Very strategic location. 2minutes walk from kuala terengganu bus station, 10 minute walk to pasar payang and closed to others shops too. Room was clean and well maintain. Water pressure the best. Thanks for the early check in. Definitely will come back if i were in terengganu.

Room is small. Not the same as in the photos. Rooms well lit. Some rooms without windows. Hotel with lift. Bathroom are not as advertised with shower screen. It will be whole bathroom wet when taking shower including bathroom door. Limited toiletries amenities. Free parking not available. Only avail are paid on street parking. Guest will have to pay parking. Cannot use t&g to pay. Never remove the pillow case. You will be surprised. A good welcomed reception.

It’s within walking distance of Pasar Payang and Masjid Zainal Abidin. However, the main drawbacks were the lack of complimentary coffee or tea despite having an electric kettle, and the fact that the room wasn’t cleaned or the towels changed during the stay.

Hotel location next to the airport. Lots of free parking lot. Nice view of the flight take off and landing. Has elevator so don't worry if you come with senior citizens. Room is ok . Water heater function. Got Coway outside the rooms . Breakfast is great (tasteful) nasi dagang (during my stay). Expect less of the varieties cuz u just pay for RM 16 per pax for breakfast. They serve 1 main meal, 1 kuih, fruits, bread with spreads and 3 drinks. I don't mind with the varieties cuz the main meal is delicious! I'm gonna repeat this place if coming to Kuala Terengganu next time. Recommended.

I stayed at Suite 18 Boutique Hotel during my trip to Kuala Terengganu, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Chinatown and within walking distance to Pasar Payang, street art, and plenty of local eateries.

Cheap and ok for a night. The room did have a window but it was to an AC unit on the inside of the building but I suppose it was cheaper. Personally I would have preferred to just find another hotel by walking around but convenient to book online and not have to do that. Location is a bit out of the way but good to go running along the beach and some nice local eating places nearby.

Arrived late around 4pm and the checked inn was smooth. This hotel got lift so it will be no problem. Got free parking behind the hotel within 100meters. Room was acceptable as we used to sleep only so dont really care so much. It was good budget stay if u are travelling here. Overall was a fine stay

Nice place to stay. Owner took the effort to provide an extra mattress for my daughter. Tq so much

The hotel environment is quite good, only the problem of electrical wiring in the hotel needs to be improved because it will give comfort to the customers. The hotel is quite small but reasonable with the price offered. I hope that the management can deal with the main problem, which is the black out of the air cornd, which is dealt with immediately so that The incident that happened to my family will not happen again, thank you

Location: great, walking distance to kedai singgang budu Dan Ali spices. Bilik luas Dan cantik Selesa utk 4 adults Dan 2 kanak2 Saya ambil bilik yg ada jacuzzi... Aim nak bg anak main jacuzzi... Air baru sikit dlm jacuzzi, dah bocor ke luar. Bila inform reception: dia ckp xde apa.. biasa shj. So, anak2 still nak main jgk, is air sampai penuh, skalo air melimpah penuh ke ruang bilik.. Harap pihak hotel sudi tambah saluran air keluar di tempat jacuzzi.... So simple.. kerja pun mudah utk tetamu Dan xkalut bgn2 pgi penuh air...banjir di tempat ketandusan air😅 Xnak dah duduk bilik ni lagi... Susah2 nak kena bersihkan bilik pula😅
