I am 69 years old and have been living overseas for over forty years. Although we stayed for only one night, your 洋蜻careful guidance saved us a great deal of time and effort on our trip to Tianmen Mountain and the National Forest Park, helping us avoid unnecessary detours. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming which made our stay extra pleasant. The hotel was easily accessible on foot from the main road that circles the village. It had plenty of food options around it. It didn't have a view of the waterfall from the balcony as our room stated a city view but there was a communal balcony that could just about see the waterfall that we could access. The room was modern, spacious and all amenities functioned properly. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Furong!

The room was very clean, and they even put a disinfectant ball in the toilet. Even though it's riverside, it wasn't noisy at all at night, and I felt very safe sleeping. The guesthouse has super cute cats and dogs with great personalities; you can pet their butts all you want! The owner was very thoughtful and easygoing. Oh, and there's a big rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the evening breeze and watch performances. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The hotel location is close to Yueyang Tower! Eating and shopping nearby are convenient! There is free parking! The room is clean and the front desk is friendly. Recommended by a friend and very satisfied!

Location is close by to local eats and only a quick 10min drive to the east gate. The front desk staff are available to help book tickets for all the nearby attractions and offer a small discount for those tickets as well. Highly recommend going to the romance show in the evening. We bought our tickets same day from the hotel staff and they got us front of the section tickets which was really helpful considering the venue was completely full by the showing time. Drive from Zhangjiajie was about half an hour, so just keep that in mind of you wanted this as a home base. Also knocked one point off cleanliness only because it was raining on the day we arrived and the windows in the room were open from prior, there were at least a dozen fat flies zooming around the room which we needed to dispatch of ourselves. Would definitely come here again if I wanted to book a longer stay in Wulingyuan

Every request whether for extra towels, dining recommendations, or late night room service was handled promptly and with genuine care. The housekeeping staff ensured my room was spotless each day, leaving thoughtful touches like neatly folded clothes and a personalized note wishing me a pleasant stay. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being cared for by friends who truly valued my comfort. They also having device for translation to communicate with guest from various countries. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not just accommodation, but a heartfelt hospitality experience.

Good location, 15min by foot from tianmenshan cable Car Station. Other than that most things have to get a taxi to get to (72qilou strange buildings and zhangjiajiexi station both about 15mins by car). The airport is very close and you'll hear the planes very clearly, but still managed to have a good night sleep! Nothing to complain about the room it's simple but it's got everything you need!

This stay exceeded my expectations; overall, I'm extremely satisfied. The hotel's location is super convenient, making travel easy, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's perfect whether you're here for business or leisure. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and tidy everything was. The public areas are spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet elegant design, and no unpleasant odors – it instantly put me at ease. The room was meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a great night's sleep. All facilities like the air conditioning, hot water, and internet worked perfectly. The location was great - near to the heart of activity but far enough from the loud music from bars to get a good night’s rest. Scenery was fantastic. The heated blanket was also a pleasant surprise during winter. Special thanks go out to the owner for helping us with our luggage and offering a car ride back to the HSR station.
