The entire guesthouse was spotlessly clean, and the decor was warm and stylish. The host was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions about local attractions and how to get around. The location is excellent, with food, drinks, and entertainment all within easy reach.

At this price point, it's fantastic value for money. I'd definitely return. Although the location is a bit far from GT, I would still consider it for future stays as it's not far from the commercial area, and transportation is decent.

I booked a 4-person family room (with 2 beds) on the first floor for 2 nights. During checkout, the cleaning staff on the second floor were so loud it was impossible to relax. It really disturbed our rest because both the first and second floors have wooden flooring. However, the room walls were well soundproofed, so we didn't hear our neighbors. The beds were decent and comfortable enough. The shared bathroom wasn't too bad. The best part, though, was its location in the Street Art area, very close to the 'Children on a Swing' and 'Kids Playing Basketball' murals. We could walk there anytime, which was super convenient. It's also near the Chew Jetty Food Court. This is a great area to stay in. For future stays, I'd recommend booking a room on the second floor with a balcony.

The overall experience of my stay was great. The hotel environment was quiet, and the room decor was simple but very comfortable. The bedding was clean, and the hygiene was excellent, making for a very reassuring stay. Every day, coming back to the room felt relaxing, without any pressure. The hotel's surroundings also offered great amenities. There were many food stalls and restaurants nearby with a wide variety of choices, all at very affordable prices. There was no need to specially take a ride to find food. Whether it was for breakfast, lunch, or a late-night snack, meals were easily sorted. With its convenient location, clean environment, and high value for money, it was a very satisfying accommodation experience. If I'm ever in this area again, I would consider staying here once more.

Not great at all. The room was quite small, and the sheets had stubborn stains that wouldn't wash out. The facilities were so old, I'd never seen a water heater like it – it made a weird whirring noise when turned on. And there was no hairdryer in the entire hotel! No hairdryer, I just don't understand!! Luckily, we brought our own toothbrushes and other toiletries because they weren't provided. Paying over 200 RMB on Trip.com for this was really not worth it. It's comparable to a 70 RMB hotel back home. However, to be fair, the location is very convenient, within walking distance to the mural street, Peranakan Museum, and other attractions.

This hotel is perfect if you're coming by ferry! You can take bus 801 from PENANG SENTRAL bus station directly to the hotel entrance; walking would be a long detour. The hotel is clean and the room is decent. If you're catching an early train the next morning, there's a food court nearby with plenty of affordable and hygienic options. The room has Wi-Fi; just ask the front desk to connect you. The only downside is the poor soundproofing, but everything else is fine!

The room was pretty good, but it was a shame there was only one pair of pillows and they were too soft. I forgot to take photos, but the overall experience was still quite good. The location is also convenient for getting around, though parking spaces are a bit limited.

A decent option for an overnight stay near the airport. It has good air conditioning, two ceiling fans, a shower with hot water, nice bedding and towels. There's a water cooler with hot and cold water (located in the smoking area), and an iron available at the front desk. They immediately provided a plug adapter at reception upon request. The staff are friendly. A taxi from the hotel to the airport costs 10-15 ringgit. Regarding the downsides: you have to take off your shoes at the hotel entrance, but they provide a shoe locker with a key to keep them secure. I was also given a room whose window faced the reception, specifically it was right behind the receptionist's back, but it was quiet at night and I managed to get a good night's sleep, so that didn't bother me.

Good enough for a few nights' stay. The AC and TV work perfectly. The common areas, however, are messy and not very comfortable. The shower is generally fine. The shampoo and shower gel are good and plentiful. The deposit system and its terms are unpleasant.
