2-Star Hotels in Salzburg State, Austria

I strongly suspect this place is a scam. For 850+ a night, you get a room with a curtain missing a hook, so you have to tie it up or wedge it in the window frame to keep it from gaping open. Looking up, I saw a smoke detector instead of a light fixture, which was dramatic enough. Even worse, the only actual light in the room was in the bathroom, so I had to leave the bathroom door open all the time just to get some light. Other than that, there was only a dim night light by the bed. And the story doesn't end there: the tissue box was empty after only 8 sheets. The mattress was unusually hot, and then I understood why they provided a desktop fan. The double room wasn't as big as it appeared in the pictures. Looking across at the Radisson, I strongly recommend comparing prices – there really isn't much of a difference.

I fall in love with Salzburg and I fall in love with this place. The staff were amazing and super helpful, stragically located near bus stop and salzburg main station. The free coffee is such a heaven... The room? Immaculate! and the toilet is clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this to my friend. Hop on the bus opposite of Pension Elisabeth and it will take you directly to the city centre.

The hotel room has a quaint, old-fashioned charm, but the bathroom is surprisingly modern – a bit of a stylistic mismatch. Despite that, the whole place is quite unique and very clean and tidy. It's super close to Salzburg train station, and there's a shopping mall and supermarket nearby, making it really convenient to get around.

Wifi was available indoors. The room was comfortable. There was no soundproofing effect, but everyone was quiet. I don't care about the noise. Self check-in and no local payment. This information was different from trip.com. Also, the check-out time was 1,100 o'clock. I think it is necessary to confirm the information.

我們會選擇住宿此地，是因為想要逛濱湖采爾，但那一帶住宿費用較高，搜尋鄰近城市，發現卡普倫這個有趣的城市，看網路住宿回饋，住在該地合作旅館至少二晚以上，可免費提供夏季卡，有許多免費的項目，因此搜尋到卡普倫JUFA飯店，飯店的對面有來自濱湖采爾的公車抵達此處，這一帶有許多的飯店，是滑雪聖地，飯店前有一條流速快的溪流可觀賞，我們預定四人房，二座上下舖，空間比預期的小與擁擠，行李箱只能半開，我們是自駕前往，停車免費，早餐挺豐盛的，長條雜糧麵包好吃，讓我印象深刻，聽說餐廳的自助晚餐不錯，但未享用。入住的隔天，我們拿著夏季卡直接去搭乘在附近知名的3K纜車，卻出了狀況，我們是三大一小，夏季卡卻製作成二大二小，因此當我們要搭乘第二段自費纜車時，還得補足前一段的成人差額，回到飯店，請櫃台小姐協助更改，稍晚有更換四張全新的夏季卡給我們。我們一開始入住時，櫃台小姐就詢問我們是否要先就已支付取房費和城市稅，我們選擇先支付，但尚未給收據，最後一天退房時，櫃台小姐卻告知我們尚未支付房間，後來櫃台小姐告知因此重新製作夏季卡給我們，因此紀錄顯示我們尚未支付房費，跟我們致歉，由此，我們學到二個教訓，第一，一律選擇退房後再支付房費較佳，第二，拿到夏季卡，一定要檢查夏季卡上面的資料是否正確。

Haus Wartenberg is charming and feels like you are staying at your grandmother’s house. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is lots of antique and vintage art and furniture to look at. Staff were helpful and friendly. There were a just few things that could have made the stay better. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning or fans provided - or I wasn’t offered one. In the room, bedsheets had visible stains and there was some light dust and common household bugs in the room. The old furniture gives it a nice touch. There are some nice spaces to enjoy relaxing like reading a book etc. If you like an alternative feeling to sterile and stale hotel environments then this is the place for you!
