The hotel has a great pool Attention is needed to improve the breakfast offering with more selections Unfortunately I witnessed one of the Managers making a staff member cry in public on the first floor bar reception yesterday lunch time, this was very unprofessional and he should have taken the staff aside in a room out of customers views! I did not pay for that as a n addition - I believe his name is Rafael, I spotted him a few times huddling with staff in different areas, but the conversation just looked casual not formal.. this is the reason for my score of 3 for service it would be 5 had I not seen the manager I would like to commend the [Russian] staff in cafe naseem, both at reception and floor runner - the floor runner took my special drinks request and had it prepared by the chef - she is always seen smiling - she should be promoted - Disha in first floor lounge was very warm and welcoming and made sure my elderly mother was taken care of whilst I was away

This was my second stay at the hotel. During my first stay in June, the room was not clean, so it was changed. Unfortunately, the new room was directly opposite the nightclub, and I couldn’t sleep because of the loud music. Before this stay, I contacted the hotel manager, Mr. Mustafa, explained what had happened, and he sincerely apologized and promised to make sure everything would be much better this time. However, when I arrived yesterday at around 1:00 PM and entered my room, I found that the bathroom was not clean, and the toilet was in an unacceptable condition. I contacted Mr. Mustafa again, and housekeeping was sent, but after waiting for about an hour and a half, we were finally moved to a larger and much cleaner room. I appreciate Mr. Mustafa’s professionalism, his apology, and his efforts to resolve the situation. However, I hope the hotel will improve its housekeeping standards so that guests do not have to experience these issues again.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Ajman Saray. The place is beautiful, especially the beach and the pool area, which made our experience truly enjoyable. What made our stay even more special was the excellent service from the hotel staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Ashwini for processing our smooth check-in and for going the extra mile to make us happy and make the day special. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude gave us a very positive impression of the hotel and made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. I definitely made the right choice to celebrate my birthday this coming May 24 at this amazing hotel. I’m so excited that my friends and relatives will also experience what I experienced and share happy moments together in such a wonderful place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding hospitality.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel in January 2026. It's a family-friendly hotel with a conveniently located pool right by the sea. The pool is heated, which was great! The rooms aren't new, but everything worked perfectly, and they were cleaned very well! The only minor drawback for us was the kids' menu in the restaurant. We would have liked to see more options, such as pizza, nuggets, and at least some sausages for lunch and dinner, as the adult food didn't always appeal to the children!

The room was great, a classic! This time I stayed in a king-size bed room with sea view + pool view. It happened to be my birthday on the day of check-in, and the hotel sent a small cake! I'm very grateful; it brought a touch of ceremonial joy to someone who wanted to celebrate their birthday discreetly. My only minor issue is: why was I addressed as Mr.? When I checked in, I was clearly a Mrs.! 🥹 Perhaps Chinese names don't clearly indicate gender to people from other countries? But please pay more attention in the future! To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.😅

Excellent hotel! We were here last year when it was a different brand and soon it will change the name again and maybe even better. Very green and live, lots of birds. Near the reserve mangrove plants and flying here to winter birds from all parts of the planet. For the UAE, the world is very lively and beautiful.
