Overall the hotel was pretty decent. Good location and great views fron the room. But you know the building is a but old one some dont expect 5star model. You want some thing vintage and good you are in the right place. I loved it . And the staff was so lovely and friendly. I will suggest this one.

Great location but some maintenance and cleaning issues. Door could not be locked from the inside. Ironing board had a burn mark. Bathroom sink had no plug. Extractor fan dirty. TV remote missing battery cover.

This feels like good quality accommodation, despite being an Attic room the ceiling is quite high . However the room layout is naturally restricted so one twin bed is snuggled against the wall with restricted headroom. The payoff is a good sized ensuite with natural light . The upside in the summer is the aircon, the downside in the winter is the radiator adjacent to the twin bed. This is a small twin room next to a pub with lots of history,

Comfortable bed and pillows. Room temperature just right. Shower, good water pressure and temperature. It’s not the most upto date hotel. But is cosy and comfortable. Breakfast, cooked to order. Hot and tasty. The tea and the hot chocolate in the room is good. The tea at breakfast is poor. When I book again I will take my tea from the room to breakfast.

Hot strong shower, the room is clean except the carpet which is a bit filthy. Very good and speedy check in, but it's manned only in the am and evening. We returned at 11pm one night while the car park was all full. We had a bit of a headache

It is a warmer B&B I have lived in. The hotel is very clean and the interior is newly renovated. The big bathroom is comfortable and the waiter is very good. Disadvantages on the side of the road, not suitable for passengers who are afraid of noisy, and breakfast is particularly simple, a bit convenient to drive between Canterbury and Dover White Cliffs, and there are parking spaces

Comfy bed,lovely hot powerful shower,good friendly staff,great location and can’t complain at the price so have stayed before and will again

The first time I checked in with a password, due to language problems, communication difficulties, fortunately, there was a local enthusiastic lady to help. Otherwise, it is difficult to stay. After Miss Sister helped to check in, everything was still very smooth.

Friendly staff, lovely view, and comfy beds, what more could you ask for! Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
