We’re 5 people (family) We got 2 bedrooms ( 2 king beds each room so totally 4 king beds) - Bed and pillows are so comfortable, we had a great sleep here - Room is clean - View is so amazing - location is good not far from George Town แนะนำเลยค่ะ สำหรับใครที่มาเป็นครอบครัวแล้วกำลังหาที่พักในปีนัง ที่นี่สะดวกสบายมากๆ ห้องใหญ่ ห้องสะอาด แต่ต้องซื้อน้ำดื่มเข้ามาเองนะคะ ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองจอร์จทาวน์ และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ มีwifi ให้ใช้ด้วย

Hi . Newly open hotel , i think this one also room for rent monthly . Need to call staff when arriving and got public parking as well. Not a very convenience place but for the price and the cleanliness, is very high recommended. They only provide u soap, so u need to bring your amenities like toothbrush . The towel is for kids size but since I’m travelling w my mom then no issues . Very could and nice place for a short stay. Below at morning time got the nasi lemak viral for rm1, and the green thai tea also very delicious .

New budget-friendly hotel with bright, spacious and very clean room as well as the bathroom. The bed and pillows is comfortable. All essential amenities, including a toothbrush, slippers a laundry bag, and a hairdryer. Small facial towels was also provided.

Good location. Very near Sunway Carnival Mall and restaurants nearby. Public parking during working hours are limited but adequate otherwise Service is friendly and timely Facilities are all in good working condition

I recently stayed at ERNES Hotel in Bandar Perda for a short business trip. The location is convenient, especially if you have meetings in the Bukit Mertajam or Seberang Perai area. It’s close to restaurants, banks, and convenience stores – everything you might need during a work trip. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which is important for getting work done. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Parking was also available and easy to access. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s practical and value for money – perfect for business travelers looking for a quiet and efficient stay.

Everything is good. The receptionist is good. But if you drive a car with a Thai license plate, it will be inconvenient to enter and exit the parking lot.

Overall room condition is okay. The small exhaust fan is necessary for the room without the windows to remove the excessive humidity (suggestion). There are no free parking lots available in the vicinity. Travellers can park their cars at the paid public parking lots at the hourly rate of RM 0.40 (Seberang Perai) using the ”Penang Smart Parking” app.

Very good counter service. Value for money, good location to nearby restaurants. Clean. Need to spray some small insecticide near wall edge to desktop get rid of very, very small ants. Replace chair with seat that are not firm (sag).

I didn't expect I stayed in a strategic location. Located in the heart of Georgetown, I was able to visit many places in walking distance. Less than 100 meters, there's a rapid penang bus stop and 24 hrs convenience store!

Just a slight thing that needs imrovement such as checking the functionality of all the things inside the room. Such as, does the door have handles outside for you to fully lock the comfort room when not in used, and is the soap dispenser intact. Overall vibes of the property is amazing. Staffs are friendly. Thank you!
