“I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and professional, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel’s restaurant is also worth recommending—the dishes are delicious, and each one leaves a lasting impression. I highly recommend it to everyone!”
When we first check in, that’s a problem with hotel card reader, ask hotel technician come and fix it. They said sometime low battery will make the door cannot be open. They do not offer to change room for us. Then when we successfully check in to the room, we realize there is Aircond leaking around 2am. I called to the reception and ask for a room change. It’s a horrible experience for my families of 4 with 2 kids move from 4th floor to 3rd floor with all the luggage and the baby. Never stay here again
Great place to stay! It's close to the airport, perfect for anyone just arriving from Kuching Airport. The cleanliness is satisfactory, and the customer service is friendly and very helpful. It would be even better if there was a money changer nearby. Thanks, Hotel Inn! 😊👍👍
Generally comfortable except the folding door a bit malfunction. Easy access for OKU. Price worthy for such strategic location. Requires only 3 mins walking distance to BMC Kuching. And there is a kopitiam and 7-11 beside the boutique hotel as well.

The free shuttle bus route #103 passes by, making it easy to get to the Semenggoh Wildlife Centre and the airport. There are also many restaurants and hawker stalls nearby that are open from early morning until late at night, so you'll never have trouble finding food. The room has a partition between the toilet and shower, which prevents the floor from getting all wet. The towels are fluffy and the sheets are clean. They also provide bottled water daily. Just a heads-up, don't throw sweet food in the trash can as it might attract ants.
The facilities are adequate for solo traveler but make sure you bring your own tooth brush. Location wise is very convenient to few eateries within walking distance including halal.
This was my second time staying here. I booked again because it's quite affordable, and I thought it might be one of the few places in this price range with an elevator. Last time, there were some mold stains or possibly mold on the sheets, but this time, I didn't notice any mold stains. The bath towels still have a slight musty smell (like they weren't dried properly).
While there are a few minor issues if you look closely, considering the price, it's still a great option. The free washing machine and dryer are appealing, but the dryer isn't very efficient; clothes dry better if air-dried in the room.
I also tried the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. It wasn't very busy, which made it a relaxing experience. It's open from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Stayed at Place2Stay @ Sri Aman for a short trip. The hotel is basic but decent for the price. Room was clean and had the essentials, though the facilities are quite minimal. Air-conditioning worked well, but soundproofing could be better—some noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. Location is convenient, especially for a stopover. Staff were polite but service could be more attentive. Overall, a reasonable budget option if you’re looking for a no-frills stay.

JJessica 7032I read a lot of bad reviews, but when I stayed there myself it was not as bad as I imagined. The room was ok, but the sheets and towels were a little dirty. The shower water was strong enough, and the staff service was pretty good.
LLee W.KThe hotel is located in Saradise, with many cafés nearby. It is also conveniently close to the airport. The room is clean; however, it can be quite noisy. The hotel does provide earplugs to help minimize the noise.

GGuest UserDuring my recent stay at Maxi Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of luxury and comfort it provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience, with a menu that featured both local and international cuisine.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.
Overall, Maxi Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.
MMalaysia SabahFirst of all, it's cheap for a family of 3 to stay there. Convenient location . But first impression we checked into the room is the smell from the toilet. It's very unpleasant.
Secondly, there's still hair on the floor. So cleanliness is just average.
Surprisingly, the bed and pillow is comfortable. We had good rest. The Aircond is cold too.
Hot shower is okay. Need to know how to adjust. It gets too hot, then user has to keep adjusting it in one session. Well it's personal preference I guess. It's too hot for me. Maybe not for others.
I'm sorry the photos are irrelevant. Captured during our drive from Sabah.
GGuest UserThis big a hotel, always fully booked, and yet they don't have extra pillows? I even offered to pay, but the receptionist at the front said, 'We're fully booked, so we don't have any extra.' And the pillows are as thin as the standard ones you've had at home for 10 years. I wanted to pay, but they just didn't have any. But then in the room, there's a price list for items like towels, pillows, etc. Seriously, no extra pillows? What if a kid throws up that night, or the pillow gets dirty? There'd be no replacement? I can't even fathom it. Everything else was fine.
AAnonymous UserThe staff appear to be quite rude. When i try to sit at the lobby while waiting for my laundry he told me that he need to mop the floor. When i go to the other side he told me off to go back to my room. The next day staff also quite rude, i wait almost half an hour to get my deposit back, ringing the bell but she doesn't come out & when she come out she doesn't even say sorry or smile
MMaizatul07Great facilities, wide space and comfortable..easy to attach any place, and the location very strategic to mosque, restaurant and other attraction
