The Roxy is a relatively new hotel. Room very clean. Close to many food outlets and also a couple of grocery stors. Only complaint is other guests leaving early and being very noisy. Suggest management put up some signs to request all guests have regard for others and not be noisy in the corridors.

1.bidet not clean.. also shower room got customer hair even the the room just after the cleaning services.

3.system announced can check in 2pm.. when i got there 2.30 pm still cannot check inn, front desk said room not clean yet.. 😂 and i need to wait more than half an hour.. 💁🏻♀️

1. The room Air conditioner are cold & Hot Water are hot.
2. Very strategy area walking distance to Everise, Cat statue , Mcdonald within 6 minutes walk.
3. 1st floor are room but they have a lift. Very great.
Con
1. Parking are limited and need to pay due to public parking.
2. Breakfast are set meal and not buffet type. (They said we do not entitlment for breakfast - show them booking then they directly told us we are entitlement).
3. Bed and pillow are not comfortable to sleep.
4. The bathroom is tempered glass shower screen - can visible from the bed. If twin sharing have no idea.
I would not stay again this hotel although it cheaper price but I need comfort sleep.

From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. SSophia Law MKStay in room 205. Room is clean, equipped with air cond & ceiling fan. However, during the booking, it stated that it should be standard double with window, and what i got is a windowless room. Staff are friendly, check in is smooth, location is great, the hotel overall just need some touch up and maintenance works.

MMOHD HUSSINThis was my second time staying at Hotel Dormani in Kuching, and it had its ups and downs. We were fortunate to secure a room with two single beds for less than RM80, which was quite a steal given its proximity to Masjid Bandaraya Kuching. The main reason we chose this hotel was its convenient walking distance to the mosque, allowing us to easily attend Eid Adha prayers.
However, our room was not without its issues. The bed linens were disappointingly dirty, with noticeable blood stains in several places. The window frame was dusty, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Moreover, one of the towels provided was torn, which was inconvenient.
On the positive side, the staff at Hotel Dormani were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. They were quick to address our concerns and tried their best to make our experience comfortable despite the shortcomings.
In conclusion, while this hotel offers excellent value and convenience for those visiting Kuching, improvements are needed in maintaining cleanliness and the condition of amenities.

GGuest UserThe best hotel ever! Came with little to no expectations, I left with a happy and satisfied heart. If you're young and adventurous this hotel is definitely for you! Located in the heart of the city, it's only 2 mins walking distance to the waterfront. They also have a lot of other attractions nearby, all walking distances!
Despite it's small, cozy size, the hotel provides good amenities / facilities such as shampoo, body shower, hair dryer, free breakfast (for every guests!), pool, and more!
The only con with the hotel is the stairs. You'll be climbing up flight of stairs to get up to the hotel and to the room, it can be a bit tiring, especially for the elderly. They do have a private parking spot behind the hotel building, accessible through the church behind.
Other than that, my stay have been nothing but amazing!
