep the rooms well. Rooms are very spacious and well lit. The master room has a bath tub but only downside is the glass panel that covers the tub is only 1/4 size so whenever we shower, water comes out that we always need to request for a bathroom mat.
We were here 2 yrs ago, and stayed in a different tower maintained by a different company, sky d’mont. They used to have a hotel lobby before but now, they replaced it with convenience store and coffee place. We noticed that the outside facade of the building is not maintained as it looks old, needs repainting.
Overall experience is good with a value for money.
The price for our 3 night stay is equal to the 1 night stay to the new wyndham hotel.
SSatish KumarThe rooms are musty, the floors are not maintained properly, the restaurant service is very poor, looks like they dont care, they get a lot of business weather they want or no, so they dont bother.
The place is a paradise but the hotel can make it home for the guest, unfortunately its not, car parking is a hassle, there is no one to guide you when you arrrive near the river, very very poorly handled.
there is 90% scope of improvement,

GGuest UserHi. The surrounding of this resort is nice. But the room we got is bad. The water heater is not functioning. Shower water pressure is so so bad. The shower shouldnt be there at all. Please replace new one (room 205). Then booking details stated that the breakfast is for 3 guest but when we go there they said it was only of 2 pax. So had to pay extra for the breakfast. Tried contacting the hotel but no reply. Swimming pool needs cleaning. Breakfast is average. Room cleanliness is good though.
MMINICS LIMRoom is quite clean just the master room bathroom water drain too slow at the bath area. It don't have aircond but still feeling cold because we stay at higher floor. Got washing machine in the house too. We need to check in at the other building which is geo38 residence. When check out need to wait bit longer due to lot people check out too and it have a lot of floors which is 40th levels.
