Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located nearby the new street station which is excellent. But the rooms is small and old, the bed sheets look grey (tho clean). The mattress is also old. It is okay to stay just 1 night (if you don’t have other choice and budget) but not more than that.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe staffs are very friendly, the hotel is very welcome to the guests, hiper clean, quite difficult to find because Birmingham is a big City, however the local people around are very friendly and informative. The hotel is not far from Birmingham New Street train station, about 16 minutes away, what I noticed is that Birmingham City Centre have places opened 24 hours and I really recommend for anyone.
GGuest UserLots of bars nearby, but if you close the windows, it's mostly quiet. Breakfast is included and sufficient, with bread, various jams and peanut butter, milk, and fruit. Tea bags and instant coffee are available all day. The restrooms and showers are gender-neutral. The triple bunk beds are a bit noisy when someone moves.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is excellent for travel from Birmingham Airport. The first room we were given was not clean. The bed linen on the bunk bed was dirty and there were blood stains on the sheets. Having said that when we complained to the staff they moved in a to two rooms near each other. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
GGuest UserI loved staying at the Wyken Inn, in Coventry. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left,I was made to feel very welcome.
The management and all the staff were all so friendly.
The room was very clean and comfortable, The food was great and being a Wheelchair user, nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
I would highly recommend staying here and I am looking forward to going back to stay there in May.
THANKS GUYS. LYNN.

GGuest UserI stayed at Beckbury House for 5 nights and had a very good experience. The service was excellent . Everything was well organized and comfortable during my stay. I especially liked how clean the entire place was – the rooms and common areas were always very tidy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend Beckbury House to others.
