The hotel was very clean and well-maintained — cleanliness was excellent. Service and amenities were also good, with friendly staff and useful facilities. The location isn’t great if you’re planning to explore the city, but it’s very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, which is super convenient for transit stays. Overall, a pleasant experience for families, especially if you value comfort and cleanliness.

A lovely hotel with a nice compact room . It is located quite far away from Sukhumvit main road and BTS station, so you might have to take a motor bike from there. Nice compact room with full amenities in room no matter bathrobe, iron & iron board, kitchen utensile set , hair dryer . Good WIFI with also smart android TV. Comfy bed with excellent clealiness. A beaufiful lobby with warm welcome from helpful front desk staff

Not fat from Bitec but it’s a bit complicate to drive there. However, the room was okay with tidy size especially bathroom. It’s hard to make a move. Overall was fine for short term stay.

Most Chinese tours, the taste of breakfast is not much, bland There is rice porridge, fried eggs, soup, salad, bread 90% of the room is not clean because there is hair It is quiet, but if you meet a group of Chinese foreigners, it will be loud The room is not soundproof, there is the sound of cars running. The bed is okay, there are 2 pillows, the room is spacious, the bathroom is bigger.

If you're looking for a hotel near Suvarnabhumi Airport, this is it! The location is absolutely perfect, and what truly sets this place apart is their continuous airport shuttle service. It runs 24/7, which is a lifesaver for connecting flights or early departures. To top it all off, they offer a full breakfast spread starting as early as 4:00 AM, which is incredibly thoughtful and convenient. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aurora Suavarnabhumi Hotel. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They always helped us get taxis, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The hotel is near the airport and have shuttle service but you have to tell them to book. The room is ok.

The reception is friendly with a good service mind. The room is a bit warm but after air conditioner was on fir a bit while.

The Price is affordable. Location is ok matching up with this price range. The room is clean. The soap and champoo might not good, please bring your own. Allergies could happen. Services are not that good for example I asked to borrow a plate as I can put some food and eat in my room. The reception would tell you that borrowing cutlery and dishes is subject to a fee. I have never experienced this kind of charge even in a 5 star hotel. The bed and pillows are not comfortable. Bathroom looks old. My bathroom has some water leaked on the floor all the time. I could hear other guests shutting the door so loud in the middle of the night and it’s not a one time thing. This woke me up a few times. All in all, I won’t be a guest at this hotel again. One time is enough.

My third time staying at this hotel. Good location, close to the airport. Room is spacious. However, this stay is not so good, there’s no hot water for bath or shower. Called the operator twice and no one came to the room for checking. Before checking out, I finally went to the other room and told a cleaner to my room. I told her the problem. I also went to the front desk and reflected that!! I asked to speak with the manager and she told me that the manager was out of the hotel for the entire day. I told her that the room needs repair with hot water before allocating to the next customer. She also said sorry. Overall, poor service and the amenities needs upgrading. Hot water is basic requirement for any hotel. Other than that, all is as expected.
