Saleem n Riko frontdesk services are good. Quick n efficient checkin. Frontdesk provides helpful information to go around. Location near nice food n shopping. Private bathroom is clean. Water dispenser n ironing board are good. The coffee shop downstairs have nice local food. Prefer non smoking floor. Wifi can be significantly improved though.
At first, I was quite shocked by the room I was given because it had not been cleaned yet. The room was dirty and the bed linens hadn’t been changed. I immediately informed the staff about the situation.
After I told them, the staff explained that the room was actually not supposed to be given out due to an air-conditioning issue, and that was why it hadn’t been prepared. They then moved me to another room.
Overall, the replacement room was clean, comfortable and in good condition. The staff were very responsive and cooperative in solving the issue. Although the stay started off poorly, the staff’s quick action helped improve the overall experience.
🐾 Purrfect Stay at Red Inn Court! 🌟
The Red Inn Court was a fantastic stop on our trip! The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The location is super convenient for exploring.
The absolute highlight? Watching a super cute cat playing delightfully with guests in the common area! It brought such a warm, homey feeling to the whole place. We loved seeing people interact with the friendly feline. Definitely recommend this charming spot for a wonderful, feel-good experience! 💖
Excellent location! It's right next to Komtar bus station, and many city attractions are within walking distance, along with plenty of places offering good food. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. They provide liquid soap and shampoo, a kettle, and cups. There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway. Every day, they replenish tea, coffee, sugar, and water. There's a 50 RM deposit per room, which is returned upon check-out. The beds are comfortable. The room is small but cozy. I would happily return again. Recommended!
It was a breeze to book the hotel. Details were provided promptly to register yourself before they provide the passcodes to enter.
Note that there is no staffs in the hotel. All communications are strictly via WhatsApp and email. Helped a Chinese national to contact the staffs as she has no WhatsApp account. So for foreigners, please note to get the registration done earlier to avoid not able to enter into hotel.
Capsule is quite clean but has a bit of smell. Toilet is ok too. All in all, you get what you pay for.
Always my choice of hotel whenever I have early flight the next day. Close to airport and lots of eateries around. Staffs are always helpful and friendly.

I booked this hotel for friends, and they really enjoyed their stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly with the check-in, and the location was convenient. I'm happy with the choice and would book it again
As a 1 star hotel, nothing much to complain as i booked for my aunty to take care my mother in LGL hospital. It's location is strategic just opposite LGL hospital. Front desk service is friendly, help to educate me on self check-in. Room is simple with tower and aircon, good for simple overnight especially for LGL hospital visitors traveling from abroad.
My family and I stayed at the Fullerton Hotel during our trip to Penang, and it was a great experience.
Check-in and check-out were quick, and the 200 RMB deposit was promptly returned upon departure.
The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and getting a Grab taxi is easy. You can even use Alipay for international rides, which links up with Grab.
The hotel is located in the heart of George Town, and almost all the main attractions are within a 1.5 km radius. If you don't mind walking, you can easily get around on foot.
The CAT free bus service is fantastic, and as you can see from the pictures, its stops cover almost all the hot spots.
We even saw a fire show at Western Beach, which is part of our intangible cultural heritage – what a surprise!
Very good location. It is a short walk from the Jetty Food Court with many dining options, as well as other restaurants and Chew Jetty. 10 mins walking from the Penang Ferry.
The air conditioning and wi-fi work well. The showers have hot water. The toilet paper is not of good quality and scarce per day.
The hotel does not have a reception; check-in is done using a code that is entered at both the main door and in each room. However, the pad is quite sensitive, so it often got stuck during our stay and we had to wait a few minutes for it to unlock

龚龚永昕At this price point, it's fantastic value for money. I'd definitely return. Although the location is a bit far from GT, I would still consider it for future stays as it's not far from the commercial area, and transportation is decent.
GGuest UserFor value and location in the old town peripheral area and approximately walking distance to major attractions was such a great place. The bed was clean and the sheets cleaned as hospital graded quality sheets with a hotel appearance. Whilst rooms are small, it was very well managed, and comfortable to sleep and restore energy - fit for one.. A little tighter for a ‘couple’ but still comfortable enough. The place was a restored old grand colonial building with Architraves more of post-Victorian Era and offices as a heritage building site - thus remodeled iinterior as a Bauhaus set up- no frills or extravagance in decorate, but colour oalatte blocks of LEGO arranged and deep Primary hues contrast the external light being Lebuh Chula reminiscent of the Hoi An Orient light and the grid like structures of Piet Mondrian and the city set up of the hay days that had similar orientation of British formations. The amenities simple yet available, and water system fantastic. The communication between agent services was excellent and prompt. The cleaners were around and if requested needed was designed. The idea of the box set up and returning cards and applications to each person in letter boxes delivered and on time. Preferences would be to have more pamphlets of city maps at the entrance and better entrance appeal. The system excellent. Air conditioning and tv all operating well. ( Draw card - walls are thin between rooms and can hear people in corridors and rooms. This fortunately people staying very respectful and considerate. ( if muffled materials between walls could be reconsidered ) . Iron boards and iron along the corridor great idea . Waiting for a bike rack and maybe a friendly expresso machine or a kettle if needing to wait before check in as a feel good 😊 would be a lovely touch to the services. Thankyou and I shared my experience to the agency already - in accordance with value and quality it was definitely worth the expected stay. ( families would struggle unless it was just for a staycation-for early birds.
Ideally a bicycles for hire would be a treat in addition to a highly accessible area for biking.
VVivian NoraI mean what could possibly ask for a lot with this price but the location is convenient after all.The room is small & the toilet is just mobile toilet and the hair dryer was broken when we stayed there but they came & replace it with a new one in the morning.Check in is easy just with passcode but it’s hard to contact to property on time actually. The bed was not too soft but it’s okay for travelers.Overall Clearly needs renovation since the room is dusty & hallway is quite smell.
GGuest UserThe rooms are clean and tidy, with excellent facilities, and the service is top-notch. I always stay at this hotel for business trips, and it's consistently great. It's my go-to choice for business in Don Mueang. Highly recommend!
JJagtish RajendranNice budget hotel in a convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great option if you’re looking for an affordable stay near Bayan Lepas and the airport
AAnonymous UserThe room is a bit small, you can check out the pictures yourself. There are no power adapters, so bring your own. The hygiene is excellent, and the service is very friendly. It's very close to the airport, making it perfect for a layover rest.
AAlfredo KA nice capsule bed. i had a quiet night and very pleasant stay here for the 3D2N.
The Location, cleanliness, and service are all excellent. Another thing is that we were able to enjoy and experience the breathtaking New Year's countdown fireworks from the historic skyline of Georgetown City at the hotel's common area terrace. See the photo taken during that time below.
First of all, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful.
The Malaysian Chinese lady owner was incredibly kind and always willing to help, which made my stay feel even more welcoming and personal.
As soon as you step outside the hotel, many major tourist attractions are within walking distance, so the location is very convenient.
Aside from that, the room was very clean, cozy, and charming, perfectly capturing the old Penang vibe.
Overall, it’s a simple, compact, and lovely hotel that I truly enjoyed and would happily recommend.
Overall, the experience at the hotel was really fun, there are many good features about it, such as the location, and the facilities.
And the price is affordable too. Thanks for a wonderful time. Housekeeping change towel every day.
Is a Great location, lots of restaurants, great staff, the bathroom is downstairs but it's OK. I would definitely recommend it
Basic but all you need for a short stay! Great wifi and aircon, and such a convenient location.
GGuest UserThe accommodation is in the heart of the tourist area, with staff available 24/7. Downstairs there are restrooms, a vending machine, and a microwave. The rooms are quite soundproofed, and the beds are very comfortable. The room was clean, but the glasses had signs of use, some with lipstick marks. The water was bottled, so I wasn't entirely confident drinking it. Overall, I liked it. Booking a room for four people made the price very cheap when shared.
