The second time I stayed here, the room faced the pool, the sun was warm, the pool was lively🏊It was relatively close to everything
🍴The restaurant with a local flavor was more suitable. The breakfast was very rich~
🎰**There were few people, so I didn't really play
🏖️The hotel beach was less crowded, 📷It depends on the weather, the sunset is more photogenic
The service is excellent, which is usual for 4 seasons. The spa was under renovation, which we should have been informed while booking. The other major drawback is the hotel does not have a bar and does not serve any liquor because of its proximity to the Hasán mosque.
Although the city of Casablanca is a little boring compared to other imperial cities. But it gave us plenty of breathing room, and this hotel made the city even more memorable. Compared to other traditional Moroccan hotels, this one is very comfortable. No fear or trepidation
The room and lobby are well decorated. There are many places to eat on the two roads behind. Oysters are very cheap.
The hotel is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is rich, and the surrounding environment is beautiful.
The location is excellent, opposite the old town, and the surrounding business is prosperous. However, the hotel is a bit old and cannot be compared with the newly built ones.
The room facilities are old, similar to the level of foreign-related hotels in China in the 1990s, but overall it is quite clean. The view outside the window is somewhat different from the promotional picture. It is recommended to choose the best room or make a request at the front desk. The omelet and pancakes for breakfast are delicious. There are few parking spaces at the door, but the doorman will help you park nearby for free, just give a tip. The front desk requires a credit card deposit, which is the only requirement during the trip to Morocco, and it has not been settled after two weeks.
The room size is comfortable. The service is friendly. We absolute enjoyed the stay. The restaurant on the ground floor served great beef steak and Hassan provided great service. (They are also open during Ramadan). The location is close to everything. Minor thing was mini bar had nothing but tea bags which could be a little bit disappointing. But a Carrefour is nearby and you will be able to get anything pretty easily.
View from hotel room was amazing. Booked the deluxe room and was very satisfied with size of room and storage compartments. There was a separate fully-equipped shower/bathroom and separate toilet with bidet. Only problem is that wi-fi is very weak where we were (14th floor), unable to do some work that needed to be finished but in the communal areas in the lobby/ground floor it worked amazingly. Cleaners only speak french however they’re very nice and always restocked mini bar/bathroom whenever needed. Location isn’t very accessible, there’s only a mini grocery store (bim) about a 3 minute walk away.
I liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast
We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request....the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. Bedding was comfortable.......my only beef was at breakfast....one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times....my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill......selections at the food stations are hits and misses....could improve in replenishing food.. an ok breakfast....btw, butter is a luxury in Morocco and not well stocked. I would consider staying again if the price is right

GGuest UserThe most satisfactory hotel on this trip! Stayed for 3 nights, the room is a suite, there are two bathrooms, the decoration style is retro, I like it very much! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patient, and smiled and nodded at us every time they went in and out.
MmitchellgeraldThe hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down). Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel.
GGuest UserThe one next to the road is noisy, but the one next to the garden is very quiet. The hotel is very high-end, and there is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive.
XXibudongThe baggage man was very enthusiastic to carry the luggage into the room. They also parked the car in the underground garage. I went down to smoke in the middle of the night. The black security guard was on duty. It felt very safe. The breakfast was good. The view room on the 17th floor gave you a view of the Hassan II Mosque and the seaside. The night view of Casablanca is beautiful
