Just a night in a comfortable room.
A pleasant staff at the reception.
The hotel is located near the shopping centre of Carefour and the rocket, which is very convenient.
Small bemol: I had to add a supplement to have a room in the Rdc, which was not indicated at the beginning, it's a pity.

The location is a little far from the supermarket, and there is a big supermarket on the side, which is convenient for eating and shopping.
The typical cheap hotel configuration of the room, with a separate bathroom, the air conditioning in the room is very good, and the high temperature is too comfortable.

The service at the premiere class is average but Kyriad, on the same parking lot, makes up for it by offering excellent service. The facilities at the premiere class are good with a microwave available 24/7 and the housekeeping service is good.

Good experience. Small but functional room. Equipped (tablets on each side of the bed, a small rounded folding table at the foot of the bed and under the TV, a wardrobe with shelf). Sockets on each side at head height with a 220v socket and 2 integrated USBs. The bathroom is practical and quite clean overall. The staff is welcoming and available even at night (I forgot my entry code at 00:40 the night porter came to open the door for me). The staff is also polite and friendly and the breakfast is simple but good and quite varied in drinks with bread, sandwich bread and croissant with salty and sweet

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and has a comfortable and efficient service. The comfort is good and sufficient for a stay without complications. Great choice for who travels by car or work. I recommend and would stay again!

tout d'abord impossible de valider notre code d'entrée nous avons téléphoné et avons eu un autre code (POURQUOI?) impossible d'aboutir car il fallait régler 2,60 € de taxe de séjour en plus !! bref nous sommes restés devant la porte 20 mn en pleine chaleur ... donc très énervés
la chambre correcte mais la salle de bain avec baignoire sabot très glissante et très haute donc dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu une douche...
le petit déjeuner très mesquin pour le prix .... pas de charcuterie, ni fromage, ni fruit.... jus de pomme pas de jus d'orange....
c'est la 2ème fois que nous réservont dans cette chaine et sûrement la dernière.........................

KKok HongThe hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

JJordanxo3Very central, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the carpet throughout the building was filthy. The building is neglected but for a short visit it is perfect of you're not picky. I arrived to my room and the toilet was not functioning properly. Staff were on it within 40 minutes and had fixed it themselves asap. Very accommodating and helpful with anything I was unsure with. Minimal amenities in the room, but was lucky enough to have a balcony nonetheless. Functioning AC too. You pay for what you get.

AakiramujinaClose to downtown Toulouse, conveniently located less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal. There is also a cheap supermarket LIDL and a coin laundry nearby, which is appreciated by travelers. The room assigned this time was semi-basement, but the room was clean and spacious enough and the air conditioner was properly used. There is no refrigerator or pot, but I think there is no problem if it is a short stay. Staff is a little cold.

AAnonymous UserLocation was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying.
The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again.
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .

It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.

GGuest UserWe just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us.
Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.

Breakfast very poor. The best are the location and the cleaning.
Not international tv only French, and Wifi very very slow and poor! I could not work at all. And not cupboard to put the clothes, definitely not privacy which is very important.
