Very good hotel/guesthouse. Very genuine and warm hosts. Helped me with planning and answered all my questions with regards to my time in Zhangjiajie. Location is just a few minutes walk to Tianmen Mountain. There is a bus station about 5-10 min walk that takes you straight to the zhangjiajie national park for 13 rmb. Countless food options and convenient stores right next door. Good stable wifi. Hot water was nice and stable and had no issues even with long showers. I slept well and had 0 issues with noise isolation at night. Only downside may be that it's a 5 story building with no elevator; the genuine love and energy from the host along with every other pro more than makes up for it. Absolutely amazing value for the money and will stay here again next time if when I'm in town

Smelled like cigarettes, was humid and the toilet was emitting some unpleasant smell after you flush. The towels were stained and the bed had a some crumbs on it. Mattress was hard. It wasn’t very pleasant to sleep there. The window was facing a wall. The conditions of the room justify its good location and low price.

It’s a gorgeous hotel, right in the heart of the area. Tianmen mountain cableway entrance is a 5min walk through a pretty street lined with restaurants. Awesome convenience stores, coffee stores and of course places to eat nearby. I’ve included a photo of my favourite restaurant. The room itself was nice and had great amenities included. The hosts were quick to answer questions via text, and had a semi self check in process. They happily stored my luggage after checkout while I explored Tianmenshen. But be aware it’s stored out in the open. However the area seems super safe and quiet - I had no issues! The room itself wasn’t super clean but I was fine with it overall. Would recommend!

I'd say this is the best value-for-money hotel I've experienced at this price point. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a stunning river view. The place was spotless, and it even came with a spacious balcony. In the evenings, the balcony caught a wonderful breeze, making it incredibly refreshing to sit out and enjoy the night view with a drink in hand – truly relaxing. We brought our little one along, and they absolutely loved it too! I'll definitely be choosing this place again for my next visit.

The room was largely as described. The owner was very patient and kind, even helping me with my luggage and showing me to my room. However, do pay attention to the room size – the 'mini sunroom' was indeed quite small, but it's perfectly fine if you're a solo traveler and not too particular.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Waking up and seeing the beautiful view at the waterfall was breathtaking and a highlight of my stay. My room was immaculate and well equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. Also, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to help for everything. It’s an ideal hotel for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful city.

The hotel location is close to Yueyang Tower! Eating and shopping nearby are convenient! There is free parking! The room is clean and the front desk is friendly. Recommended by a friend and very satisfied!

Exterior don't look Impressive but the interior is great comparable to a good hotel. Value for money . Boss is very friendly and helpful give free ride to train station.

The room offered a great view, was clean, well-ventilated, and had fast internet—I was very satisfied. It was also quiet, making for a very relaxing stay. Definitely the best choice for a hotel near the train station. The location is excellent, making it easy to buy fruit and find places to eat. There's even a late-night snack spot across from the hotel with pretty good food. The price was reasonable, and the service was great. They also offer free luggage storage, which was incredibly helpful since I had a late-night train. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were very attentive and even upgraded my room. Highly recommended!

The room faces the Tuojiang River, and the colorful ancient town scenery at night, reflected on both banks, is absolutely stunning. Tourists stroll along both banks, taking pictures, and you don't even need to leave your room to capture the beautiful 24-hour scenery. The location is not only convenient for getting around, but the manager and his wife are also incredibly warm and helpful, especially kind and attentive to the elderly. Thank you!
