The hotel is very good, the tidy is very comfortable, the design is very special, the waiter is very kind, we are all satisfied that we will come again next time! Really very good, give it a compliment!
I had to return home suddenly during my pilgrimage, so I stayed here for two nights while making arrangements.
The facilities are old and noisy, but clean. It also has a cute old-fashioned feel.
The staff are all kind and cheerful. It's great that they can greet you in Japanese right away after seeing your passport.
There are several supermarkets and many bars in the neighborhood, and the first floor of the hotel (reception) is also a bar where you can get snacks and drinks. The slightly spicy burrito was especially delicious.
If I am able to resume my pilgrimage someday, I would like to start here again.
Got here on the weekend so parking was free. the rooms are a bit small and awkward. the shower is in the open opposed to a closed in bathroom so it made showering awkward but otherwise perfectly fine for the night
The truth seemed to me very uncomfortable to have to go to the other building to register****, as well as they could make a entry and not have to turn around.
I don't know what it was but there was something that was to noise, I don't know if it was the air conditioning (it is supposed to be shut off), in addition to the noise of the wicker, it was heard the noise of the fault.
The small towels.
The lift was very noisy when he opened the doors or stood on the floor (fortunately I was far from the lift).
The cafeteria was very good, even the servant offered me a stick to not burn with what I was carrying, as I said I had to go to the other building.
The room was very small and it was not a ventilator for smell out.

Buen hotel con una excelente relación calidad-precio, ideal para visitar Bilbao si se dispone de coche. El personal nos proporcionó información turística como planos y mapas, que nos fueron de gran ayuda para movernos por la ciudad.

GGalina EfimovaI have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for.
However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises ”private parking,” but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.
TTravelling meThe room was basic but clean and was situated on the outskirts of Bilbao. The sound insulation was terrible and other guests could be heard clearly though the walls. I also found the room very cold and there was no aircon or heating system to help guests stay warm. Reception isn’t 24/7 so no one to ask questions of. I thought the place was massively over priced as it is rather like a youth hostel as there isn’t a joining bathroom facility.
ZZoé PigeotGot here on the weekend so parking was free. the rooms are a bit small and awkward. the shower is in the open opposed to a closed in bathroom so it made showering awkward but otherwise perfectly fine for the night
PpmorrowGet your towel for 3.5eur) It's very clean and nice especially if you are not at the full packed room. Even at Final LE it looked empty, haha. But all the rooms were purchased. It takes time to get the city and back, hostel locates up on the hill. Big canteen with breakfast included: you may have your bun, pack if jam and butter, cocoa or coffee cup, orange juice and corn with milk.
AAnonymous UserGood location and very seamless check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The hostel allowed us to store our luggage at no extra charge, which was super convenient. Breakfast was okay. The only thing is that the shared bathroom could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, especially since it's used by around 10 people. Overall, though, it was quite a good experience!
GGuest UserIf you are looking for a place to sleep and an excellent location for a cheaper price than the surrounding hotels, this is a great option! However, I had not stayed in a pension before and I didn’t realize that we would be sharing a bathroom with 5-6 other people.
The workers were polite, professional and accommodating! They provided coffee, tea and water.
GGuest UserHonestly, I liked the first hotel. I went to four-star but I did not see the cleanliness and uniformity of the room. It was spacious, very beautiful, elegant, and a wonderful bathroom. It had very, very good taste. I hope to return to it. I am very comfortable, but its prices are affordable for everyone. I would give it five stars.
GGuest UserThe front desk was very friendly and kind. The early check-in also received temporary luggage. Early flights and some people checked out, but after all, the Youth Hostel did not provide drinking water, but overall it was satisfactory.
