Location is amazing. You can watch the beautiful sunrise from the window and the beach is right in front of you.

Location The hotel is located near Gyeongpo and Gangmun Beach. Buses 202 and 202-1 run between Gangneung Station and Jungang Market (they run infrequently, so please check schedules in advance). Seeteabus can also be used to reach Anmok Cafe Street and the BTS bus station. A stroll along the lake to the Arte Museum and Heo Gyun Memorial Park is also a great option. Facilities The room was clean and well-equipped, with fresh water and towels provided daily. The Wi-Fi password is located on the router. Services If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the front desk.

A wonderful place with a magical view from the window. The room itself is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. Of course, the hotel is not new, so the room is a little worn, and the plumbing is not new, but these are minor details. Everything worked fine. The only downside is the shower, which has no barriers whatsoever. Water floods the entire bathroom floor. The room was also stuffy; it was difficult to turn on the air conditioner, so we had to air it out. But that didn't stop us from having a wonderful rest. There's a water cooler and a microwave on the floor. Downstairs, there's a free coffee and hot chocolate machine. We weren't told about this when we checked in, but we later found out and enjoyed our delicious drinks while walking down to the embankment. The photo shows the view from the window.

This place is a perfect place for those who want to stay close to the big beaches, but not on the big beach itself^^ The area is super quiet and the beach is a little bit deserted, but it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the central beach with all all the facilities. The owners met us with the drip coffee bags with a password, we didn’t really see them all this time, which is perfect for introverts too 🙌 We especially enjoyed our breakfasts outside at the terrace, and the food was exceptional, thank you so much for preparing those kimpabs and hot sandwiches 💛 They also had towels and you could use as many as you wanted (one towel per day I guess?) The only thing that was disappointing was the absence of the elevator (we had to carry our suitcases to the 4th floor), but it was the only inconvenience, so it did not really ruin the whole experience!! 🙌🥹👌 There weren’t that many people living on our floor, so it was not that noisy (maybe take some earplugs for the night tho?)

It's right in front of the sea, so I can sit in the room and watch the view without having to go outside. It's also convenient for taking a walk. The room is clean and I really like it. I want to come back again next time I travel to Gangneung.

The facilities are not good as the price is good.. ㅎ The location was good because it was within walking distance of the downtown area near Gangwon University, and it's a bit like there is no elevator. Don't expect room cleanliness and soundproofing. It's a good place to sleep cheaply.

I stumbled upon this place while looking for accommodations near Cheongcho Lake, and I was very satisfied. Having lived in the US for twenty years and traveled extensively on business trips around the world, I was particularly impressed by the bathroom amenities and hairdryer. The detailed text messages I received after booking, from check-in to check-out, were incredibly helpful and reassuring. The layout of the underground parking lot was a bit confusing, but not inconvenient. There's also an E-Mart nearby, making it conveniently located within walking distance.

The hotel is easily accessible from the Gangneung express bus and KTX station, and it's also easy to get to the sea from the hotel, making it a very convenient location. The room was clean, I could watch Netflix, and it was cleaned daily. There was even a bathtub, which was very relaxing. For the price, the service was excellent. There's also a famous kalguksu restaurant nearby.
