Highly recommend this stay if you’re planning to visit Zhanjiajie which is located at a beautiful location just 2 mins walkable distance from Tianmen mountain cable line A . We booked this stay for 3 nights and got the best service possible . The staff is soo warm and tourist friendly and go out of their way to help their customers . Zhou jiang , the receptionist did his best to help us with our requirements and also helped us buy tourist attraction tickets at cheaper price . Thank you for all the love and hospitality. 10/10

I highly recommend this accommodation. First off, the location is great. It is just a few minutes away on foot from the Tianmen cable station and the Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station. There are also many restaurants and stores near the place which are all at cheap or reasonable prices. In terms of the room, what you see on the photos posted on the app is what you get. No pretensions. The room is more than enough for me — it’s very tidy, beddings are fresh, toilet is clean and spacious, and the aircon is working perfectly well (aircon seems new). But what’s best about this place are the owners. They are very accommodating, friendly, and extremely helpful. They booked everything for me at good discounts - the Zhangjiajie National Forest, the Tianmen Mountain, and the Fox Fairy Show. They also cooked delicious dinner for us, upon our request, even though they don’t really sell food for their guests. Overall, my experience was great! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’m very lucky I got to stay here. Will definitely stay here again next time I go back to ZJJ!

Great hotel! It is in a quiet area right in front of the Tianmenshan cable car station. It is also very close to one of train stations and central bus stop. It is a very cozy building and the people working there are very friendly. They do not speak english but with the help of translation apps we could talk to each other. We had a good time in this hotel, I recommend it. It has lots of shops, restaurants and pharmacies nearby.

The rooms are beautiful, overlooking the cable car. The rooms were spacious for 2 people, clean and had hot water. There is no fridge in the room though. We noticed some noise in the night which sounded like it came from upstairs, sound like people moving furniture and it disturbed our sleep for 2 nights. We brought it under the night manager’s attention, who put in the effort to go upstairs and look, but said there’s nobody upstairs. It was tried to be resolved but still it kept on bothering us. Generally, we still had a good stay. Be aware, that hotel doesn’t have an English logo. Just go to the entrance in the middle of building and take elevator to the floor 13A.

I contacted this hotel before arriving. He assisted me to book the Zhangjiajie and others ticket and provided me many necessary information for traveling around here. The hotel is located 10 mins away from Wulingyuan east gate by walk. The owner is very nice, he is enthusiastic to assist and provide me anything that he can do for me. Million thanks and I will recommend your hotel for everyone who visit Wulingyuan. And there are not too much restaurants but many shops for snacks and drinks. I love it!

I love this hotel. From location, service, amenities, cleanliness and comfort. However, if I have to nitpick, I can't appreciate the colour choice of the bathroom and one of the rooms I booked - it's too dark to my liking. The ventilator also didn't seem to work or too weak. Hotel provides free flow of coffee 24/7 but you need to place your order via Wechat or at the front desk and they will bring it to your room. While it is convenient for guests, I think it will be tiring for the staff. Perhaps can consider placing a self serve coffee machine somewhere. They also provide free laundry service which is awesome. The hotel is located on level 5 of an old building. The building lobby at level 1 and the elevators are pretty old and dirty. There is also a sex toy(?) shop and a snooker place there so the surrounding is not the best. Having said that, as long as the price remains competitive, I'd pick this hotel again if I ever visit Changsha again next time.

We booked a family room for 5 people. Hotel owner was so helpful in booking cheapest tickets, taxis to the famous locations of Zhangjiajie. They provided us with hot water, hair dryer, kettle, phone charger, mosquito repellent, tissues and unlimited shampoo and teeth cleaners. It's not an over the top hotel but the location is great surrounded by so many food options specially Halaal food. Really recommended to those who wanna save money that's too with almost all the amenities.

The house was just 5-8 mins walk from ZJJXi Railway. It is very easy to locate with the directions given from the host. Checking in was seamless too. Took the room with the bathroom, everything was good except that the hot water takes some time to heat up, and the toilet bowl has a smell once in a while. Everything else was good. You can wash your clothes with the washing machine in the living room. Water, kitchen is available too. Host replies promptly!

This hotel has been so far the best I have booked in China. The rooms are cozy and confortable but the best IS the service provided. The staff has been so helpful with my whole stay helping with tickets, advicing on routes around the natural park and other attractions. They make you feel like home. They just do a great job helping their guest in anything they need.

At first, I thought the price of a triple room was less than 200 yuan, which was very cheap. I wondered if it would be bad. But after reading reviews saying that the proprietress was very nice, I decided to give it a try with my parents. I booked one night first, thinking that if it didn't work out, I would just make do with one night and leave immediately the next day. When we arrived at the inn, the small garden at the door gave us a very comfortable feeling. As soon as we entered the door, the proprietress welcomed us very warmly. How can I describe it? As soon as you enter the door, you will see a smiling face, inviting us to drink tea, rest and check in. I brought my parents with me and had quite a lot of luggage. I saw that there was no elevator before booking. The main reason was that I saw that there seemed to be no elevators in the homestays and inns in Zhangjiajie. It might be a feature of this place. Hahaha, the proprietress took the initiative to carry our luggage for us, and chose the heaviest and largest one, which was quite heartwarming. Now to the point. After opening the door, I think it's worth it. The room is very large, especially the height, which makes people feel very comfortable. The room is also clean. My parents also think it's very good. Among the 3-person rooms we stayed in along the way, this one is the best. I can say it with my conscience. I immediately told the boss lady that I would stay for another 2 nights. Unfortunately, some guests had booked in advance, so I could only stay one more night. The 2 nights in Wulingyuan were very good. My parents were also happy. They lived comfortably and had a good time. The boss lady explained to us in detail the route to the forest park, the places to go around and eat. You can ask the boss lady anything, which saves a lot of trouble. So when we left, on the high-speed rail, my parents kept praising the boss lady. I will give the boss lady a thumbs up through the good reviews👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The boss was very enthusiastic and patiently answered questions before boarding the flight, introduced Changsha local food, and joked that if you don't work as a boss, you can also be a tour guide. As a hotel near the airport, there is a shuttle service, and there is time to call guests one by one to wake them up, which is very heartwarming. Very useful.

Hotel: The hotel takes up 2 levels of the building. The room was clean and drinking water was provided everyday. The bed was clean and there was a huge TV in the room. The toilet is slippery, my child fell down on the first day so take note. Location : The location was superb, you can get all sorts of food just below the hotel. And it is located just beside the metro station. Service : The service staff are amazing. Very helpful and polite. They made our stay so much better. I cannot praise them enough.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to Taiping Snack Street, Pozi Street Food City, Pedestrian Street, IFC Center, and May Day Square. It's only a few minutes' walk away. The room is clean and hygienic, and the bathroom has no odor. The front desk auntie was enthusiastic and checked us in early. And!!! She also upgraded our room for free. The room has a good view. The view is the scenery below IFC. It is really worth recommending. Great!

I was looking for an hotel to stay for one night as a stop to go on my next destination. That's why I chose this hotel that is really close to the Changsha south railway station. The staff is really nice and I got upgraded for free. The room could be cleaner though. Overall it was good for my use but I wouldn't stay longer to be honest.

A great location with plenty of space. There was a fridge, washing machine and microwave in the apartment. I believe the office downstairs is manned 24 hours. I will certainly recommend the place.

The location of the hotel was great with plenty of food options and shopping! The hotel was difficult to find as it is part of a building. You would need to take the elevator up to check-in at reception before you go to a different floor to find your room. It feels more like student accommodation/hostel during this process rather than a hotel. The loft itself was big and spacious but it was clear that there were some areas and details that required improvement but it was a great hotel for the price you pay. The staff were great help and were quick to reply on WeChat if you required any help. Overall, it was a good and spacious hotel!

+ Near to the subway station Line 2 Furong. 3-5 min walk. + 1h subway travel to the Hehua International Airport. + Really nice interior and spacious. + Walking distance to the CBD Wuyi Square, IFS mall and walking street. + Small eateries just downstairs. + Easy to communicate and allow for luggage storage after checkout. + Hair dryer, Hot water, Standing shower + Disposable or reusable home slippers - Only disposable towels (not cloth version). So remember to bring your own towel if u prefer something thicker. - Had a washing machine, but no dryer. Will be great if they can provide a clothing rack to air-dry clothes. - Projector instead of tv - there is no kitchen per-se, so no cooking allowed Do remember to add them on wechat ID: muguozishe first to find out the check in pin no and directions to the homestay building! They got a super clear video to get to the building from the subway station. :) -

I would definitely stay here again! The ac is amazing, and the staff is helpful. Laundry is available for very cheap. The location is great— easy to get to everywhere by bus or train and many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I was also able to make some friend in the area and from the hostel :) I ended up having a change in travel plans and preferred to stay here an extra night as opposed to somewhere else or get to my next destination early!

The room facilities are very complete. There is really everything you need. There is a sewing box that can be borrowed at the front desk. It is really beyond my expectation that there are makeup remover and contact lens solution. There are delicious mousse cakes in the afternoon and goodnight desserts in the evening. It is really great. It is also very convenient to wash clothes. After washing, put them in the dryer and wait for a while, and you can wear them directly. It is also very convenient to go to the scenic spot. You can take the subway directly to Orange Island. It is really good and nice. The brother and sister at the front desk are beautiful and kind. I love them.

Situated next to the iconic bridge and a convenient spot in the village, the rooms are all facing the iconic view of the river, providing a memorable and beautiful stay. I totally enjoy some live singing from the bridge. Like many others, The rooms itself are average and and needs to bring your luggage up staircase. The bedsheets are spotless and towels big and clean comfortable to use. When we arrived there isn’t a counter to check in, but the people from the shop helped me to call the hotel lady who came over from somewhere down the street. She is very polite and helpful and that helped us settled in comfortably

My friend and I checked in on September 10, 2024! The hostess of the B&B is very considerate and offers free pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail station, which is great! Moreover, the boss lady can help you buy Furong Town tickets in advance for only ¥80, great! The B&B is next to the scenic spot ”Towang Bridge”, so it is very convenient for sightseeing! And near the entrance and exit of the scenic spot, it is not hard to drag your luggage on the stone road. The B&B is located at the edge of the scenic spot and is not too noisy, but the singing and trumpeting will flow into the room after all. However, at 10:30 pm, all sounds will disappear on time and will not affect sleep! The room is quite spacious, bright and clean, and the hygiene is good! Some parts show signs of age, but it's acceptable! The air conditioning was sufficient and I had a good sleep! The room has a balcony and can see Towang Bridge and the surrounding scenery. Although the scenery is ordinary, it is refreshing!

Great service this man was had a big smile and tried to help in any possible way. great location near the entrance to the ancient city, many restaurants around. Very clean rooms. Highly recommended!! Also recommend to go to the evenings shows

Reached the Fenghuang Rail station and was adviced by the owner to grab a taxi to the location where he stated at the WeChat which we linked up before I arrived. It cost 24rmb by meter which is very reasonable. Met the owner at the bridge and he guided me to his homestay. Greeted by 2 nice cats at the lobby. The owner is very kind and he orientated me to the ancient town, and give his suggestions on where and what to visit. The room is super comfy and clean. The location is very convenient as well, very close to the river where alot of activities are happening. Was lucky enough to be there on 11 Nov and there was a mass wedding event going on. It was an unforgettable experience. I also grab a taxi on the way back to the rail station, it cost around the same price and reached there within 20mins. Lovely ancient city especially at night. Staying there one night will be more than enough.

We stayed at the deluxe 2 bedrooms. It faces the river and near the bridge where most visitors would cross to come into the ancient town. The room was very nice and we sat at the balcony to enjoy the boats cruising the river, the night lights and the people in miao costumes posing for the photographers. The owner agreed to arrange a pickup for us from the train station and was waiting at the road curb to assist in carrying our bags, us being senior citizens. As there is a leg massage parlour on the ground floor, we were given a discount. Furthermore, she dressed us up in the costumes free of charge and we had a fun time taking pictures around the ancient town. The owner also explained to us with a map on how to and where to go in the ancient town in the day time and night time for different experiences and also where to eat. Also, the hotel is away from the pubs and cafes with lots of singing. No doubt, you can still hear the singing but it is far enough not to disturb you. Anyway, the singing stops at 11.30pm. The owner was always cheerful and ready to assist us in all manner including getting us a taxi to the train station.

The location of the hotel is very near to the Fog Bridge, the room is clean, tidy & comfortable. The toilet also clean. We can see the scenery from the balcony. Very beautiful & peaceful. All the stuff work very well. The man in the front desk (Mr. Chan) very helpful & kind , he show me the map & explain where to go, he even help us to bring our luggages to our room in the third floor & also vring it across the bridge when we go back to the railway station. There are a lot of restaurants & shops surround it. We satisfied with this hotel & recommended to the one who want to come to fenghuang ancient city.

The material is low and the soul is high. The hotel does not have to have a star rating, just be comfortable. The room does not have to be luxurious, just clean. The quiet river and bridge at the door in the morning make you feel happy. At night, the nearby Dahe Bar Street is bustling. It is the right place to find peace in your mind. It's very convenient to take the train to the high-speed rail station on the return trip. The restaurant in the alley opposite the hotel is delicious and affordable. The proprietress is very accommodating. The friendly and warm feeling makes people feel like home, the taste of mother.

The guesthouse has quite a bit of character. However, the noise at night from the nearby pub and tourists at the riverbank might be a bit disruptive. The family room is spacious, great for families with kids. Overall, we are satisfied with service and the room.

Within walking distance to the town and eatery. Place is clean and tidy. The lady Boss was extremely nice. She pick us up from the station and also to the station. She also will send us to the historical town and provide service to pick us. On my check out day, i left my backpack in the room. After dropping us at the train station. She went back and took my bag and come back to the station again. Really appreciate it.
