Everything was excellent! The location is very convenient, the place is clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I loved the self check-in system — very easy and smooth. Perfect for solo travelers. Highly recommended!

Swings and Pillows is truly in a perfect location in George Town—everything is within walking distance: street art, heritage buildings, cafes, street food, and the heart of the city. It's ideal if you want to soak up the city's vibes without having to travel far or rely on much transportation.

1. Toilet ceiling leaking 2. Exhaust fan in toilet not working, cigarette smoke entered the room 3. Room service needs to pay an extra RM 20 if required 4. One of the table lamps is not working 5. Bed footings a bit loose

The Location, cleanliness, and service are all excellent. We just hope that the toilet and bath space is more spacious. Another thing is that we were able to enjoy and experience the breathtaking New Year's countdown fireworks from the historic skyline of Georgetown City at the hotel's common area terrace. i like this hotel so much. seems like a new hotel. iron and iron board, hair dryer provided in the hotel room. the aircond is so cool, refrigerator also very cool. got many plugs, no need to use an extension. got kiblat arrow but didn't provide a prayer mat. got place to put a luggage and other bags, no need to put on the floor. the bathroom quite big and the water pressure is good. the water heater also works well. this pictures taken before check out. the most i like is the black totebag given in the room which is very rare. hotels normally just give a laundry plastic bag only. overall, i am satisfied with the interior and the facilities provided in the room. just one thing that you can hear sounds and voices from the outside. other than that, everything is good. would love to come again in the future.

The room was immaculate, providing the ideal blend of comfort and cleanliness. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in every corner, making my stay feel incredibly homely. The shared bathroom facilities were spotless, and the free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, which was a great convenience. The location couldn’t have been better—situated in the heart of Georgetown, I was able to explore nearby attractions with ease. The overall quiet and peaceful environment of the hotel offered a restful retreat after my busy days of sightseeing.

Great service event online. Easy for check-in and check out. The customerserviceby online fast response, location near gurney, and the room was clean and comfortable.

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights in a Family room. Room layout was great, perfect for what we needed for 3 friends, two of whom were working remotely while in Penang. Nice view from the window. The bathroom was a good size - looked to be a handicap accessible bathroom - but no hooks for hanging anything, and the shower head couldn't be moved up high enough, so it was awkward. Good temperature and pressure, though. Hallways were run down and dirty looking. We booked this hotel also for the breakfast option as well, but that wasn't great - ”hot” food was not actually kept hot despite being in chafing pans that could very well have been heated. Toaster was broken on the 2nd day so one friend had cold bread with butter (probably margarine). Breakfast was set to run from 7am to 10:30am; we went down at around 9am the first morning. The noodle dish was already run out, and we were told there would be no more. Coffee was good and hot. It was fine but overall disappointing. It was an okay stay but not great, and I'm not sure it was worth the price paid. I dont think I'd stay again unless some improvements were made.
